This sales associate was incredibly rude. He ripped items out of our hands and refused to sale us any items because we did not have a mask-which was an item we were trying to buy. He called security on us because we wanted to buy items. He actively refused to speak in english- I understand we are in a French based providence, but in this international area I am surprised he would choose to escalate the problem vs attempt to resolve it. I understand there is also politicalization of language currently going on. However, as an American, I am simply trying to purchase items needed for my travel- not become party to this debate or to be abused by this clerk . I'm infuriated that several French speaking individuals buying products without masks. My partner and I both have graduate degrees, we both are pro mask and pro vaccination. One of us is a scientist and the other is a government administrator....we deeply understand the need for precautions. We also deeply wish to abide by the mandate. However, the mandate was being lifted and NO ONE in the ENTIRE city was enforcing the mandate. This employee should go through some training. I will be sure never to shop here again-especially bc there are adequate alternatives..

I’ve never seen a pharmacist ( owner) being so disrespectful and rude. I actually work in the area and visit that pharmacy very often. I went to get the after pill and he said that this would be the last time I will be given the pills and I need to get on birth control. The delivery was super rude . I told him no thank you for the birth control if you don’t want to help I can go else where . For a moment I took a bite of my croissant and he said that I was being very disrespectful because I took of bite of my snack . I figured that this man was mostly in his feelings that day and would talk to me like I’m his daughter. I will never put my foot there ever

We went to this Pharmaprix, and the customer service is just terrible. The Pharmacist was dismissive and rude. We had a sick baby and needed to ask if A or B medication over the counter was better for him. The pharmacist was dismissive and told us we needed to write down our names for a consultation, and it would take time as he was busy. How he said to us that was very rude. In no Shoppers or Pharmaprix across Canada and we have encountered such a rude individual. For any tourist staying at the Fairmont or nearby we do not suggest going here. Walk a couple of blocks to Jean Coutu, where the service was stellar.

Be aware if you go to this Shoppers Drug Mart as both Beauty section and pharmacy are connected together at the back but you CAN’T bring products from one to the other even if there are products and rows between the 2 sections (and are connected as “one pharmacy”). If you do, expect to be treated like a criminal by the security that is on a power trip. Such a disappointing level of customer service for this brand.

Beauty Boutique Although I shop at other locations at times, when I do shop at this location I always ask for Marie-Michele! She is Amazing! She knows her Skincare and her Brand knowledge is extensive. Plus, she is always friendly and goes above and beyond in terms of customer service! If you're looking to invest in your skin, ask for her!

They took their time and made me feel comfortable, not pushy and above all caring. Thank you! I am all about pearls! we need more people like you in stores …

Went there for the Covid-19 vaccination the person who was responsible for injection was so rude and not helping, obviously happy that I refused to get Moderna as the only vaccine available there, No manners at all. Find another centre for your own sake.

This branch is huge, we can find everything we need and also they have a special beauty place. I loved their self service cash it's practical and helpful. Today I found many offers on different things like chocolate, vitamins, chips, wet nupkins...
