I go here nearly everyday for one thing or another. I can't remember what it was like to not have them there. I had a fantastic experience there not long ago. I had a few bags and a 10kg bag of cat litter. The guy behind the counter carried it out for me. Which was lovely! The good points - they're lovely, I've never had an issue with their customer service and they have the cheapest ham anywhere! They have some good specials on and I've found their prices are actually pretty good! The bad- I have turned up there at 9:55am and only wanted to get one small item and the doors were locked and I was turned away. The opening times are 6-10 and they should stay open that long. You can't buy anything from the deli after 7. They never have the home brand cat litter! Overall very happy with the service and so glad they opened!

Went down tonight at 9:55 PM for some last minute items and was turned away. Staff lied to my face informing me that all of the shop is locked and registers were turned off... I could see shoppers inside purchasing items.... I was then Further advised that the night Owl should be open and should go there.... What a great representative for a business... Sign on the door says 6AM-10PM, I only wanted to get some ice cream..... very very upset...

Lovely IGA with great staff! I really enjoy the new homewares section at the front. Its great to know that if I ever need a last minute gift, a quick trip to the iga will solve my needs. Not to mention the hotbox! Great variety and the roast pork meals are divine. Another easy fix if you don't feel like making dinner :) It is lovely to know that this IGA with great customer service is in my local area.

Never been so disgusted in the service recieved today. Won't be going back. Didnt have a problem with waiting, had a problem with that the staff allowed the uber driver yo push and and then defend it. Still not coming back and will continue to drive past you for the next shops. Have also recommended this yo all my friends and family in the area too. Your welcome

Never buy the bakery products.I bought the croissants from there it tasted so bad much better to get from Coles or Woolworths.And it’s funny.my husband had the donut time box with some donuts inside.He put down the box and get the money out from the pocket the staff at the counter grabbed the donut time box and try to scan it.

Just meet the new owners they are super friendly and helpful as well as all of the staff working there. Stock a great range of product more then it did have. Also love how tasty the hotbox food is so convenient when I don't feel like cooking. IGA Carindale is by far my favourite IGA to shop at will definitely be back.

The staff are generally good except one young lass with a giant chip on her shoulder. Darling, your just a cashier, not a TV hostess. Apart from that the price can be a bit higher and it's always pretty quiet which is a bonus. The store is clean and well laid out with just about everything you need.

WOW, Just an amazing experience!!!! Loved the whole vibe and energy of the place. Good positive service, neat and clean facilities, warm and friendly staff and better range than Woolies or Coles. Can highly recommend IGA Carindale, one of the best IGA's I've ever been too!

This is a supermarket not a petrol station, why don't you sell any water larger than 1.5 litre bottles? Not only is this incredibly bad for the environment, but it forces customers to shop at competing stores for literally the most basic essential supplies?

Easy access, and good car parking. This store is small and is ranged with only a small amount of the specials in the IGA catalogue, so please be aware of this if trying to find many of the specials in their catalogue (they simply don't stock them!!)

Best IGA that I have been too, Great service and well presented staff. The shop was extremely neat and tidy, managers were super friendly and helpful. Definitely the one stop shop for everything you need. I'll be shopping there regularly.

Smallish supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant place to buy necessary stuff,you need urgently. Hot food available, next to the Lotto counter. Plenty of carpark available. Fresh fruit and vegetables looked appealing.

Great convenience store with a terrific range and friendly staff. Fantastic fresh food offer with full deli, fresh meat and fruit and veg. Very handy trading hours open early and closing at 10pm most nights.

Amazing services, stock an amazing large and diverse range of products. Always friendly and smart service and never had any problems with the parking in my whole life. Ps thxs for all the help Micheal!!! ;)

I ordered some chicken bits for my grandparents 50th anniversary. Everyone said it was amazing. Great customer service will for sure be back not only groceries but more yummy food.

Reasonably priced. Good staff who are always happy too help. Even if they don't have certain items. They will go out of their way and get it in for you. Old school service..

Why can’t you guys just sell V in the original flavour (that’s not 500ml)? You have every other flavour of V and never just the normal or medium size of the original.

Had a lovely experience at this IGA, a young lady by the name Mary I believe was so helpful and patient when my autistic son was trying to pay.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased spoiled food from this store, shouldn't have to check the dates. Food was 1 month out of date. Not happy.

Stock a wide range of quality fruit and veg. Also has a decent selection of wraps, sandwiches, salads and roast meals for work lunches.

More expensive than major supermarkets but a convenient one-stop shop for all essentials, including fresh produce. Friendly service.

Perfect, love swinging by this place 630am-ish straight after gym, not many places open at 6am. Nice deli and hot food selection too

Great range of things you don't find at Coles/Woolies etc. Prices are comparable, and they always have members special discounts

Really nice local supermarket even though it’s not in Carindale it’s in Mt Gravatt East it’s still a very good supermarket.

Friendly helpful staff. Great Deli range for quick family dinners. In-House made pizzas always a winner with the kids.

Visiting from Nz and we have poped in to grab a few groceries, best in store made pizzas we have ever tried
