I have used the shoes for only about 250*kms of running appro, and already the shoes are tearing apart. I had spent a ridiculous amount on these shoes, expecting a good quality product from Asics. Unfortunately, the quality of shoes sold by ASICS in India is very poor. As consumers, it's important we hold companies accountable for the poor product quality they offer. I expected better durability and performance from ASICS, a brand that has a reputation for quality athletic gear. What's worse is that ASICS customer care team is unwilling to provide any support, leaving me stuck with a defective product. I reached out to them multiple times, expressing my disappointment and seeking a resolution, but no luck yet. I’m sharing my story to make you aware, to be cautious and informed when making your own buying decisions on ASICS shoes. These shoes are a waste of my hard-earned money and has led to disappointment. If you're thinking of buying Asics shoes, think again! Save your money and invest in a better brand that values their customers and produces quality products. I feel Asics shoes are a complete waste of money and a disgrace to the sportswear industry. Cheap quality of shoes....something like a road-side-vendor product!

I don't understand the concept of Factory Outlet here, Most products are sold at MRP here. there are a only a few selective items which have discount max in the range of 15%-20% and some which no one will buy due to size or other issue which are at a higher discount range. The same discount is also available on their website and even greater discount on AJIO or Myntra. Its a waste of time going this distance to be disappointed. plus you are paying a parking fee of Rs.30 to go to these stores. i would suggest if you have time buy it on Asics website or other multi brand outlet rather than coming this far. ** Edit after Reply from Store** Was there yesterday, Lady at the store said no discount on the product chosen and its on MRP

I visited this outlet before a holiday trip. All of them needed good shoes for the trip and Asics has sizes for all. Factory outlets usually do not have all options with them but Asics is different. They have a better collection and more size options. I also found their staff, especially Ms. Neha to be well trained and informed. She was extremely helpful and helping us decide. An excellent place to shop for good quality shoes at a discount

It was a good experience along with 'Siddiq'. He and the management have been so kind and helpful l. Appreciate thier hardwork and skills they've been built with along with the team from the head to the guard all have been working hard...Siddiq is approachble and also has much informative having useful suggestions with personality whether it is sales or humanity. I had wonderful experience with Ali at ASICS store. I had a great feet analysis experience at the store. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and the analysis provided me with useful information about my feet. It helped me choose the right shoes, and I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this experience to anyone in need of new shoes or interested in learning about their foot health.

Staff is courteous in general but need to be more knowledgeable when customer asks about product details to convince the customer what is right for them. Also more focussed approach is needed in terms of escorting the customer and reaching out to them instead of just waiting for customer to reach to sales staff. Overall descent collection at store.

Ms. Neha with humble attitude she attended me, She was very enthusiastic and very active lady ever met, she suggested me what type of shoes I can offer with all comfort and budget friendly. Not a factory outlet, don’t waste time by stopping over. You end up paying 10-15% discount over the inflated prices. Any multiple brand store in bangalore City offers better prices than this one. It looks tempting from the the highway but it’s just tall for no good

There price points vary based on their staff's mood. They say one price and bill you for another. It happened twice ... First time we have them the benifit of doubt, next time we chose to walk out ! Goofy staff ! Mismanaged offers and pricing.

I'm regular customer from last many years, but unfortunately your staff is not available to respond. Previously Ali was there who made many bulk bills but right now he also fired from store. Presently couldn't any experienced staff like him.

They keep defective shoes in their sale! I am never going to buy Asics again. I bought a marathon shoes worth Rs. 17K on sale, and it didn't even take a week for the sole of my shoes to come off! No refund or exchange! Bad experience.
