Poor Customer Service. Purchased crocs, was not comfortable with the size. Asked for a replacement and they made me wait more than a week saying that we have ordered for it and you'll get it in 2 to 3 days and then again they told me that the ordered crocs has been damaged so again we will get it for you from other place and then non response. Then I called them after 2 days and then they are telling me that stocks are not available anywhere. I had to give the price back and return the money . Very poor customer service and they talk very badly.

Worst footwear shopping experience ever....bought a super expensive formal pair of shoes ....and with just one use the heel came off....and apart from that no other damage....they said they will repair with a month....and not only they took 4 months to just replace the heel but damaged the leather of the shoe....ridiculous most terrible experience no trust in this brand...DO NOT SHOP from Metro

Horrible service and customer care. We purchased a shoe and it got torn within one month. On showing it to the manager (Mohammad S. Khan and Zamir) at the shop, he told he will send the shoe for inspection to Mumbai and then after 10-15 days they will get back. See the pic of the shoe and decide if 10 -15 days of inspection is needed to decide whether it can be replaced or not ..

Terrible service in this branch. Staff were totally disinterested in helping us find the sizes we needed. Asked 3 times and wasted half an hour just waiting to learn if they have the size we needed or not. Had to walk out without purchasing anything. Would suggest you go to shops in Koramangala or Indiranagar if looking for shoes.

Purchased 3 pairs of footwear, two of them broke/tore within 2 months of use( hardly used for 20 mins a day work from home you know). Wonder what would be the condition if usage per day was more. Extremely unsatisfied with the quality, metro shoes has lost its quality which it was known for earlier.

It is the same Mumbai Metro shoes branch located in HSR..it has variety of footwear under one roof..the stor is spacious and it jas variety of footwear for Men and Women..Pricing is slightly high..i think you can get better brands in same price

Decent collection for women for ethnic wear, however size stock issues here as they do not have sufficient stock for sizes. So although we liked something we had to walk out without the stock and size

Good collection of both casual and fancy footwear. Best part of the visit was that they have a very good customer service. Never found a outlet staff so friendly and patient.

pathetic quality of the footwear, doesn't even last 2 month. too overpriced for the quality and designs iy offers. Exchanges and refunds are even worse to deal with.

Collections are limited and it is opposite to the police station. Staff members are helpful. If you are giving it for repair it might take time( one or two weeks).

The problem with metro is their offers and promos are always built into the price and though it might seem to one its a good bargain but it would not be the case.
