I had to refill my medication but because of heavy snow and other errands that I had to do in the down-town, decided not to go to my usual pharmacy and take them on my way. That was a big mistake, I should have checked for the reviews first as I see this experience was not unique to me. After I handed in my details for prescription transfer, I was instructed to wait and that's normal procedure. During this time, I have been receiving really strange looks from the woman working behind the cashier of the pharmacy. I have no idea what her problem was. She kept harassing me about why I am waiting there when she very well knew. She repeated again and again. Finally after both pharmacists were done with their chit chats and keeping me and everyone else in a pandemic situation waiting for over 40 minutes, she finally decided to give me my prescription. It is finally over? Ok I didn't save any time bu... Not so fast, she started talking to me with a really condescending and sarcastic tone and belittled me. I was stunned by her manners. I asked myself, did I do anything? I was just waiting silently for over 40min, wearing mask and winter cloths waiting with others but apparently she didn't like my face or something. She tells me "rest of your prescription remains at your pharmacy" telling to not come there ever again. No worries about that, I am never stepping inside this place anymore. It is difficult times for everybody, you had a bad day? I am sorry, it is no excuse to treat patients coming here for their own pain seeking help like this. You are not qualified to be pharmacist. This is the first time ever I had an experience like this in a pharmacy, pharmacists usually have a good head on their shoulders. Not these ones. Do yourself a favor and go any where else in MTL for your medication needs.
The worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with in MTL by far. It started well and the pharmacist along with their assistants knew what they were doing. That was in 2019 Come 2020 and it seems like a bunch of random people working there. Always messing up stuff, don’t know what they are doing, overcharge you and the attitude they give you is off the charts. I’ve had to correct them on multiple occasions about how the medications are covered by RAMQ and they eventually get it right. A pharmacist assistant was laughing in my face cause I went to the pharmacy two weeks before the time I visited to get another medication. As like why I’m coming again. Maybe I need multiple different medications?! I thought you’re a pharmacy, no? Paid for my medication last month and asked for a copy to avoid them coming to me this month to tell me to pay again and was assured that this won’t happen and they have stamped paid on my receipt that they showed me then. They then lost it and asked me this month for the payment and I had a heated argument with Ramy who made me feel like I’m stealing from them and he is going to “put a note on my file about this so it won’t happen again” Hell yea it won’t, cause I’m never using your pharmacy ever again That’s for sure the last time I ever use this pharmacy. Better off going to Proxim if you live in downtown cause they know what they do and treat you with respect. Or any other pharmacy cause there’s no doubt they won’t be worst than this messed up pharmacy
My recent experience with this store's return policy has left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I purchased a product from them with high hopes, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Upon realizing the product wasn't suitable for my needs, I decided to return it within the specified timeframe mentioned in their return policy. However, to my dismay, the staff at the store flatly refused to accept the return, citing vague reasons that were not mentioned anywhere in their policy. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and present my receipt, the employees were dismissive and unsympathetic. It was clear that they had no interest in providing fair and reasonable customer service. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's commitment to its customers. I feel cheated and taken advantage of by this store's return policy, which seems designed to make it difficult for customers to receive their rightful refunds. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. As a result of this negative experience, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Their lack of transparency and unfair return policy are major red flags that should not be ignored. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and consider shopping elsewhere, where their rights as consumers are respected and valued.
The worst Pharmaprix you can find in entire Canada. I had bad experience with the people working here multiple times. Most of the times they try to act as Doctors. My prescription was increased by a walk in clinic doctor since my family doctor was vacation. Ranny Hanna was giving me hard time because I went there days earlier to get my medicine. The pharmacy didnt get a call from the doctor I consulted and he wanted to know why the Pharmacy didnt give them a call. Please stop acting as doctors. The second person I had bad experience today was from another staff Parish. I went back to get a second appointment for Covid shot as instructed by another pharmacy assist on Saturday. Instead of trying to help me she said to go online and book the appointment. Also she wanted to know the name of the person I spoke to on Saturday. I informed that I dont recall the name and when I asked for her name she refused to give her name and removed her name tag. Please Mr Shaheen people are here to get help and not to deal with this kind of bad customer service from your staff members. Putting up a note saying aggressive behaviour will not help when these employees try their level best to not help their clients. Respect goes both ways. Again please stop acting like DOCTORS because you guys are PHARMACISTS.
Having a chronic medical condition I've been with this pharmacy for over 15 years and no issues until last week. I just wanted to drop a prescription at the pharmacy and unfortunately there was 2 people waiting in front of me an I kindly asked them if I could cut in line to drop my prescription and they agreed. I went to the counter dropped of the paper and told her to enter it into the system (prescription contained my name, address, phone number RAMQ number etc) when she had free time and left the whole interaction lasted not more than 5 seconds. An hour later I get a call from the pharmacist saying in a patronizing tone that what I did was impolite and lacked proper manners even though he wasn't involved in the initial exchange at all and said that if I ever did anything again like that I would be asked to leave to look for another pharmacy. Next day I asked my prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy. I know that this specific pharmacy is staffed by a team of pharmacists and that it is unfortunate that one bad apple is giving the entire pharmacy a bad name but I found that experience so appalling it had to be shared. I'll edit the post with the name of the pharmacist once I can get more information.
The store oftentimes closes way earlier than their announced closing time. Last night for instance (Wednesday March 2nd), they were closed at 10:20 although their closing hours said that they close at midnight. It's up to every business to decide when to close, but you should respect your customers enough to open and close at the times that you've announced yourself. I also received bad looks from the employees inside when I arrived at the store and found out that it was closed. Some employees are very friendly however. In the past I visited the store for an item and when I asked an employee, he stopped what he was doing and walked with me to look for the item and eventually found one for me. On the other hand, there was one instance when I saw an employee yell at an elderly person because he kept asking for help from the employee while he was attending another customer. It was an overreaction from the employee and he could have just told the elderly person that he will help him in a moment.
I’m at the rudest pharmacy that I absolutely hate but, they were the only one with an appointment availability for a flu shot. When I went to the vaccine counter it was closed so, I waited for several minutes to see if someone will show up, after which I went to the consultation line and told the pharmacist that I’ve an appointment. But, she told me to go back to the same counter, which was closed in the first place and continued to rudely argue with me to go back to the same counter even after I told her that it’s closed. Instead of politely saying that she had sent someone to that closed counter, she insisted on just instructing me to go back to the counter causing an argument even after I told her that no one was there. I promised that I’ll never give them my business but, desperate times call for desperate measures. In the end, the only positive was that the pharmacist who gave the actual vaccine was nice and I didn’t feel any pain, so I’m increasing the rating to 2 stars
I couldn't believe how difficult the clerks made my shopping experience today. There were no eggs except a box with one egg broken so I told the clerk at self check I wanted to get eggs but there weren't any. He asked if I went in the back and I said no, I just looked up the isle saw no one and gave up, well you are not supposed to go in the back he said, well I obviously didn't, the clerk I was talking to was in the front not in the back, so he phoned someone who came up with someone else, went in the back and came out with boxes of bags not eggs. So as he was going back to the back to look for eggs another person asked for help and he just left me standing there and helped her, so I left without eggs. The deals are okay but the customer service I received today was a zero, so I gave a 2 for deals and would never go there now if I needed a prescription or in need of dependable/responsible service for fear of being disappointed again.
A very incompetent lady works in the prescriptions department. It's the second time in a row I wait over 45 mins for a simple prescription filling when she is there. I finally ask what's going on, give my name, a very simple French name... She won't understand anything despite me speaking clearly, in English. She repeats "mamon" "ramon" "samon". I then speak louder and spell it out for her. She tells me to calm down in a very rude manner. She then claims she had called me, but no one in the waiting area heard any names being called. There was a pile of boxes behind her, she had never bothered to check the waiting area or call names again or realize no one could hear her. When she was at the back you could see her randomly walking around doing nothing, just looking confused. Seems like she should not be working there if she can't do basic functions and only waste people's time.
I had to return an unopened item that I purchases yesterday and the cashier was so rude about it. After checking with the manager if it was ok to give me the refund, instead of tackling my transaction first, she cashed in everyone else in line first. When I prompted to tell her that I've been waiting, she then transfers my receipt to the next cash over without communicating to me at all, just expecting me to head to the next cash. The next cashier wasn't much friendly either, but I got my refund in the end. Their service was mediocre at best, and I would not be returning there when seeking any help inside. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars and not 1 is because I had to post mail in the Canada Post inside this Pharmaprix and the clerk there was super helpful and efficient.
Beware if you need perscriptions for anything chronic!! My mom and I have been coming here for 20 years, hadn't had problems since the last few months. I frequent several times a month because she was diagnosed with cancer. For the first year, they were on top of her pills, would call me if something was missing from the hospital faxed perscription, spent time explaining to me how to schedule the medications etc. Now!? Forget about it. I wait 45-90 minutes for online pre-ordered refills. I purposely schedule them for hours before I intend on picking them up, but STILL wait. I call in for her pain medication, they say they'll call back and don't. Cancer is already difficult to manage, but to have to work around their new level of inefficiency is stressful to say the least.
I bought earbuds with one year warranty and it was a defective piece. I went back to them the next day and they mentioned that they do not refund the electronic items and ask me to contact to the company directly. And one mid-aged lady with disrespectful tone mentioned that it's the store policy and the online purchase works same. I made her aware that every store has a fifteen days exchange policy in case of defected piece and same works with online shopping. It was an insulting experience rather than an assuring talking to the management. I want to put forward that it is not good to buy electronic items from this store. @Pharmaprix - If it is the store policy then you are just looting your customer shamefully.
I've been a customer of Pharmaprix Cusmetics for 20 yrs. The ambiance of that Pharmaprix was not the same as it used to be. That's Place look so sad and so as the staff . The Rudest Cosmetic department I ever been. I came there because I want to buy a Marc Jacob Perfume, I told the lady I need five mins. Of her time I will buy a perfume. Eventually they don't have the Marc Jacobs perfume that I want. Her collegue called her to served another customer, she walked out and left me on the corner, She never came back to me. I did not appreciate what she did. No customer deserve this kind of experience. For the record. Keep your receipt if your going to pay by debit or credit because it might charge you double.
There’s this guy who stands sometimes near the auto checkout counters. He was very rude. I went there to buy some veggies and I didn’t know that the tomatoes are sold $2.5 per piece as it was written as $2.5 per kg. The guy told me things like, ”You know we don’t have a weighing scale here”. I replied ,”Maybe you should get the tag changed (the card on which price was written as $2.5 per kg). The guy replied,” Oh, you know Office People come here and they really don’t care about the price” . He was trying to show as if I didn’t have enough money. Just to mention to identify him, he looks a little fat and usually stands near the auto checkout counters with some sort of forms in hand.
Believe me, One of the Worst Service I have seen. Especially never buy prescription medicine here. Just to get two common medication. I had to wait for a 1 hour and 30 minutes. And service they people provide is horrible. The guys working there does not care about crowd or people standing in queue. They just go behind their medicine section and keep doing something stupid showing busy but I do not think to they are actually anything doing. when I requested them to do little hurry, the lady there said “we are doing our best eating chips at the same time”. Really never go to buy medications or drugs. Its ok for other buying things.
Because I should have the choice to use the cashier to pay for the merchandise I want to purchase. I chose to write a review because today was the second time I was asked to use the self checkout which I refused and they had no option for me. I left the store without buy and not returning. This happened before when the cashier lied that the system is down after I asked for manager to be called to serve me and the cashier then allowed me to use the cash register instead of Self check out. Because this is constantly happening, I believe the Management is behind this. DONT RECOMMEND ALSO BECAUSE MOST OF THE SHELFS ARE ALWAYS EMPTY
0 for customer service and do not expect professionalism from their cosmetic staff. Their cosmetics manager does not know how to talk to people in a professional manner except will yell rudely at customers for something insignificant. I witnessed a middle aged lady ask her what an eyebrow product does and she yelled back at her in a condescending way explaining that “its nothing its just for eyebrows”. Working in retail entails respect, great communication, and professionalism, however this location’s cosmetic staff and manager lack this and require proper training for the job and interpersonal skills.
Hours says closes at 10pm. I arrive at 9:56pm and they refused my entry, noting that they stop letting people in at 9h55. I was having an allergic attack and took a taxi. Ended up going to the hospital. Worst pharmaprix in the province. This particular store doesn't care about the numerous bad reviews they get because they know they can get away with it by being perfectly positioned downtown. The majority of your recent negative reviews are about hours. Seems like a very easy issue to tackle. The failure in that regard leads me to believe that the management team is incompetent.
I'm not even from Quebec, I live in Vancouver and I've had my 310,000 PC optimum points stolen from this location under the transactions page. (Roughly $310) they apparently somehow kept creating about 30 mobile wallet cards on my account and my fiance's account to take advantage of the spend points and make points event. The transaction was February 14th @ 7:46 EST. Please review your security cameras to see who made the transaction. The police should be investigating this place since many others have had the same thing happen at this exact location over the past few years.
I would not recommend going to this pharmacy. The customer service was terrible and it took hours just to get one medication. Initially, they requested me to wait for 20 minutes, however, I ended up waiting for almost an hour and when I asked for my medication, I was informed that they did not have my prescription. They suggested I come back the next day or wait for another 20 minutes, which was frustrating as it was clearly their mistake. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing, they were giving me some flimsy excuses. The customer service at the pharmacy was extremely poor.
Overall a good drug store, except that their pricing scheme is ridiculous. They have either regular-price items in stock or reduced-price items out of stock. I'd rather buy dishwasher detergent at a regular price than to be shown a reduced price tag for the detergent they sold out. For God's sake stop dropping prices if you can't keep items stocked. The whole purpose of these in-city drugstores is that we don't have to stock them up in our tiny apartment because they are always in stock there, which isn't the case with this one.
Fun place. Since the closing hour is very late it tends to attract people just to stare at products and buy random things like chips, soft drinks, girls buying skin care and others girls things, cheap electronics, bathroom related things and even fresh food like vegetables and fruit. To entry level to mid level anything that goes in the face for women its a very good place. To others its a very good local pharmacy that open very late. Very practical. Employees we're very nice. Will go again for sure when we will be in the area
Tried to get a prescription refill here, but the prescription was from another province so they had to get a transfer prescription. They told me I had to wait in store for it and it would only be half an hour. I waited an hour and it wasn't ready, plus when I tried to ask about it the pharmacist was rude and unhelpful (she also pretended she didn't know English to someone asking a question after me, even though she spoke to me in English). After another half hour, another pharmacist told me they'd give me a call back.
One of the employee (I suppose a manager), very "discretely" instructed an employee to tell me that the gift card system was broken and they couldn't activate it. I was buying it for a homeless person, but they apparently don't think homeless people should be able to buy food when it's -30 outside. What a great business that support the community! Not only that, but they are too ashamed to outright refuse the service, they have to lie. I highly recommend walking to the jean Coutu 2 minutes away, they are great!
I usually receive amazing customer service at every Shoppers and Pharmaprix across Canada . However at this location I was followed and harassed by a employee named Walid because I had my small service dog with me. I have never had an issue in almost 12 years as my dog is almost 12. I explained to Walid that it was a human rights violation and against the law and he didn’t care whatsoever. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything because of his harassment. Absolutely appalling and disgraceful!!
*pharmacy experience* I called them to be put on hold for over 10 minutes before a different person answered the phone. I explained that I was just speaking with someone else regarding a prescription...and they hung up on me It took three phonecalls (between getting put on hold, transferred to a different person, and hanged up on) to get to the bottom of a simple issue. Overall, the pharmacists at this location are rude in person as well. The shoppers itself is nice though.
Worst pharmacy ever. The approximate waiting line to get your prescription is around 20 minutes and not because they are busy, simply because the staff prefer to talk to each other than do their job. I have tried the pharmacy at different hours and regardless the time of the day and how many people are in front of me I had to wait 15-30 minutes because they are in no rush to do their jobs. The rest of pharmacy itself is very organized and has almost everything.
Worst pharmacy ever! Like others have said, you wait in line until they are ready to serve you. One woman is particularly nasty. I had some issue with non-green shield coverage and they figured it out but never explained what the issue was and just tossed the drugs on the counter to me like it was my fault! I just stared at the lady like "Are you serious?" It's the most convenient location for me since I'm a student at Concordia but I am switching after this.
I'm sorry the location is very good and I get it, it is downtown and people steal. But the security guard saying hi loudly behind us and placing himself right behind followed by a customer service guy that asks if we need help is very much telling me: I think you are gonna steal and we are watching you. I work full time, pay my bills and just spent a good amount of money at the spa with my girlfriend. I don't have to spend money at this location.
This pharmacy is not.a good neighbour for us - the residents on Mackay. Their delivery trucks block the back alley - the only exit for more than 400 people on this street. The city already told them not to block the alley but they do not fully obey. Their staff is so rude to our people waiting for the truck to move away. They are so irresponsible to the neighbours as a local business. I would call our people not to use their service at all.
The security needs to be changed! Extremely aggressive for no reason. I was literally shopping and on my way to pay and was followed the entire time, constantly being told "you can pay at the beauty clinic," No thanks, I will make my way to pay at whatever cash register I want. I don't need to be told 5x where to pay as I am trying to continue my shopping. I will never come back here as long as that security guard is still working.
Straight out of Concordia building...I wanna be thrifty in these hyper inflation days, so I bought a bag of 6 Saint-Viateur bagels ($3.99 no tax) and mini eggs chocolate ($5.99 +tax). Ate till full and realize that I'm pretty lucky to find a supermarket style of drugstore in the middle of downtown. For those who are tired of the same pizza and cocobun bread, why not seek out for other genuine options available?
I brought a powder from home last week to compare shades and now the security guards follow me everywhere in the store whenever I go- it is extremely irritating. Two stars because the cashiers and other staff are always very friendly and helpful. Edit: they also have no signage up indicating altered hours, but they lock the doors at 10pm and have a big glowing “open until midnight” sign outside… really pitiful management.
Great store and staff is help. Fabulous prices & products available. Unfortunately, the pharmacy & store are so busy it isn't unlikely to wait 20-30 mins for a human being to answer the phone. Far, far too long. My weekly delivery of medecine and groceries has come two days late more than a couple of times. Promises of antibiotics delivered were late. Credit card information in computer and reward points forgotten!
OMG!!! One of the worst experience in pharmacy! I had surgery with general anesthesia yesterday. After hospital I went there and waited 1 hour in starving to get my medicines. There was also very very cold! I said them 2 times I don't feel good because I had surgery today. They didn't care! Even they didn't apologize! How can take 1 hour taking medicine from shelf and putting in basket. I can't believe it!
I had a couple of negative experiences with the pharmacy clerks. They frequently committed mistakes like wrong spelling of my name and address (even though they had my insurance card and driver license on hand) which always give me trouble when submitting claims. I requested several times to have the claim directly submitted by them to my insurance (like Jean Coutu does) and they always refuse to do so.
Michael was incredibly patient and helpful with me when I came in to get some electronics. He went out of his way to make sure that I had everything that I needed, even things I hadn't thought of. He helped make sure the checkout process was quick and painless, despite other customers holding up the line, and pointed out the steps to take off I had any issues getting my Optimum points. Thanks, Michael!
Best weekend deals !!! All #Medicines available One of the best store on Saint Catherine Make a payment manually. If you are a gym lover get an Egg with very low price on weekend deals Eggs, bread, cheese, Lays chips are in a deal that you wont find it anywhere in any store. Staff members are very co-operative Do not forget to scan your Optimum card for the points
The security and the person near beauty products were so rude. I was wearing my mask still the girl who was there near beauty products asked me to get out of the store in a very rude manner. The was she said is very annoying she can’t talk to the customers like that. I felts she wanted wanted me to get out not sure what her problem was. Very bad experience
This Pharmaprix is terrible. Everything is ridiculously overpriced, and it seems like half the shelves are perpetually empty. What's even worse is that they only seem to put items that are out of stock on sale. If you find something on sale you want, don't bother rushing to the store, because it'll probably be out of stock by the time you get there.
I loved my experience in the beauty department. Cherifa was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional! I came for a foundation and she was able to help me also educate me on my skin care and knowledgeable ended up leaving with more skin care things that I had no idea would help my skin. Loved the service will definitely be coming back.
Had to transfer to this pharmacy today because my usual one ran out of my medication. It took them an hour and a half to finally give me my medication while 20-30 other people we're able to come and go get theirs. The rest of the store itself has good items and quick self-check out, but I will never pick up my medication at this location again.
Would give 0 star if I could. Came all over here because it mentions closing at midnight, but got rejected saying they close at 10pm, I was one minute late. Stop loosing people time and update your opening time!!! Very rude security guard that wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that their Google is not up to date.
My recent experience in this store was really disappointing. I was applying my own lipstick while I was shopping. The security came and asked me whether I opened the lipstick of the store. And they don’t even have this brand instore. The security even followed me everywhere through the whole shopping.
Some employees are very unfriendly and rude and are not helpful, even doctors at the pharmacy desk. When you want to ask something, they react like you did something wrong to them. As long as you don’t need the their help, everything is good but if you need to get help, don’t expect care and respect!
Came for flu shot. Pharmacist made me feel comfortable and was able to give me useful info about booking other vaccines. 5 stars for her. However, Xmas music was super loud and the pharmacy assistant spoke so quietly behind the plexiglass that trying to pay was far more painful than the shot...
Family member had an urgent need for medication and this location showed as open until 12 on Maps. After a long drive, I arrive to a paper on the glass saying that they close at 10 until further notice. It takes just a moment to update your Google Map listing to avoid people wasting their time.
I buy most of my stuff here because of the late hours and good selection of products. There are always more than enough staff to help you. The self-checkout is very good. Prices can be high but just buy the stuff that's on sale and it ends up being pretty much the same as anywhere else.
Extremely disappointed. I walked up to the Post Canada line at 7:01pm, there were still clients being served in line, was told that it would NOT be possible to retrieve my parcel because it was past 7pm. Clerk was extremely terse. If post closes at 7pm, website should not say 9pm.
I have had quite an okay experience with this Pharmaprix so far. I have had nice support from the staff members on occasions asking for something. However, I should mention that I have never gone there to pick up prescription medication and I am always using the self check-out.
Awful security guard, the one that always wears his sweatshirt hood up, extremely aggressive and follows you like you are a criminal when you haven’t even taken anything, he should be fired. I’ve read the reviews and it seems I’m not the only one that has been harassed by him.
Girl in cosmetics name Cherifa had a really bad attitude in a aggressive and masculin way. Both girls were not welcoming. When I ask politely to the girl if the makeup remover had alcohol, she answered with such attitude. Learn to be nicer and just do your job as you are told
On google maps, closing says 12am, but upon arrival, there was a small sign saying that opens hours were temporarily from 8am-10pm. The owner should not verify hours (a week ago) if the timing is incorrect. Could’ve saved me the trouble of coming if I had known it was closed.
If I could give less than one star I would. Despite being plastered on the building facade and having it displayed as closing at midnight on Gmaps, I passed at 23:08 and the door was locked and the building empty. Might be time to take the midnight closing time sign down...
outrageously bad service - my son went here for a strep test at 800am, store completely empty, pharmacist said she could not do it because she was the only one working and it was 'too busy', told him to come back in 2 hours. I am going to call the HQ. Just an abomination.
The woman staff w long black hair is super unfriendly and impolite. I started avoiding going to this store at night cuz she’ll be on the shift. What’s more ridiculous is that they’ll not let you enter the store even though it’s still 10 minutes away from the closing time
They made a mistake with my senior discount (on two separate occasions) and also with the number of reward points. After I phoned, they refused to credit my AmEx unless I went back there personally. Spoke to the owner who was completely unhelpful. I will never go back.
Always out of stock of everything by Thursday, and the security is VERY aggressive without any reason. I have been followed at very close distance by security when I am just trying to look at a product. I started going to another location instead and have no problems.
Service at the pharmacy is extremely slow. Even on it's less busy days. I place my order for my medication online so I don't have to wait a long time and even then I'm waiting at the counter for 30+ minutes without anyone taking notice. It's poor customer service.
Everything about this pharmacy is awful. The employees are either incompetent or rude, they don't respect their closing hours & every service they offer is a hassle figure out. This was my last time going here, I will be switching pharmacies as of tomorrow.
The person at the pharmaceutical counter should get proper training. She told me that I have to wait for a consultation with the pharmacist (approx 30mins) to get the aisle number of a product I was looking for. Incompetence level is really high there.
The WORST customer service experience I have ever had when dealing with a pharmacy. Usually pharmacies will give you a back-up refill when you are waiting for your birth control prescription renewal, but I was just told that they weren't
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Having been an employee of shoppers drug mart myself, I know the procedures to be run when facing certain situations and can vouch that none of these procedures are taken at this location. I bought a
Large selection of everything you need including quick gift ideas. Great system for getting medication but it can be busy at times. Sometimes they even give you a device to hold while shopping to know when your prescriptions are ready.
Mixed feelings about this location, pharmacy staff is great, but the checkout counter staff range from good to deplorable. Having had overheard them speak ill of English speaking clients and insisting on speaking to me in English even
I like the place. The staff is very helpful. Ruth at the prescription counter takes the time to hear what you need. Although I don't have the names of all the individuals who've helped, I appreciate their assistance done with a smile.
I only got to know the first name of the employee ‘Nick’. He has exceptional customer management skills. Very helpful, patient, and professional. If this man works for my business, I would confidently give him a raise and promotion.
Very bad experience. Bought a VISA giftcard, and it turned out to be a fake one. Tried to talk with the store for a resolution, but they just said nothing they can do and too bad. Do NOT buy giftcard here, as you MIGHT be scammed.
Felt a bit like travelling back in time to an East German Kaufhalle circa 1986. Lots of empty shelves, dirty floors, disinterested staff and rubbish everywhere. Got the job done though for Advil and some sparkling water ♂️ …
Devi is really rude and unprofessional. She talked rudely to the costumer and the staff. She was even discriminating my friend. She is far from being a good boss. Pharmaprix really shocked me. If I could I would put -5 stars
Hours were not updated. Many customers including myself were attempting to enter with no updated online hours. Extremely careless for a pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy in the region open and minimum is updating hours.
The best pharmaprix in town. They have the best variety and the most convenient location. The staff are nice too. They could add a few more fruits and vegetables to their stock and it could become a one stop shop.
tribble service. Lack of staffs . Just one pharmacist was soooo slowly working there. I waited 1h getting my med. have never seen a drugstore like it. They have to hire more pharmacists instead of just paying one.
The pharmacy made me wait 1.5 hours for getting my vaccine even though I had an appointment and they were giving me attitude! They also didn’t read my medical file to know my background (I had filled out a form)
Strongly advise to avoid this location at all costs for any prescription needs. Staff has little regard for customers and an almost comical lack of urgency. Thrilled to have picked up my last prescription here!
Most racist and rude service at this pharmacy. Booked flu shot appointment a week ago, came in and was told that the vaccine was "out of stock", with no apologies or alternative solutions. Worst pharmacy ever
I went there with a friend for a passport photo, and the service was amazing. Roger was very professional and courteous, and took us 5 min top. I highly recommend him! Plus the store looked neat and clean.
Called to ask about a MAPA machine rental. They don’t have it and dont know what other pharmaprix has it and the girl told me to just google other pharmacies and was in a super rush to hang up
I used to dislike the whole vibe of this store, but the staff are actually nice. Plus they had poppies for Remembrance Day, which most of the stores in the neighbourhood didn't seem to have.
xD notice: this store close at 10:00pm but no updated business hours, either on the official website or Google. Fun fact is: google shows that they confirmed the will opened till midnight
They don’t actually close at midnight and refuse to update their Google profile. Plus staff was MAD at us for thinking they closed at midnight … seriously!? What they hell did we do…
Pharmaprix, you have an employee that makes students uncomfortable working in the dairy. He gives mean looks and has a horrible attitude. Was passive aggressive with me.
Wish I could give 0 star. It shows they are open till midnight but since 2 days, it is closed from 10.50 Pm. Kindly open it for 24 hours as you guys are in downtown
Says open til midnight, before 10pm the door is already locked, lack of staff? There's self checkout, at least change your hours on google, 3 times, always closed!
its like local "wallmart" , you can find whatever you want. İts also sells lower price products. near the main avenue, you can also pay with "pay yourself desk" .
Pharmacy staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. This store is generally busy but not crowded. Not too long to checkout. They also have late night hours.
The employees at this store are always friendly, helpful, and patient. I always have a good customer service experience whether at the pharmacy or storefront
ZERO STARS As everyone has said, online and in store it says midnight BUT THEY CLOSE WELL BEFORE MIDNIGHT SOMETIMES AS EARLY AS TEN. AVOID COMPLETELY
The pharmacy told me to come back in half an hour and that it is first come first serve when I had a work day and urgently needed medication.
Google says they’re open until midnight. I arrived at 10pm after walking 30 minutes to get there while sick and they were closed. Horrible.
Terrible service Charged 23$ for 12 pills of GENERIC naproxen Tossed my prescriptions at me without any explanation of how to use my
The store seem to close at 10pm instead of midnight. Open hours "confirmed by this business 12 weeks ago." Very well-played!
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MEDICATION PICKING UP! I’m waiting here for over an hour but still haven’t got my medication
Always out of stock for sales item and Flu medicine. Prices are way higher than competitors like Brunet and Jean Coutu
5 stars for Sara who works in the Chanel department. Thank you for helping me choose my first red lipstick:)
Don’t come here for prescriptions unless you want to wait an hour. At least I had a book with me
Everyone is pretty nice specially at pharmacy the are so nice!! Post office is another thing:(
Waiting time too long,if you have prescription avoid this location.
Said it was open until midnight but closed at 10pm
