Considering the circumstances of the loss of our loved one; we are so pleased with the care and services provided to our family by Grace Funeral Chapels. Everything was perfect from start to finish starting with Ashley(who is phenomenal) to all of the employees ( limo drivers too) at Grace. They were kind, compassionate and professional.
I am extremely grateful for Rachel and Grace Funeral for doing an amazing job with my family members. I was worried that we might not have a proper funeral due to the virus and that we wouldn't get their bodies but Rachel did everything in her power to help us give my family the proper burial they deserved. I am very thankful.
Its almost been a year but i would still recommend. My aunt passed on a sunday, and theres not usually anyone at the facility in sundays. But someone did eventually respond back and picked my aunt up. She had already began a plan. Everything was very professional. Staff eas very compassionate and accomodating. C. Crader
I would like to thank Ansa, Nicole and Ashley for your professionalism, compassion showed to us during these difficult time. Very satisfied with how beautifully my dad looked. One complaint, please make the restrooms handicapped accessible. The bathroom doors couldn't accommodate my mother's wheelchair.
I must say I give Grace Funeral Chapel a 5 . My mom look so beautiful n I must give the funeral director Rachel a big up she was outstanding. I would recommend this Chapel to everyone especially in this pandemic. Thank u Grace Funeral Chapel .for..anououtstandinjb. …
My dear Mother-in-Law's wake and funeral were handled very well. A difficult time for everyone but the staff kept things smooth behind the scenes. Thank you to the young lady who's kind words and professionalism meant a lot on a sad Christmas Eve day.
My Dad and Step Mom were called home recently because of this Covid 19 plague. Grace collected their remains from two separate Hospitals within 24hrs. My parents looked fantastic. Professional from beginning to the end. Special thanks to Rachel.
The ONLY reason I am giving this place a 1 star is because there isn't a 0 star option! Let me begin with the night my sister-in-law and I went to take the final piece of material for my mother-in-law. We took her wig up there and wanted to
My family entrusted Grace with three of my loved ones and the services they provide are top notch as far aesthetics are concerned. Some of the staff can be less than courteous at times and are not in tuned with delicate circumstances to the
As with anything, you get what you spend for...and you have to clearly outline what you expect and discuss those expectations when they cannot be met and work on alternatives. And one have to be practical. No amount of guilt driving one to
For the last 17 years, my family has went to Grace for all of our passing family members. I can't say enough about how pleased we were that everything was kept within our family members wishes. There is a geniune feeling of comfort in this
This is a funeral home that is without a doubt unprofessional and had scandals in the past. I'm not saying you can't move on from past scandals but when you shut down and open under new management you are supposed to be better than before.
I never post reviews, but I felt I needed to this time. Grace Funeral Chapels handled services for my mother. I never had to plan services for anyone, and the grieving process made it harder to make decisions. Funeral Director Rachel Doris
I can’t thank Rachel and her team enough for the outstanding job they did dealing with a unique circumstance of funeralizing my dad and my grandmother on the same day, two different times and a single burial! Both services were beautiful!
I can understand that reading some reviews that others have had un-pleasing encounters. I only give review from my point of view about my experience with a location, business, ect... This place is large on the inside and keeped to look as
I laid my dad to rest this past week, and though there were initial discussions about use of another funeral home, once I saw their facility and sat with one of their directors there was no question they HAD to be the ones entrusted with
Workers here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL esp the director Rachel. Once they receive your money they have no compassion to you or your loved ones. I’m beyond disgusted with the treatment we received. I would not recommend this place to anyone
I would not recommend this place to anyone who has lost someone close. The people here are so unsympathetic and unaccommodating. We recently lost my grandfather and the attitude of these people to do simple things like fixing audio and
We held funeral services here for my grandmother that lasted two days with over 100 plus people in attendance. We couldn't be more grateful for the level of care and attention we received from the staff. We are especially grateful for
Funeral Director Rachel Doris and staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. They expeditiously handled everything from transporting my mom’s remains from the nursing home to the funeral home with such ease, especially
How ironic that a so called funeral home should show compassion in your time of grief but this place has none. The worst service ever seen. They are unorganized and rude. Please stay far away. You are only viewed as dollar signs. That
Any passing of a loved one is at the least, painful and heart-rending. To me, part of the grieving process involves preparing your loved one for burial or cremation. A funeral home's staff should have the right combination of
Grace laid my step father to rest so beautifully. I am so pleased with the way he looked and the way the staff presented themselves with large crowds. It was an awesome going home service and I will use them in the future!
Looked like a club let out or something, no one was dress like they were at funeral. Now these are other families or friends, it was crazy, how you drinking and smoking weed in front of a funeral home???
The care, professionalism and love is thee best. I will be forever be grateful for how they took care of my mother's remains and cared for our family during the time of bereavement.
This funeral home is absolute trash. Who named this place Grace? More like Disgrace. Stay far away if you love your family members who have gone on. Wish I could give zero stars.
This was my first time working with a funeral home so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Rachel was very lovely and understood the family’s needs and met them all. Love them.
Words cannot really express how truly grateful I am on being referred to Grace Funeral Chapels in Florida, especially being from out of the country,
Grace - simple elegance or refinement of movement. I wanted to lead with the meaning of the word because this is more than what my
