This was the second time we had Shane Stevens Plumbing out to our house for a separate issue, (we rent, so it's the company that our property manager at Trove are using). A few weeks ago we needed our Air/Con serviced - just annual service. They flushed it out, no fuss, didn't leave a mess, very Covid safe and professional. Today we had them out again, a different guy today - very informative and helpful - apparently the energy saving guys that go around promoting water-saving shower heads are causing more problems for home owners then there needs to be. As late last year we had one of these whizz bang water-saving shower heads installed by a guy that (on hindsight) doesn't know much about the different hot water systems. I learned today that we have one of the instant hot water units. Thank goodness it was an easy fix issue - our plumber removed the saver-device from the inside of the shower head and it did the trick. I also learned that the hammering sounds we hear through the pipes can be solved by installing a gadget to the house water pipe - I hope this quote gets approved by our landlord as this would really solve our water pressure issue and the noisy pipes. Brilliant team work, I was kept informed of when the plumber would arrive, I understand some jobs take longer then expected sometimes. Well done guys, we will recommend to others.

I wish I could give negative 5 star.. as I don’t have the option. They say use local business to support them.. absolutely Rubbish.. I have never ever said anything like that for any business. These guys are ripping people off big time. Unprofessional guys no customer satisfaction. They will come to fix one thing and break the other one and put on you and will say this is our company policy. We don’t take responsibility of anything if anything gets broken in the process of fixing you guys needs to pay for that and they will charge you double the money. I would not recommend this guys. There are other people out there who do the good job and charge you less. Absolutely disgraceful and Arrogant People. Thanks for the rubbish service you gave it to me. I’ll let people know for sure about the behaviour of you guys.

The lads from Shane Stevens have attended our home on multiple occassions for general plumbing needs, hot water service issue detection and repair, and first fix for our renovation (bathroom, ensuite, laundry and kitchen). They will be back in the new year for second fix and installation of tapwear/showers etc. I have always received a reliable, high quality, tidy, professional and friendly service from the plumbing team. I have appreciated that they are 'female friendly', respectful and happy to answer questions or explain a process. The office staff are also friendly, communicate well and are understanding of changing needs which I have appreciated during times of high stress. Recommend this company for your plumbing needs. This company was suggested after engaging a major Plumbing firm to unblock a drain. This major firm has a "UPsell " policy to extract more money from you, which I refused. Shane Stevens attended the property promptly and rectified the blocked drain for a total of $165 rather than the $799 suggested by the original firm. As we have an array of short term rental properties, we will continue to use Shane Stevens Plumbing for each job in the future

We required the services of a good plumber, and we certainly got that when Shane and Matt did what they do best. They replaced, repaired and installed what was needed. Their approach to the job and the workmanship is second to none.
