Superb hidden gem of a park hugging the Seine River close to its junction with the Red River. Along with Whittier Park to the north it is a little oasis although LG is more natural compared to the mowed lawns and ball diamonds of Whittier. All sorts of great photo opportunities around the railway bridge. Take some time to find the little trails down to the river and enjoy the view. WARNING- at times the mosquitoes can be ferocious ; come prepared. The main entrance of Thibault has been closed since an accident at the rail crossing so you may have to find entrances either off Des Meurons or through Whittier Park.

A hidden park that few know about. Heavily wooded it has one wide trail. Walking the trail you will forget you are in the middle of the city. But you could go off the main trail on to hundreds of informal trails alongside the river and railway. These trails go on forever. There is a super impressive bike course hidden in the woods. The forks of the Red and Seine river is an under known beautiful historic location.

Awsome park has nice trails great for biking, hiking, or dog walking. Historical plaques about Jean-Baptiste Lagimodiere and Marie-Anne Gaboury, (Metis and french Canadian history.). It has a couple parked for kids and connects to other parks and historical areas. Nice stream off the river and off road bike trails. A hidden gem in the cities St.Boniface area.

Ive been coming here for over a year. Service is usually very good, prices aren't bad AND you can get a card for free wings for a year on wednesday for no cost (if you buy any drink, doesnt have to be alcohol ) Up stairs is usually pretty good as well

I give this park 4 stars because google insists that I was here, however I do not remember it at all, which is honestly is a good thing, the park is obviously low key and super chill and won't bother you for likes. Google will tho.

The best urban park along the Seine River and kept in it's natural state rather than those manicured staged parks. Many pathways. Keep it clean on your visit. This was near the original Winnipeg aqueduct at one point after 1910.

  • Andrew M (OhmGnome)

Nice park that follows the Seine River to where it meets the red. There is a soccer field and extensive bike trails. Portions of the bike trail are for dirt jumping, inexperienced or ill equipped riders beware.

I love this place, so many different things to do. Walking, biking, hiking and exploring. You can have a picnic, a date or a family gathering.

  • Daniel Bartlette

Kind of nice rejuvenation. Still freaky with persons living along Seine River banks and in the bushes. Wouldn't walk along new walkways yet.

  • Lianne Derlein

I always love the monkey trails here. There are low spots though that can be wet id there's been a lot of rain. It's such a unique place!
