Visited around 7pm Sunday night to grab some Subway. One young girl was working and looking after the whole store. There were people waiting to be served at Subway and at the counter, there were also multiple people walking in and out. Unfortunately, this young girl has served us before and her customer service is nothing great, she is quiet and does not listen to what you ask or say and generally comes across very rude. I can also understand why this store may be missing goods more often than not as you have one staff member looking after the store, for security of your staff and your store, i think something needs to change.

Bought $60+ in overpriced groceries,had my own bags,paid for them, hadn't left the store and remembered bread.Within a minute I'm back at the counter, different teenager served me, after I paid for the $4bread old mate motions to my bags and reckons he wants to see if I've stolen something.Outrageous young punk.It took the dude who served me initially to sort it.Just having tats and long hair doesn't mean I'm robbin you.My apartment is over 2 million,what I get around like I'm not gonna change,,,,,,oh hang on,suit required should be on your door,Or you'll be perceived a thief.1less customer and them sum

You're not open anymore after midnight on Saturday mornings 1 a.m. and Sunday 1 a.m. in the morning enjoy the break but I miss my yummy Subway and a few chocolates and some drinks I really enjoy going in there and getting my lunch breakfast on my shift so enjoy the break and I will have to take food from home to work As long as all of you a safe as you do an amazing job everything's fresh you guys are busy all the time I appreciated all your good work take of you You are watch keeps customers comming back Excellent service always

I seriously take my hat off to these employees at IGA Kangaroo Point on Main. They have to deal with so much being a 24 hour convenient store. The staff are always so lovely and so helpful. The store has such great supplies, food and drinks and the 24 hour subway is seriously a dream and more, I can say I'm a proud regular customer. Well done guys, really impressed.

Hi. We love to buy the artisan sandwiches from the Deli for our lunch. Today I think the artist had gone. I’m afraid my chicken and lettuce was terrible. The corn beef roll my 9 year old could do better. No butter very little chicken and some floppy lettuce. Roll no butter I slice of corn beef tacky. Very disappointing. Guess if the sandwich artist is gone so am I.

I just went the shop, bought some food, when I was waiting for the receptionist charge my food to pay, she was talking with her co worker and then, I wanted to ask my copy, she was talking with another customer . Omg, can’t believe she was so rude. And then she told me finished, continued talking with the customer . I don’t think I will go there again.

been here twice. both had a 6 star experience. I was here today at 12:45am for a pie. when the staff know I like cheese with the pie they actually added some cheese on top of my Pie and heated the cheese for me. They always go the extra mile for customer experience. love this store. the manager did an incredible job training his team.

I went in on sunday morning to get my lunch from subway and I got nothing but attitude from a young lady who said she was the manager when I asked to speak to her manager. I was absolutely disgusted by the way she served me with rolling her eyes and and speaking to me such a rude matter. I don't recommend going to this subway.

Seedy characters lurk around here....for those out of normal trading hour times that a convenience store is frequented for its.....Convenience...but apart from that it doubles as a healthy subway sandwich store that is the healthiest late note option when compared to the only other 24 goodies galore store....maccas

I am a local and sick of giving this place too many chances Never open during advertised hours online (laugh at the 24hr sign out the front) and when open it's either a shop or Subway, never both so expect to wait a while in a que. Everything is priced so high it makes driving to the airport for shopping.

Don't bother stopping at IGA Kangaroo Point. They care zero for clients. Twice now I have been in there and the counter has been unmanned. After I waited for too long I simply replaced the items back into the shelves and walked out. Surprising as normally IGA stores have quality staff who care.

Went there for Subway, and the woman who served us was lovely, my cousin is Autistic and has trouble speaking but she was really patient and encouraging, made fantastic footlongs and my cousin felt comfortable and enjoyed the experiance. Lovely service and great food 10/10 …

I just had the most amazing time shopping at IGA X-press Kangaroo Point, and I couldn't be happier with their top-notch service and unbeatable convenience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. It's like shopping with old mates!

A lot of ppl complaining but reasonably priced for a small supermarket. The subway is open till 11 and makes ok subs. There were 3 ppl out the front at the register and another guy checking the fruit so adequately staffed today. 4 or 4.5 stars from me.

IGA and Subway together do not work. As the only person standing at the counter I asked if there was any IGA service but because of the que for Subway, I was told there was a 5 min wait to buy anything from IGA. I only wanted 1 thing. Disgraceful

It is so annoying, never open till time they are supposed to. Change the operating hours online if ain't opening till the time advertised. The Image of Subway brand is getting terible by the management of this store.

The place is okay but the owner is horrible. Completely ignored me when I tried to ask them about the price of the chips. Tried contacting them about this but they said they would call back and never did.

They wanna charge me twice, the money has gone out of my bank, but they said they didn’t got it, I have to pay it AGAIN. Ridiculous and VERY RUDE owner. Never ever go this store again. BE AWARE guys.

The IGA is nice and clean and the management could not do enough to help me out and staff was friendly and helpful and excellent service I have no fault of this place it worth 5 stars I be back

Has a little bit of everything in here. Got lunch, some toiletries we forgot, came for tea and stuff for breakfast tomorrow all when I popped in to buy a pen.

The fact that they are open 24/7 is great when you have those last minute or late night shopping needs. As an extra bonus they also have a subway in store.

Guy who works nights is really friendly and helpful - plus a (almost) 24 hour subway!!! And they never run out of Italian herbs and cheese bread!!!

Very unfriendly cashier. Just asked for change and she replied extremely unfriendly and annoyed: "If you need change go to a bank".

Decent shop at a convenient location, but overpriced of course, always has beggars hanging around, and doesn't accept credit cards

The Subway restaurant inside has good sandwich options which are somewhat cheaper than the ones in the CBD

Went at 12:50 AM with online saying open until 2AM but the store was empty and locked up when I attended.

The older gentlemen working subway during night shift hours is very friendly. I will be coming back.
