I really like coming to Lollipretty because the clothes here are not your typical chain store selection and have some really great items. Prices are reasonable and clothes are not made in sweatshops. I have about five items from Lollipretty and always get compliments when I wear them. I’ve told many friends about this little gem inside Kingsgate and I even told my mum. I didn’t know my mum had actually been to the store before and told her I saw something she might like and suggested for her to go check it out. She did and came back telling me she had a bad experience. She said the lady who helped her was not nice, not friendly and gave her attitude when she asked if there were discount which I don’t like seeing from the store’s point of view, but I can also see it from a customer especially an older person’s point of view when they shop at a one-off boutique. Apparently this sales person was rude and irritated in her reply to my mum. When my mum said thank you on her way out, the sales person didn’t acknowledge it. I don’t know if she didn’t hear my mum or she ignored my mum on purpose. My mum even thought maybe she was being racist because she was Causcasian and my mum was Asian. She said ‘most white ladies are so nice and friendly!! I don’t know if she didn’t like me because I asked for a discount or didn’t buy anything.’ Anyway, I thought the store’s management/that sales person may want to get this feedback because customer service is so important in retail. My mum had a good experience the first time with a different sales person who was a young Asian lady. She said she greeted her and to let her know if she needed any help, in a friendly tone. She said she wouldn’t go back again after her encounter with this other lady. This could really hurt a business. I have to admit that the same sales person also helped me in the past. She had never been the warmest or friendliest person but I was ok with it. But for those who come in for the first time, they may feel put off and never return again. Hopefully you see this as constructive criticism and not a complaint. I would give a 4-Star rating based on my experiences but because what happened with my mum (which would get a 1-Star), I’m giving a 3-Star rating.

This store surprise me every time I visited. I got more than 8 formal dresses here with really good quality and jaw dropping sale price ( they have evening dresses on sale range from $10-$20 each). The products updating pretty fast, so each time you gonna see something new available, and a great number of items on sale as well. I am working nearby, and this store become my must-go place every month. I will say I strongly recommend check out this store, since their price and style is competitive in the market.

I love this store I'm so glad I found this store their style and price is great I have been there one time and I want to go there every time good service so I recommend for most of my friends when they saw my dress and in the next 3 days it's my babies birthday I'm going to buy another dress and my friends want to come and see I'm so excited to find a beautiful dress for my baby's birthday party I will be there soon!

I absolutely love this little gem inside of Kingsgate Mall. After my first purchase at this store, I received compliments and people asking me where I had bought my items. Knowing me, I came back the following weekend and made another large purchase and am still fully satisfied with my purchase and customer service. Highly recommend!!

Sometimes you can find some sick deals here. They have a $10 rack and a $20 rack. They have a great mix of cool, trendy and funky styles. Lots of dresses and different styles of tops. The employee was super helpful. I heard her giving directions to a customer's family member on the phone. Above and beyond what was required of her!

This is a great little shop! They have amazing sales everything under $10 on several racks. I love this store. You can get a fancy dress or a clubbing dress under $10. Sweaters jackets t-shirts pants dresses everything under $10. The stock is constantly shifting there's something new every week.
