So normally I enjoy going to a Cafe 63, but this one has left me disappointed. I initially requested whether I could be seated in the quieter side of the coffee shop but was then told that side was closed. Ok, no biggie right? Only to then see them direct people to sit there afterwards. Lies aren't a grear first impression for a business. It took forever until somebody took our order, but the waitress that served us barely spoke any English and didn't know the menu. I was fine with this, so I pointed out the items I wanted on the menu to bridge this gap. After waiting a good 30 mins for my order, finally got our food but had to wait another 15mins for our drinks, only for them both to be wrong. Got a cappuccino instead of a latte and a bannana smoothie instead of a mixed berry with ice cream. I was fine with the coffee mixup but brought up the fact that the smoothie was wrong, pointed out which one I ordered and then began another wait, only to get the wrong thing again. The food was also pretty subpar, but was made worse by the fact that we couldn't enjoy our drinks with it. TLDR; Food was subpar, the wait times are long and they cant get a drinks order right. If it was just a coffee mixup, I wouldn't have really cared, but everything else adding up just made for a bad experience.

I absolutely love the food here at a previous time eating at this place, so then I brought my family here. I was excited to show them the food, but one of our dishes were wrong, we got raw salmon instead of grilled, and we had to cancel two more meals due to a very long and boring waiting time. It was very disappointing. Not only did the waitress get our order wrong, but she seemed very passive aggressive and didn’t even smile. She didn’t even ask if we wanted grilled or raw salmon, and just assumed that raw was what we wanted. Additionally, we ordered two pastas, but only received one. The waitresses name was ‘Yen’, and seemed like she was in a rush 24/7. It was apparent that she was making mistakes like dropping utensils, due to her rushing everything and was slightly rude compared to other waitresses. Luckily, another waitress came in and solved the problem in a proper, and well mannered way.

This place is open 24 hours. Enough said! It is located right in the middle of the outdoor restaurants area. You cannot miss it. The place has a big service space with many tabels, yet sometimes you have to wait. I came around 8:30pm as I was waiting for a movie. A simple open kitchen decor in the middle. No loud music, it is a place to come and have a quite dinner or finish some work without headphones earplugs. The food is quite good, the menu is rich with many options in main dishes, starters, snacks, desserts, drinks, etc. All tastes are considered. They serve bottled water. The meal was served very hot, and the taste was good, just as expected. On each table, or side seat that overlooks the outdoor main area, you will find single-serves of various jam flavours, Vegemite, an other additions you might need for a nice breakfast. The Javelin, it is a good choice for those who prefer chicken. Pssst: try the "Brunswick" date pudding, you will thank me for sure

(03/06/2022) Extremely slow service. Our order got taken at the same time as another big table (there was only myself and two hungry kids), and we essentially watched their table eat all their meals and we were still sitting waiting for our food to arrive. Not the waiters fault, clearly the kitchen isn't organised. Only then when I brought it to someone’s attentions to question the kitchen, did they actually start making the meal. Afterwards, when paying for meals, I requested a manager to pass forward my feedback, and the person who I asked had this smug look across his face and told someone to talk to me (who wasn’t even the manger). Overall I the service was not good, food was alright - it would have been better if it was served a warmer though (especially because of how long we had to wait).

Everyone's food tasted good as per usual and steak was cooked medium rare to perfection as requested.... although 3 ppl finished eating before the last meal came out for the 4th. When it's packed, service always goes down here but good place for a very average feed.

I always love visiting any Cafe 63 location and was looking forward to bringing a group to their Chermside location for the first time. I can only assume the server who had us didn’t have a great day as she seemed on edge and annoyed at us just for turning up. When we requested to sit at a particular section of the restaurant that was empty and not reserved, she said we couldn’t because they had blocked that section off for the rest of the evening. Anyways, 2 other servers took over looking after us and they were a lot more helpful. The meals and drinks we ordered were great, as can be expected at any Cafe 63 shop.

Have been coming here for awhile and it's just simply not getting any better. Whoever is in the kitchen cooking breakfast in the morning needs to pay more attention to orders. Noticed few orders have been coming out wrong. The Cafe is still dirty. Tables are not getting wiped properly. The booth seats still have crumbs on them, obviously from previous day. This is extremely bad. The walls and lamp shades are dirty with dust. If there is no one to serve why can't someone just clean for 5 mins. All I see is staff standing around and chatting. Maybe get the staff to clean the table infront of the customers when they get seated. So we actually know it's a clean table.

First ordered an iced coffee and a Pineapple juice then at same time Ordered pancakes kee for me and waffles for my daughter. Food came and eaten no drinks came asked waitress oh sorry we are busy . I mean she hadn’t even checked up on us at any time . So ended up paying and getting our drinks take away . Oh drinks got charged at half price because of this okay seems fair . But maybe have more than one person making drink orders . And service lady don’t attitude me and push high chair over in anger . A bit more check up on customer would be nice .

Used to be good but has deteriorated lately in my opinion. Last time there the service was a bit slower than usual. My main gripe is that they have gone stingy with the toast spreads. All tables had cups shoved in where the spreads go so it only fitted one or two sachets. All the slots on our table and most of the others were empty. Not good enough. Don't even bother with toast if there's no spreads to go with. Save a few more dollars and lose a few more customers, like us.

Went out for dinner last night with the family, party of 3. The food wasn’t good at all. Lamb fry was dry and burnt, my chicken Parma had no flavour and my chips and hardly any gravy and the fettuccini pasta with prawns was disgusting and could easily tell the prawns were straight from the freezer and they were chewy. Waitresses didn’t smile at all and one looked like she wanted to chuck a tantrum as a couple wanted to sit in a booth not the normal chairs. Not worth nearly $100 and I’m highly disappointed :(

Went there for dinner at 5.30pm and ordered steak for my son, after 5 mins staff came back told us they are sold out of steak. So we change to chicken nuggets, after 5 mins staff came back and told me they were out of chicken nuggets. So again we change it to chicken schnitzel, and true enough staff came in 5mins and told me it was sold out as well. And it's not the first time it happened to us going to chermside cafe 63. Everytime we go there the Staff have no knowledge of what is available

i have to say we were very impress with a number of option in this menu. we did pass few times but never dinne in because we tought that was more like a cafe place only. so we did stop last night, place was busyyyyy. so we did order, my partner order the pork belly very ggod and crunch, super! i did order the beef ribs, this is a very complicate because was spetacular good!!! but not even close have 320-370gm in my plate, i have much more bones of meat, that was so disapointed because i leave waiting more. that was the only negative point of this place, a sure and no TAP Beer/cider.

Sorry about the 2 stars. Not often I give a low score. "Samoa" named dish definitely sacrificed quality. Limp and soggy French toast that should have gone straight in the bin. Scrambled eggs were having a bad day and bacon was overdone, even though I prefer crispy anyway. Menu was enormous but language skills of your first contact people were quite difficult to comprehend. Great promises given on the menu fail in reality when the food arrives. Plenty of other places to eat. PS, added pictures of our order including soggy toast.

If you want fast service I do not recommend this place. Waited 20 minutes just to be served and other people that arrived after we got there were being served. The coffee tasted like milk with a hint of coffee & same with the hot chocolate, food was okay but other than that I don’t recommend this cafe 63. For a Better experience go to cafe 63 in Redbank. So disappointed :(

This place is usually good but it’s slipping lately. Coffee orders was cold and when reported the staff seemed annoyed that I told them. We also ordered a wrap called Big Bertha. It’s described as having chicken, bacon, avocado, cheese, green leaves etc. when it arrived it was over 90% lettuce! A thin sliver of chicken and could not find the other ingredients. See photo…we reported it and we’re asked to pay for additional chicken…not good.

Worst feed I have had in a long time. All meals ordered had to be changed due to not having different ingredients. Some thing were not brought out and when asked then we were informed they didn’t have any. And had to ask several times for drinks when they weren’t even busy. Very unsatisfactory will never eat there again and recommend you save your money as well.

Very disappointing waste of money. Eggs Benedict were so under-cooked they were partially transparent. Muffin looked like it had never been toasted and was soft and cold, avo was cold - so a weird mishmash of temperatures on the plate. Servers did not ask how my meal was, neither did the cashier. Won't be back.

I am very disappointed by the quality of the food. Firstly, the Istanbul burger was average. The vegetarian pasta was bland and tasted like leftovers from the night before. The onion rings also tasted stale. It’s pretty tough to get onion rings wrong lol. The only thing enjoyable about this restaurant is the lighting. Would I come here again? I think not, maybe some sneaky Insta snaps from the sidelines but not for the food.

Great lunch reasonably priced with quick service staff working seamlessly to deliver quality food recommended for the burgers and fries and the salad (half salad as they called it) was way better than many 5 star restaurants we have been to

I ate here today and had to go straight to the toilet to vomit the whole meal up. I was fine before the meal and have been sick ever since. Someone is cutting corners somewhere. Whether it was the eggs or sausage cooked in the eggs, or my long black that had a milk taste to the cup, not too sure. I won’t be back. Fallen a long way thanks to lockdowns.

Had an excellent lunch here. the pork was cooked beautifully, & tasty as can be. The chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce was yummy, the scrambled eggs were delicious. The vegetables were under cooked.( my only complaint) The. Coffee was good & the service first class. Very relaxed setting, no rush to give up our table & leave. I like this place & would return happily when in the centre.

The coffee was scalding hot! I had to open the lid and wait for more than 10 minutes to be able to drink it. As the temperature was too high, the almond milk lost its sweetness.

The atmosphere was ok. The service was ok. You can tell the waitresses were under staffed and the chef were under staffed so they were quick and short with us. The food was very good after sending it back due to them making my seafood pasta into a seafood omelette. When they corrected it wow. Also had a vege pasta the precious day which was nice aswell.

Great place, terrific staff, excellent value. It was my regular coffee and breakfast stop. BUT Momo's (opposite) incessant thump thump 'outside broadcast' music destroys Café 63's (intended and attempted) peace and quiet. Had to stop going there. Serious shame. (See Momo's speaker at top, right of centre—their outside broadcast.) They just don't care.

Awesome place, 24 hours service, best food, friendly staff and nice coffee. They have variety of meals which are healthy and having high quality, other menu deals with burgers, wraps, salads and juices are also available. The atmosphere is triffic and electric, large dining and near the dome. I just love the location especially in the night

Not happy with the food. Bread was burnt. Asked for avo on toast and what I got was burnt two big slices and avo in coffee cup. Seriously very disappointed. Told them its a burnt toast but they brought the same toast and serve the same again. You wait for 30 mins and thats what you get.

One of my favourite 'chain' of cafes. The chips and salad sides are always great and the prices are good for the quality of the food. Got the bacon topped steak w/ hollandaise when I was here. Was all up to standard of the other Cafe 63's I've been too. Would recommend if you are in the Westfield.

Food was below average and the wait times were shocking, ordered a breakfast and coffee, coffee arrived with in 5 mins then 45 mins later the "breakfast" turned up and one of them wasn't even what we ordered! Won't be back.

The cafe was pleasant. Food and drinks were great, I just thought the portion of eggs benedict and pancakes (when I saw them I thought they were pickles) were a bit small as my kids and wife left without feeling satisfied. Coffee and milk shake were delicious.

If you want a big meal for cheap then 63 is your joint. You come here if you are hungry. The flavour of the food will not blow your hair back but it is a good size meal for very cheap. Overall good experience considering how average the actual food is.

Always busy for breakfast. Food is named very differently, and the menu is large probably a bit too large.

Great value, well run establishment. The menu is simple yet diverse with staff being prompt and friendly. Food was good, well priced and decent portions.

Really nice place for a lunch with the family, definitely recommend them.
