When we were looking for a plumber, we looked at the Yellow pages and skipped past those big ads as there is no doubt that a big ad means higher prices. So we chose a simple but informative ad. I had already had 4 quotes and although Will was not the lowest quote, he spoke to me with honesty. I felt safe in choosing him to do our bathroom tap and shower conversions to Mixer taps. He arrived earlier than arranged (not what you might normally expect from a tradesman!). He looked at the task ahead of him and sat down with me to explain the process,and any possible difficulties. He again repeated the original quote and said he would not go over it. Work was completed by Will and another trades-person within 2 hours and I couldn't be more happier with the result. I suffer O.C.D. and the precision in which the hardware was installed was far better than expected. They also removed tiles from the wall and replaced with new ones. I'm so happy with Will Plumbing service and I would without doubt highly recommend anyone to give Will a call and book him. They might not be the cheapest plumber, but they wont be the most expensive and you will get honest hard work and quality results. Whenever I need a plumber in the future I will always call Wills plumbing and happily advise anyone to do the same!

Personally, I cannot recommend Will and his team more. I was in a hurry to get a new stormwater system done for my house and reached out to Will. Will's Plumbing did not stuff me around. First thing they did was listen to whats wrong and then gave me a quote for the job. Unfortunately they told me that they had to dig and get to the tree root problem. Last time i was quoted 7500 for the job 5 years ago so you could only imagine my relief when Will came up with considerably less. He also told me that price is ehat he charges to dig up ALL pipes. He tidied up his mess and left. I would recommend them anyday

Really happy with the gas fitting work that Will and Eddie completed at my property. Called around 3pm and had the work completed at 5pm that afternoon. This did require paying overtime rates, but given it was a small job that wasn't too bad. Will was clear on the phone to expect a higher bill so there were no surprises. I contacted Will on a Sunday afternoon when our hot water system broke down, he contacted me back straight away and gave us some great advice about what type of hot water heater we should go with. Will came out the next day and with a new system and everything was all done and fixed within 2 hours. Will really knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing and is happy to take the time to explain everything and answer any questions.

Hot water system stopped working on the weekend. The plumber, Will, talked me through some troubleshooting over the phone without any kind of charge. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
