The atmosphere and cafe interior is so fascinating .however, the food is a big no. We were a group of 5 and each of us were unhappy with the food we got like over poached eggs, oily foods ….. the funny thing when I went to let them know before we leave , one of the staff’s way to talk was annoyingly rude as we went there just to give feedback like what we went through.we didn’t take refunds coz we choose not to but it doesn’t mean we enjoyed it . Apart from this , they do have good coffee though . Cheers

Stábla coffee was better than we anticipated, and boy did we anticipate it's opening the following morning. The barista was lovely, and recalled all the locals' orders. Beautiful seating options: cosy interior with local bits and bobs for purchase, decorated with fresh flowers. The outside seating was inviting as well. Our long black coffees were dark chocolate-y perfection! The brekkie menu looks incredible and we'll have to try it next time we stop in. Until tomorrow!

Friendly staff, but the coffee was meh -- boring. The price for it was spot on so that was nice. The menu looks simple and caters for some vegetarian options. I hit these guys up pretty early and might not have got them in their grove. There is local art hung on the wall for purchase but other than that the ambience is pretty stark. Not really my kind of place, but I'm sure there are others who will find it just what they're looking for.

Perfect combination of indoor and outdoor cafe in Hobart CBD. Staff are lovely. Food and presentation is amazing. Decor and venue are beautiful. I’ve been trying to get here for months, but weekend closures make it hard personally, so pumped there today and was sooooo happy with my experience! The (?newly) added sexy time lounge and accomodation look really cool, and would give this place the FULL EXPERIENCE, unlike any other in the city. A definite recommend while walking the Hobart city streets! :)

Honestly, this is my winner for best café in Hobart 2022. The atmosphere is unmatched. The coffee is on par with the best in all of Australia, for real. The food options are simple but perfect. Really great place to bring friends or to sit by yourself and read. Absolutely feel right at home here, love it

I can't fault this place. Really great coffee, the oat milk they use is so creamy! Have had a few things on the menu, my favourite brunch is the smashed avo. The chicken burger with fries is also amazing The baked treats are so fresh too. Such a funky spot with friendly service!
