Updated my rating from 5 to 1 Today when i bought a shoe n socks... After checking my bill i realised that the product marked as 699 they charged me 746 and after i enquired, lady on reception said... "There is GST above the MRP".... Asked her thrice what she said and then asked tk say the same on video... At this point her manager comes and gets irritated... And accused me of shouting at reception... And when i asked him to show me on CCTV that k have misbehaved... He immediately cancelled the order and refunded my money. Be careful while paying here.. cross check all details. This was my third visit here... And it was always a good visit till i realised today how they cheat.... Please visit another BATA showroom instead of this.

The store is having good collection, but mostly sizes won't be there. It's staff is non enthusiastic , but will come down to billing to add thier names for commission. I have a genuine doubt that they don't want to search for sizes, and hence sometime say no size, and then ask us to get it home delivered. If I wanted online, i will sit at home and order, right?? Also their stock management is a mess, as that could also add to the issue. While this has been the general experience here ( i live close bye and hence visits this place often ) , billing is an exception. The guy there is genuine and maintains the first come first basis. May be he is the owner, that's why. Also , very rarely we also will find a sales person who tries.

Today morning (10.10) I came to Bata showroom to buy a formal shoe since I am traveling to airport at 11.00 am. There were one staff came and he is smoking outside and told sorry sir, I don't have key to open the shop need to Waite my manager I came out from there with unhappy since I am with bata from last 5 years and doing frequent purchase as well. This made me bad experience. Good quality shoes as is the brand Bata. However, when I visited, they had only 1 person to attend to the requests. Hence took a lot of time to get the requested shoes. Secondly, the prices felt a little bit on the higher side than what I could remember. Another issue was they had very limited choice (in terms of shoe size). Most of the shoes were not available in the size I wanted and from the available options I found a pair of shoes with sewing defect, so couldn't buy it. But the store was well maintained, looked clean and billing was hassle free. Overall a mixed experience.

Very bad customer service. The sales guy has no interest to show the pieces also I don't know what training do they get before being deployed into a store. I should say pathetic. Also the cashier, he has all the attitude in the world. Even when the customer is telling thank you for his time he is not even responding with a smile. Can't even expect a better service from that guy. Only one good thing happened was the product. As always hush puppies didn't fail to put a smile on my face. No credits to the store and neither to the store keepers.

Good collection. Sometimes the size you need is not available but if you like the product they order one for home delivery. Pay at the store and the order is delivered within 2-5 days. If the delivered product is not your fit then you can also exchange/return it to the store - that's one inconvenient part. Bata might want to work on a more feasible way where if the product delivered is not of customer's fit then it should be exchanged at home. Parking at the store can also be an issue sometime if you're travelling in your car.

I regret going to this place today. Had a very bad experience in the showroom where a person misbehaved. When confronted it was revealed that he was a friend of the manager (Sathish) at the shop. Hope the showroom owner takes stock of the situation and makes sure that customers are treated well and the crooks there understand what customer service means. At least a call from the showroom owner is anticipated if he is really interested in knowing what transpired. My number is with the staff at the showroom.... Advocate Iqbal.

Large and sprawling business with lots of selection. It's Bata so we have affordable options to Hush Puppies. Always find their footwear to be reliable and comfortable. Recommend picking up your next pair from here. Staff here are friendly yet don't nag you to buy the brand new polish or stuff. A good balance in guiding and suggestions. Collection wise they have a good range in display and they had even larger sizes in stock. It could and would vary for different design and brand but for me at least no issues.

I had purchased a hush puppies sandal from here costing around 4000. Within less than a month of regular use colour faded so badly I regretted purchasing this and looked like a low quality product. I took it to them and the response received was colour fade was normal for leather and it’s not a quality issue rather polish would solve this. Response received from them was unhelpful,pretty disappointing and borderline rude. Never returning back to this store. Not recommended

Only Bata showroom in Electronic City, support staff need to more training on customer support. In simple term its showroom of help yourself kind. Don’t expect someone will support in getting any other options than what you see on the Stands (Like super market ) Pros: Brand, decent car and two wheeler parking space. Cons: Literally mill customer supporting staff (few doesn’t know local language also)

The selection of merchandise they have is okay-ish and not very exhaustive. Customer experience is good and can certainly be improved if they have sales personnel speaking in kannada. While it's present in an extremely prime location, 4W parking is a pain and you'll have to pay and park in the cross next to New Taaza Tindi. The place is very airy and lots of fresh light to enter. 4/5 overalls.

The staff appear to lack energy and enthusiasm, rarely displaying smiles. Moreover, when asked for a specific size, they fail to disclose its unavailability and instead bring the same item in a different color. Only upon noticing the identical size and questioning their choice, they admit its unavailability. This kind of service and response is extremely disappointing.

Bata as a brand needs no introduction. They are known for mixing sturdiness with style. This shop in particular has some of the most laid back employees. You have to go request them for anything. They have good parking space, two storied collection of footwear and accessories, but due to the attitude of the staff there, have stopped visiting this place forever.

The entire team of sales exec in men’s section was busy chit chatting. Nobody attends even when they see a customer trying shoes. Size not available is there standard reply. Only if you like something really expensive they suddenly find the size. They take the phone number in lure of offers available. But no offers will be there, only spam messages follow.

FRAUD Bad experience. I made an UPI payment of 1699 , their scanner machine was switched off just after that. The money was deducted from my account and they asked me do it again , they said it will be re-funded within 24 hours. I called after 24 hours , they said they have not received it. They can not help much ,may be within a week you may get.

This is the only bata store in Ecity. Located on the neeladri main road. 2 wheeler parking is there infront. but for cars, only 1 or 2 cars max can be parked infront. If you come by car, take a left just before the store, u will find a paid parking area. Store is clean and staff are good. Only thing i felt is that they have very limited stocks.

Store manager is rude and he misbehaved. Firstly he sold us a defective product and then he laughed at our face saying that why did we not check and buy. The slipper was bitten by a mouse… The slipper we tried was of a different color but we bought a diff color hence we did not check again trusted them. Please don’t buy your stuff from here.

Place is good,you can shoe chappal everything you want but there should be ladies section on ground floor and men's section on first floor, because ladies generally suffering from knee pain,heel pain, swelling in legs and during pregnancy they can not to first floor by stairs.mens can easily go to first floor, please think about women's.

Staff is very arrogant, not responsive. Some time they don't give bill saying system not working. if the item is not available in the store, they agrees for online delivery , but to make it happen you need to beg and run behind them. Even if you have promo code they will say lame excuses. Better not go this place. Try other outlets.

Only better place to go for buying footwear in neeladri road.But no presentation of wide range of varieties. Any product from bata can be bought through online. Products which are bought in 50%off are not good enough to use for long time. New products are always preferable and comfortable to wear and recommended.

The staff is friendly and helpful.. the men's section is on the ground floor whereas the women's section is on the first floor. The collection is good. They have variety of footwear from different price range. Only problem is the stock.. they should keep more stock available of the sizes which are pretty common.

Purchase of bata products dates back to many years. But these days bata has improved their products by making it more attractive and as per the current trend. The variety has been increased compared to the choices they had years back. Regarding the durability the product is a value for the money we pay for sure

It is one of the very good shoe and sandals shop in Neeladri Road, Electronic City. They have excellent collection of footwear’s. We do get footwear’s for almost everyone irrespective of age. Customer service is good. We do get genuine Bata footwear’s from this store. I recommend this store.

Not many choices were there when I visited in January 2018. I was looking for office shoes and not able to choose. It was a Sunday and the store boys were very lethargic as if they were not interested in any clients.bibfelt, wasted nearly 20 minutes in the shop.

They have very large collections for Men's shoes and sandals. Also, for school kids. However not that wide collections are available for Women. The staffs are good and courteous. You can place the order online if any of required shoe is not available in stock.

Less collection are available. Customer receiving is not their, we have to search for sales person. Because of brand name we can visit. If we have some model in mind we can directly go and ask them otherwise if you're looking for collection then not worth

Very poor service. The staff is very unproffesional and does not treat the customers well. They do not even bother to get the right shoes to the customers. For Bata you only get business because of the location and not because of such unproffesional staff

All regular bata brands are available. Service is OK. We were looking for school shoes for my daughter. We could not find anything suitable. The shoe needed to be used for sports as well. But we could not find that option in black for girls.

The store is service is good. But the variety and sizes of shoes.we prefer may not be sometimes available. Overall, you can try this shop for formal shoes and slippers. When it comes to home slippers, they do not have that required variety

This Bata store is like a government entity. If a particular product is unavailable they don't really care much to help you around even if you are are serious buyer. Staff are busy talking amongst themselves. Store is kept clean

All is good with store except one that is size availability and if you order online the stock is not there and your order gets cancelled even though you get refund but inconvenience is one thing that users have to go through.

Good collection...I bought a Bata sandals (costs RS 999) from there but later the same day I found that it's available in Amazon for lesser amount(Rs 550).But for more collection we will have to go to the store..

Bata's online store provides you the worst service. I would recommend you to never use it. They haven't returned my money for over month. And everytime you call them they have the save recorded reply. Sucks!

The products are of good quality and durable as well. However, I have always found the same design lying there for a very long time. Otherwise, the service and other factors are well appreciated.

They don't ever pick up phone. The shoes purchased from them was from old manufacturing date and was sold at revised new price which gave away within couple of months of little usage.

Good collection and good parking space for two wheelers only. You will be attended by staff upon asking the different size otherwise it’s a self serving (which is good during Covid).

It’s help yourselves kind of store and do not expect any sort of assistance from sales folks around. If you find the product yourself among what they’ve displayed, lucky you.

Good staff and product range is also good, sometimes during peaks we don't get what we want but they offer for home delivery the same product in some couple of days.

I would like to thank the manager for replacing the faulty shoes pair with new one. Frankly I expected a discussion on it, but no questions asked he had replaced it.

It's a nice store. 4 wheelers parking is a bit difficult. It was pretty crowded hence staff couldn't support at all. My size was not available so I couldn't buy.

The assistance was very bad. The staff was polite to display or give guidance to us. The price was huge. As they have stock of all high price shows and sandals.

Cooperative staff... as with any shoe store they also don't have have all sizes and colors in all shoe styles or designs but they help you in ordering online...
