I booked with them and they didn’t show up. After half an hour after the time of the booking they send a message saying that they are doing another more important job. One of the jobs that I had booked included a gas safety check which is also important. We rescheduled on the times that they had available and I had to accommodate my times to get the booking as long as they could get the job done and again an hour before the time they cancel my booking and go to do another more important job and reschedule me to another time convenient to them. When I call them they say unfortunately they have more important jobs than mine and is possible that they will cancel again. Unbelievable, unprofessional, arrogant and worst customer service.

Blue Water Plumbers were one of only two companies to respond to our many online enquiries. Of the two that responded, the first responded with no information other than how much they charge per hour - while Blue Water gave advice as to what the problem might be, gave us an indication of cost online, and made it easy to organise a booking. The plumber arrived on time, was polite, professional and friendly. He looked at the job, took the time to work out what the problem was and stayed to complete the job. We are very happy with the work completed, the price, the time frames involved and have absolutely no hesitation in using them again and referring others to them. Great job!

I was very impressed with being able to get a time slot the next morning after I rang, as it was a fairly urgent situation (my toilet cistern had failed). Declan the plumber messaged when he was on his way, and was spot on time. He was professional and honest in telling me the options(repair or replace), and gave me a rough estimate for both. A very quick response time with friendly staff. My appointment was booked and notification given of the exact time the plumber would be arriving. A very knowledgeable and well mannered young plumber named Charlie quickly ascertained the problems, fixed them, checked other taps etc and left everything immaculate. I was told previously by a gas heater repairer that our gas heater could not be fixed as it was the fan that was faulty and fans could not be obtained. But Tom came and later Mark and they sourced a fan from interstate. Mark installed it and the heater works again. Excellent!
