This would have given you better insight Instead of hiding behind a baseless review without all of the facts. This store and the staff like many other small businesses in Vancouver, are doing their best in a very difficult time to respect all facets of the crisis while fighting to survive. This store is an Icon in the West End and has been for over three decades. The owner is actively engaged in the community and the staff are some of the best in retail. If indeed you had approached the store as mentioned, you would have discovered this and much more. Since you did not do this, it leads me to wonder what your intent of the review was? Whatever your intent, it only solidified in my view that we all need to be a little more caring and kinder to one another. And yes, this includes you. So thank you for your review, stay safe and healthy and as recommended by our amazing health officials in BC, wear a mask.

I was searching for a garment that I could not find locally in Ontario. I found the item in your shop and called as I wasn't sure which size to get..Lisa actually tried on both sizes, amazing! and mailed out the package that day! Awesome! It arrived and fit perfectly! Lisa and Lauren included a note and little gifts which I was so touched by! She/they went above and beyond! This is exemplary customer service at its finest! Thank you! All the best with your shop!

This place has some nice finds. But I can't give them any more than two stars for the fact that this store always displays the permanent "Sale" sign. It's so misleading If an item is on sale for $31.99 or whatever price for 365 days. I'm sorry that is not a sale, even with an orange sticker that states otherwise, that is just a year round price. My impression of the place was I was getting SCAMmed and so were the select few who wondered in to have a look too.

The items were at a reasonable price and the clothes are of high quality. This is one of my favorite spots as well and I really like the place, I hope it will continue to thrive. It was a really beautiful clothing boutique that caters to both men and women. Thanks to the assistance of the lovely employees, I was able to purchase a few items that I like so much. They have frequent excellent sale prices as well as brand new items available.

I've been shopping here for over 10 years, Lisa and her entire team are always super friendly and they always have the most amazing outfit suggestions. Every time I visit, there is always amazing new arrivals and the cutest on trend pieces. I can't ever visit without leaving with a few fantastic pieces that I end up wearing for years to come! I would highly recommend checking it out, I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!

went there today for the first time just to look around and ended up buying a very nice shirt at half the price. John is very friendly and knows how to make u interested in sticking around a bit longer for a closer look at the great mix of stuff there. I found the store really practical and the staff friendly and professional. No wonder they've been around for 30 years! I'll sure go back there again.

Really fun clothing store for men and women. Lots of accessories and items to pick from, great prices. I had fun shopping here while I was visiting town and staying at the Best Western Sands. Bought a few things for outfits, thanks to the help of the wonderful Lisa! Great service and experience shopping and I'll definitely come back and check out their online shop!

Highly recommended. Yesterday when I stopped by, Kevin helped me and really went above and beyond, anticipating my needs and made my shopping process incredibly smooth and easy. Ever since I discovered the Quick Nickel, I now shop exclusively at this store for my entire wardrobe. Their selections are fantastic, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they have a great rewards system as well! I recommend them to everybody who is looking for an independent business to support.

Highly recommend! I normally don't shop around Davie as prices can get expensive but just on a whim I thought I'd pop by today. The young lady working there made everything worth it, I think she said her name was Lisa! I love all the pieces I got and can't wait to stop by when I'm in the area again!

My best friend and I spent about 2 hours in here just trying on and looking at so many amazing options for clothes and bikinis! Tom and Lisa were awesome and were taking the covid regulations seriously and we felt safe in their shop. 10/10 will DEFINITELY go again!

Bought some sunglasses today, This place has been here a very long time and is one of the last true independent local stores in the west end. Staff are always friendly, met John today. Very nice person. There are some great deals to be had! See you again soon.

Good selection for men's shirts & tshirts, they have jack & jones and other brand names. Women's stuff is hit & miss for me personally, but looks quality. Good selection of accessories too, scarfs, sunglasses, hats, jewellery, etc. Cute bathing suits as well.

This shop is great ! It's a small shop, but whether it's a specific style t-shirt or a funky hat, I find exactly what I had been looking for in this store. It good because they are right across the street from my clinic where I work.

The closest thing the West End has to a boardwalk. Towels, hats, sandals, swimsuits! Everything you forgot to pack on your way to the beach and more and really really great prices!!!

Clothing is still pricey but it is good clothing for half the normal price. Sunglasses are $8-$15. Lots of selection and kind staff.
