Keep in mind that I am an American visiting Brisbane, so what I am accustomed to affects what about to say. The menu did not have a lot of options, and I'll assume that the menu options were geared towards the local palate. I chose the bacon and eggs on toast. The meal wasnt very large (my huge american appetite) but it was well set out in an appealing display and everything tasted great. The almond milk latte was very creamy; a huge surprise based on my coffee experiences from Sydney. The atmosphere is great; cozy and fun. The work staff was very courteous and attentive, answering all my ridiculous questions that I could have answered on my own were I to have looked at signs posted or other displays (types of credit cards accepted). Overall, I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the neighborhood. It wont disappoint.

What can I say... The second I walked into Pallet I was greeted with a massive smile and a warm family environment. Karpin does an absolutely exceptional job at creating a warm and comfortable environment which feels much like home. Karpin's passion for his customer service is apparent through the entire experience. The coffee was exceptional and the Eggs Florentine, cooked to perfection. To see that he has his family with him in his business also serves as proof of how his values have transcended into the environment of his little cafe. If you're ever around the Fortitude Valley area, I strongly suggest you make your way into Karpin's nook to experience for yourself the definition of TRUE customer service.

We love the Pallet Cafe...Karpan (the owner) is one of the best dude's you can have the privilege of meeting. The food is excellent, the coffee is the best coffee in Brisbane, the service is second to none, and your overall experience is spectacular. When we moved to Brisbane from Canada, Karpan took time out of his busy work to make us feel welcome. I would give this place a 100 stars if I could.

We stayed in the adjoining Meriton Suites for our wedding and visited this cafe every morning for a coffee and bite to eat. Small place but cosy and warm. The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too hard. Coffee was the best in town, we didn't bother going anywhere else. A bonus that it was right outside our hotel. Will gladly go back when we're in the area.

One of my favorite places for brekky in Brisbane. I’ve had several items but my favorites are the Muesli, toasted banana bread and breakfast burger. All very fresh and really tasty. They are open early every day including weekends. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Amazing service. The person working (who we presume was the owner) was so friendly and welcoming. Even wrote down a bunch of places for us to visit as we were tourists. Food was great too. Drinks were a great size as well, especially the milkshake (so many places charge like $7 and put them in tiny cup) would defiantly recommend stopping by

I loved this cafe. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted by really polite people. The coffee was a good price and tasted amazing. It had a nice atmosphere, and i was fascinated by all the photos on the wall. There was plenty to see. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven!

This is such an awesome little cafe. Great coffee and one of the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. I was on a work trip and staying just up the road so very convenient. Quality staff who engaged in good conversation whilst breakfast was being prepared. Will definitely be going back.

Service is great, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Quaint little cafe with modern and retro edge. Ordered the omelette, presentation and quality was not the greatest for $18.50 spent. The eggs wernt fluffy and was average for flavour. However the staff and friendliness of the joint is enough for me to come and try another meal at a later date. Good but pricey.

I haven’t been here personally however our son and support worker have been there on a number of occasions and the owner is incredibly welcoming. They went there today for the first time in 12 months and the owner greeted them like long lost friends. Thank you

Nice, tidy cafe to have breakfast, just around the corner from the Meriton. It closes at 3pm. The owner was one of the most helpful people we’ve ever met in a cafe. He went out his way to answer our questions. Food and drinks were superb. The dishes we ordered for breakfast were tasty and well presented. Wish it were also open for dinner.

Visited this cafe first time , thought of sharing some feedback. Portion of Food was not worth it as compare to cost .Everything is overpriced. Customer service was zero Never recommended anyone .

Our family of 5 stopped in for breakfast. Lunch menu was also available which was great for myself. The food was awesome, best panini I’ve ever had, great range of condiments and the man I assumed to be the owner was so happy and polite. He was also telling a nearby table a story about a times he saw famous people in the area.

This place is fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, my partner has quite a few different dietary restrictions and the staff made sure she got exactly what she needed. The food was great but the friendly service was more than expected! If you are staying at the Meriton on Adelaide st in Brisbane CBD Give them a go.

Just went here w my partner for breakfast. What I assume is the owner or manager was an incredibly friendly gentleman. I ordered a burger and it was great :)

Takeaway order fail... Eggs Benedict was awful, hollandaise was watery and tasteless, ordered a side of hash browns, get back to eat and no hash browns even though I paid for it. I never throw food away but I could literally not finish this, even the bacon barely had flavour how is that possible? Coffee was good though.

I had been hunting for fresh juice for a few days and finally found a great place that stocks seasonal fresh fruit and juices on site! Incredibly friendly and welcoming service, a yummy menu with plenty to offer and DELICIOUS FRESH JUICE!!

Decent coffee, lovely hedgehog slice at a great price, good baby changing area, really welcoming staff and a free babychino! Bub was very pleased to try chocolate for the first time, was such a nice touch to bring it over while we decided what to order. A great find on our weekend in Brisbane.

We came in just before a rush, and in the fuss they forgot my coffee (we were a group of 4). Upon telling the barista, he said he messed up the order and apologised, and he'll get me my cappucino for free. He was super lovely the whole time, and the coffee was well above average too.

Just spent the last 11 days in Brisbane for a holiday and this was the first place we tried for coffee. The coffee and staff were the best. Went every morning. Coffee was spectacular!! Recommend highly.

I followed several good reviews to this Cafe. turns out their long black was super discounting! I've ordered a cup of medium long black and it tasted like coffee flavour water. I've never got any coffee from a Brisbane cafe taste like this. This is absolutely not coffee!!!

Ordered a coffee and a breeky roll this morning. Hands down one of the best breeky rolls I have eaten. Left me wanting more. The coffee was also just what the doctor ordered. I'll be back when in town next.

Yummy breakfast and fresh made juices. The guy working there, (possibly owner) was so lovely and chatty. He wrote lovely messages on our juices and coffees as well as giving us a list of what to do in Brisbane during our stay.

Pallet cafe is my local cafe and is always good, great breakfasts, fabulous coffee and service with a smile and a chat. My go to for weekend brekky, only dispointed that I don't have time for weekday visits also …

Three years in a row after Riverfire we have had breakfast here the staff are outstanding the service is great and the food is faultless.
