Went to the Maillard Project cafe in Brisbane CBD for brunch and I was asked to go to the Coffee Anthology restaurant just a few doors away (same owner and coffee but with table service). Everything ordered was very good except for Prawn Benedict which was too oily (buttery). The Nutella Croissant is heavenly (price was heavenly too A$12.5) paired with the great coffee! Fika beans is great for brunch! Will definitely go back for coffee again.

Saw many kids there during brunch!
Walking in we knew we were in for a treat. The architecture of the building was beautiful and set the atmosphere. We don't usually order French Toast, but this French toast was amazing. The toast component was fresh, cinnamon flavour. The meringue and lemon curd complimented the toast. The coffee was sweet and flavoursome. The Nutulla croissant was an indulgent treat. Came back day 2 of holiday... .delicious, gooey, wish we had 1 on the coast.

Coffee Anthology is situated in a large, open & airy space, can get very noisy from the echoing voices on a busy Friday afternoon. The coffee makes up for that though. Beautiful flavours going on & great latte art. There are rustic brick arches at the front & inside the walls have the same rustic effect. Service was fast considering how busy it was

What a find, this place is exquisite. They have a pastry kitchen where you can watch pastries being made (get there early, they sell out by 10am), perfect coffee (according to my partner), and great service… Plus, the BEST breakfast burger I have possibly ever had. Was there on holidays and it was so good I had it the next day again, wish I found this place on the first day of my stay in Brisbane!!

We were very delighted to try this shop. The coffee we ordered was a flat white with an extra shot and a latte art on top. It was beautiful. We were a bit confused about the sit down versus take away services but a kind server helped us figure it out. We had some pastries and had to try a main dish. What we were ordering also was a bit confusing. We got the ShakShaka. The service was quick and nice, and we were definitely return for another option on the menu.

The avocado toast was super good, I love the amount of texture there was - the rice crispies on top. The sourdough bread quality 10/10, crispy exterior but soft interior not overly chewy. Service is quick but a bit more on the cool side. The ambience is darker, kind of like a bar vibe

Excellent! I loved this cafe! Coffee was especially on point - I got a double espresso shot of the dark roast and it was outstanding. Food and service was great too. Would recommend! Food pictured below is the avocado on toast and the pancakes.

Had a bitter capuccino(my choice) to go with delicious scrambled eggs on sourdough, fresh diced avocado and spicy mayo on the side. A long dining area running between Charlotte street and the next block. 'Whisk' has a range of patisserie made on site in the centre of the area. Pleasant staff. More
Amazing coffee! Tony’s coffee is the best.☕️ But if you wanna get breakfast in here, booking is must on weekends. I went to there at 10am on Saturday, it was full

Food & coffee is amazing . High traffic . The floor crew are very efficient ,attentive and polite . For dine in , just walk inside and look for the standing crew to show you the available table .There’s no reception there . Will come again for the great service and food ;) More
Visiting Brisbane and discovered this place for specialty coffee. Had a delicate and fruity Batch brew (Rwanda) which was so nice! The miso scrambled eggs on toast was so nice. Would visit again if I come back to Brisbane and try out the pastry. More
We got coffee and croissants. The coffee was good, but the environment was a little bit confusing. Coffee was provided at the entrance booth, but we had to get the croissants from another booth. Overall, the service could be improved. More
Service was definitely great. The choice of pastry and coffee was great but I have definitely had better pastry from other places. Really enjoyed my middle eastern omelette, however, was very disappointed with
I really enjoy my little coffee session there but I think Maillard Project is still the best in town. The cozy atmosphere makes the cuppa Joe super enjoyable More
Loved this place so much came here two days in a row! Excellent coffee, super friendly staff, and great food. Hope to come again in the future
Upmarket Cafe in Brisbane cbd.. one of the best for breakfast! Staff friendly and food is good. It's very popular so go early.
Such a lovely and welcoming venue, and it’s obvious they know how to do their coffee.
