My storage hot water heater sprung a leak and so I contacted hello hot water and they came to inspect same day. They diagnosed the problem and booked in the job for the next morning. They were honest, straightforward and communicated all of our options really clearly. The installation was incredibly neat! They went above and beyond to achieve a great standard. Part of the job was relocating the location of my hot water heater, so they took the old storage water heater with them and left the old location really neat and tidy. The price was also under what I expected it would be for a job of this magnitude. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Tony and Hello Hot Water installed a brand new gas line, new hot water service and gas cooktop at our existing home at Panorama. Their price was very reasonable.
