Fairly well stocked shop, I mostly come here to buy some urgent necessities or snacks. They always have new stuff stocked, you can buy vegetables & fruits too but they are significantly more expensive than nearby woolies or coles. Workers are quick, efficient and provide good customer service. One problem i have with this store is that they still sell some products really close to expiry especially during end of the months. So customers please check the expiry dates of products properly, especially products like milk,yoghurt and other refrigerated products.

Ordered on UberEats, once the driver arrived, they called to tell me they didn’t have stock of the item I ordered. They then proceeded to speak very loudly and rudely to me, saying that it wasn’t their fault. I asked them to cancel the order but the woman kept yelling at me. I had to get support to cancel the order.

I’ve lived next to this Iga for 3 months. In that time I bought off milk twice... off ice coffee... and ice cream that had clearly gone warm and frozen a few times. Place is a joke. And disgusting. And every time I’ve returned an off(out of date) product they have been average at best to deal with!

So impressed with the procedure followed by this store . They always maintain cleanness in the store. Most importantly they have variety of options available for bakery, deli, vegetables, health foods and other everday things. They also have prepacked food like Youfood, My muscle and others.

Just expected a convenience store but liked that it had extra things like fruit and fresh vegetables and even a deli counter!! Surprisingly, it has YouFoodz meals on sale. I always thought we could only get them if you subscribed! They also have a nice range of healthy Kombuchas!

Customer service is great. There’s often food out of date on the shelves though or about to expire the next day. The warm food in the display cabinet all have this weird taste to it. So I don’t advise eating any of the ‘fresh’ food. But customer service is nice.

I was very angry today because of your staff. On 17th of Feb at 6:20PM IGA Express, located on Adelaide Street, when I was purchasing something, the employee just threw it in front of me. Your employees are out of service. I don't want to use your shop again.

Paid $8 for a chicken pie from the warmer, and then to watch as the cashier picked it up with their bare hands was disgusting. Literally handed it over with no bag and after asking for one, was asked, "is this good enough now?" Wow. Terrible service.

I don’t know what you have changed about your hot chips but the last 3 times they have been awful to eat - they used be good now they aren’t and l won’t be back

Don’t actually open at 6am, that’s fine if it didn’t say all over the walls and google maps that you are open at 6am...

Worst iga ever. I ordered 5 things frm there through Uber gave them an hour to do it and all items was wrong

Some staff can be rude; clicking fingers for attention and unhelpful. Otherwise decent prices on drinks

I bought cereal and the box was bluetacked shut on the bottom. Check if your boxes are sealed people!

Allover i am happy with this store . I wouldn't have any problem them to give them five star .

Best store in the Brisbane city for everday needy things and varieties of food items.

Nice convenient little IGA right next to my hotel, all the basic you need in a pinch

Beef jerky was mouldy...somehow and had a protein bar that was also mouldy...

Yeh! Only place in Brisbane I could get DISTILLED WATER for my CPAP machine.

It's an IGA and it has all the last minute stuff.
