The store has a great selection of commodities at reasonable prices and sometimes at a discount rate that is difficult to pass up. Assorted T-shirts of $12.00? It may not be the best design, but, it is summer-like and tempting. At the above price, I recommend buying two as these sell like pancakes. Some sizes are more popular than others, hence my Four Star rating. If the stock is known to be sold quickly, order more in ,than disappoint regular customers like myself. There are a few selection of popular summer shorts and T-shirts, buy a pair. After all. For a $100+dollars, you will be looking good for the coming sunny days. A note of caution: choose carefully because the store has so many products, one could overlook a better bargain. Old Navy is definitely a place to shop around. Go on Wednesdays and Fridays. And do not overspend. This is the catch one has to avoid. Once bitten, twice shy!!

About an hour ago I went to Old Navy to buy some leggings, they were on sale so I grabbed 3 of them because I wanted to buy all 3 , but I wanted to make sure they all fit, but the woman who was working there, standing by the fitting room which I dont remember her name told me, just one! I said sorry? She was like I said just one! I asked you mean one by one? she said, no you can try on just one of them!!! I asked what if that doesnt fit? She said it is the policy, just one!! Like it is what it is! it wasn’t the customer service which I expected, No wonder there were a few people in there!

Very very busy location. There was a sale on when I went in, so the store was in a mess as people don't put things back nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful... though they could have used more people (but these are tough times and they were all doing the best they could) Cashiers were also very friendly and working as fast as they could. I will return to shop here again Update 2023: store is still busy but fully staffed. Store was much neater, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I used to like shopping here relaxed friendly inexpensive. Bought 2 jeans to travel with. Both split or ripped within 4 days or 1 washing. Couldn't carry them with me as TRAVELING AND LIMITED SPACE. Had to buy new. No customer service as I'm expected to return them from Spain or Italy. So bye never wasting my money there again. Should be zero stars. Quality of pants is pathetic. Might as well shop at Walmart they have better brands

I had such a positive experience here today. I was making a return and had some questions about a couple of orders I've made online. Casey was helping me and went above and beyond to ensure I had the information I needed. I asked to speak with the manager to let him know that Casey was so friendly and helpful. I always like shopping at this Old Navy, and today was no exception. Thank you Casey, you made my day!

The person who designed this store should be fired. Imagine a clothing store with one mirror for the entire floor, unless you want to line up to use a fitting room? Clothing is the one product where people constantly want to try things on and see how they look without going on a hunt for a simply thing as a mirror. This clearly demonstrates the difference between theoretical design vs practical design.

I always find something I like at Old Navy and love their bargains. The staff very helpful too. They seemed to be controlling the number of customers at the door, giving out masks and encouraging people to use the sanitizer. It still felt way too crowded and I didn't stay long. I did however buy a lovely cardigan marked down to about $13. One star less because of the crowded store.

There are no clear directions in the checkout area, so customers have to wander and often make the wrong way. The staff are friendly, but it seems their cash register system is inconvenient. Be sure to remember your PIN if you use a credit card. To my surprise, they couldn't identify my Debit card. Despite all of this unhappiness, I'd still give four stars overall.

My first visit to Old Navy downtown made my day. Honestly, I didn't plan to purchase anything, but the lady in the changing room was the best staff ever. Her name is Marysia(hopefully, the spelling is correct). Her positive energy and happiness attitude toward customers put a shopping bag on my hand at the end. Other staffs were really nice and helpful too.

Went to this store to pick up some clothes for my sister! The employees are super warm and helpful! The store is very organized! It's easy to find things because of their arrangement! Their clearance section is almost always great as well! The checkout process was easy and fast! If you're looking for some good quality clothes, this a place you can try out!

Used to be a good place to shop,went in today,4 people behind the counter,1 serving someone else and the other 3 just stood there chatting while I'm waiting to be served,I just left the stuff I was going to buy on the floor and walked out.Since when is employees gossiping more important than serving your customers,very insulting.Customer service is dead.

The fitting rooms were closed as they were being sanitized and we were told to use the small quick change one instead. Or go downstairs. My disabled wife had a hard time changing in the tiny stand up change room and we were asked if we wanted a bag after shopping already for;30mins we were just leaving. Not very helpful or accomodating

I wanted to return an order bought on Old Navy website... I could return it by packing it up and shipping it back or just go to any location to return in-store. I was in and out of this store in 3 minutes and it was my first time visiting it. Great staff, no questions asked about why returning. I will be back for sure to buy stuff!

I found the coat I have been scouting for and in a very affordable price as compared to other stores. So many good finds in clothing without the need to break the bank. Simple designs that would always make you in style, and yet you would find yourself grabbing left and right because everything seems so nice to add in your closet.

Nobody wants to sign up for your loyalty program in the middle of shopping. I'm obviously not blaming the staff who are trained to do this, but it would be nice to browse in peace without 5 different people asking if I need a bag or a size or a fitting room or to sign up for rewards. Staff are very friendly.

Their prices aren't what they used to be but this store is always very clean and organized and much nicer than the suburban Old Navy stores around Vancouver. The line always moves fast and they are always very quick when processing online order pickups (orders are usually ready within an hour or two!).

Old Navy sometimes gets a bad rep as they are considered a more affordable clothing solution. This location however has a good stock of clothing for everyone. Quality is fairly good and the super cash promotions are worth your time. As a guy, if you need a simple T shirt I would recommend this place.

Lots of good deals to be had during their winter clearance sale. New spring and summer arrivals are just being put out now. Fairly decent prices, lots of styles and good quality clothing. The men's department is not for folks with physical disabilities when it comes to climbing stairs however.

This place is great! My sister is absolutely in love with this place and my wife loves their cosmetics section! I love their T-Shirt collection! Their clearance section is bomb! The store is very well laid out and organized! The employees are very helpful and checkout never takes long!

I always pay a visit to this place as I like their style and design of clothes. They have pretty decent variety of toddler girls clothes. When I first visited them they had given me a family discount which was a 50 percent off.

This is a good place and the items are cheap. However, if you are looking for men clothes you may get a little frustrated if you want to buy something more than a pair of jeans as the department is almost empty.

Love this Robson location. The selection, services such as in store pick up, water fountain, trials rooms & washroom + the excellent staff with good pricing - make this location a definite to go for shopping.

Great store with lots of selection. There is a department of women, men and children. There are no maternity clothes at all. The staff is nice and helpful. Good prices, not high quality of products.

Sale prices don't always ring up at the till, so you have to remember what was on sale and then have a little debate with them about it until someone goes and checks. Seems dishonest.

Good price range and products. The best thing is that you can return online purchases at the store. You don't even need to have your card on you for returning items. Super easy

No floor staff to assist without searching and waiting. Never enough cashier staff on the cash registers. Store is well maintained , clean and easy to get to by public transit.
