Bad experience, walked in asked a lady with brown curly hair calling herself the supervisor ''where can I find scissors to cut hair and a comb?'' She was quick to send me to a dollar store like she knows nothing of he r products or just doesn't have the business mind to keep customers. So I decided to look myself and surely in cosmetic I found what I needed. Once at the cash she came back with a heshe from cosmetic trying to explain she knows nothing of the products she sells and the heshe replied neither did he. The ignorance demonstrated their capabilities witch explains the reason why they get paid as low as their education is but word to the wise ''employer'' when you get a chance fire that supervisor she's bad for business. PS as I left they rudely said have a good day witch I did at my cottage while they were getting scrubs at Pharmaprix Fairview Mall PointClaire.

Very small pharmaprix. Went to get a prescription almost a month ago, 2 different medication I take together. This morning I realized one of the medication I had only one pill left versus the other 3. I know I missed a day or 2 which happens to me sometimes but I know for sure I don’t just take one pill and not the other. Yet because her system says I should have 1 pill left (I must have skipped 2 days clearly) she can’t fix the mistake. Just annoying. Now she said they’d put a note so that they double count my prescriptions in the future. Hopefully I don’t run into the issue again, otherwise I’ll just change pharmacy cause I shouldn’t have to be recounting my prescriptions to make sure I have the right quantity. That’s their job. Otherwise just replace them by a self dispenser or something like the self check outs everywhere.

I bought a 50.00 Starbucks gift card 3 days ago for my daughter's birthday. I gave it to her and when she tried to use it the day of her birthday, it was "inactive" at the Starbucks and refused. With the bill, I went to the same Pharmaprix to ask for the card to be activated and they would not help me !!! They told me it was a final sale. Final sale??? The card is dead...I have the Bill, the card with the carton and no one can help me! I have been playing ping pong with these incompetent cashiers and the poor clerks from Starbucks who cannot do anything to help me. Only option is to cancel purchase with my credit card.Can anyone believe this ??? Where is customer service today ??? No one cares anymore. Lesson: Do not buy gift cards from any Pharmaprix. Cashiers take your money but do not activate your cards.

N'allez pas pour un soin infirmier chez ce pharmaprix. Très mauvaise expérience. Je suis allée pour un lavage d'oreille et l'infirmière n'a rien fait et elle a poussé la cire jusqu’au fond étaient des mots du médecin, j’avais mal à la tête, j’avais mal aux yeux et j’avais beaucoup d’inflammation dans l'oreille et ça fait mal. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je vais pour un lavage d'oreille et toutes les autres étaient bien. Ici je suis entrée bien et sortie dans un mauvais état. En plus on paye. Elle n'a rien fait et a poussé la cire: des mots d'un médecin d'urgence. Je viens de parler avec la gérante, ils ont remboursé l'argent, probablement, car ils ne veulent plus de problèmes. C'est épouvantable, j'espère me guérir bientôt sinon, je ferai une réclamation.

Advertised One Price on the Shelf then tried to sell it at another higher price. the price on the shelf for a dental item was 2.99, they tried to charge me 4.49. Fat & agressive clerk was rude out of her mind. Would not stop talking. Would not listen to the customer at all. Easy to understand why - they do not want to be accountable for displaying one price and charging another. RUDEST PHARMACY IN THE WEST ISLAND. I live right down the street. I'LL NEVER BE BACK. One only loses with dealing with rude and sleazy trash like this.

Unfortunately had a bad experience from shopping at this store a while ago. At first I had to wait so long for an staff to come and help me. To me, it seems that the manager had a bad day and was trying to find someone to take revenge that day. She was really rude when I went to exchange something that I bought less than 24 hours ago with the original receipt. You don't want to waste your peace of mind, time and money? Simply don't go to this store you can see from their rating how they treat their customers.

La madame qui travaille dans le bureau de poste n'est pas faite pour le service à la clientèle. Désolé mais aucun savoir faire. ne pas répondre au bonjour et pire crier sur les clients. Le client lui parle et elle répond méchamment. vraiment un service médiocre. Je suis déçue et je ne repartirai plus la bas. Une inspection est obligatoire la bas pour voir comment les clients sont maltraités.....

She should be informed that the probability of her catching Covid when someone stands 10 cm outside the red circle on the floor is equal to that of someone standing directly on the red circle. I went to Pharmaprix fairview, there was a cashier called (rodlenda ) she is too mean .. she didn’t talk with me in respect and she told the other cashier in front of me ( how you can be nice with people ) !!!! I have never seen an employee who encourages others to not respect people ! And this is not the first time that this happens with this employee

I an not coming back here anymore! The service was AWFUL at the Post Office. It reflects very badly for that Pharmaprix. I dont know if that employee behind the Post Office was having a bad day...but there is no need to use a condescending tone. A very ill-mannered woman. Clients are not stupid ! The lady (probably one of the manager) serving at the post office had such an agressive attitude. Was SO rude for no reason. She was on a power trip on her own. Miserable person. Went to the cash to buy something. Cashier rude beyond belief. Couldn't even say hi, or acknowledge my presence. Worst experience I've ever encountered. Asked for a bag, again rude, then i had to ask for my bill. Huffed and puffed. Managers, you need to do something. This is unacceptable level of customer service.

I went there and I purchased something and they didn’t said that it’s final sale I went back after 4 MINUTES ONLY! And the lady in the cash start shouting on me and say it’s final sale and they didn’t said that in no where I hope the head office can do something to that rudest place!!!!

I already had some bad experience with Canada post services, but today I just experienced the worst customer service ever! The lady serving at the post office (I assume the manager) was so rude and unprofessional! Avoid going to this location if you don’t wanna have your day ruined!

Woman at the post office 12 June 2020 was EXTREMELY rude to a customer. She sounded quite insane and should be removed from her customer facing role immediately. Shame on management this location - it's difficult to believe they're unaware that this person isn't okay.

Post Office has horrendous service, she chooses whom to smile at, mean, argumentative. I try to avoid at all cost, even though I am obliged to deal with them on the occasion---rare occasion. Otherwise pharmacy clientele are all so lovely.

Conveniently located in Cadillac Fairview shopping center with direct outdoor access. A little on the small side and sometimes long line ups due to high traffic of people.

The post office section of this pharmaprix has HORRIBLE service. I simply said hi and the lady gives f*****g attitude for no reason whatsoever. She deserves to be fired.
