Ms. Sherman was/is/will be BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL in all areas of providing service. She was professional and courteous from the very beginning. From my experience it felt like we were working with a very intelligent and resourceful family member who was organizing our service for our brother, someone who was loved by many far and wide. She explained every line item as she built out the quote for the service. She thoroughly explained all available options, any challenges, alternatives n all areas. She asked questions on a regular basis to better assess our needs and provided us with examples when we needed help deciding. Throughout this process she also kept a balance between discussing the details of the service and even making time to listen to some of our anecdotes of our loved one. I let her know after about twenty or so minutes that I truly appreciated her professionalism and empathy . She organizes services for many people on a regular basis, but she treated us with the poignant care that every family needs during this emotional process. Ms. Sherman made sure to keep everyone focused on honoring our passed loved one and sending him home with the peace and love that he deserves. The service was BEAUTIFUL. I am so grateful we chose Frank R Bell Funeral Home.

The initial part of the funeral arranging process went very well with this funeral home, however issues began the day of the actual funeral ceremony. #1 The limo broke down at the funeral home and people had to find alternate modes of transportation to get to the cemetery. #2 The family was never notified when the death certificates were ready. Instead when the death certificates arrived, the funeral home submitted one to the life insurance company so they can get their money, then left it up to the family to follow up. #3 When we went to pick up the death certificates the funeral home claimed they did not receive payment from the life insurance company. This was a lie as the family received a check from the life insurance company 3 days prior to picking up the death certificates, and the check to the funeral home was sent the same day the check for the family was sent. After the ceremony, people at the funeral home were unresponsive and instead of owning up to any issues that came up everyone started playing the blame game. Very unprofessional. I will not use this funeral home again.

This Funeral Home are Scammers. They falsely forged my fathers girlfriend name on his death certificate knowing that she wasn’t married nor in a domesticated partnership. Then when my sister and I tried to get her name off The Director Did not want to meet with us she brushed us off and told her assistant to deal with us. They then allowed the girlfriend to have my fathers body dug Back up from six feet and moved to another cemetery where she ordered No one to see MY Father. They tried to make the funeral home All about the girlfriend and my father No pictures with his Us Or anyone in the family where we had to do our own slide show which seemed to bother not only the Girlfriend But the director as well they’re scammers and fakes And Will Be Held Accountable For the rules that follow under FTC it’s sad and disgusting that they allowed this type of mischievous act and have the nerve to not hold responsibility and it is Unacceptable And I Will Win Against Them

They did a great job with my dad as this is my first time having to do this let alone it be for my dad, any and every question I had they answered for me they were very respectful even while I had my littles with me during the planning process, the amount of times I cried during the process they were very respectful they let me have my moments and get it together and then finish up what I was there to do they were able to help me fulfill my dad's final wishes to the T and I will forever be grateful for them and their remarkable services

They did a great job on my mother she looked beautiful and they service was excellent except for a few minor issues overall everything went well. Now when it was time to get my death certificate and my interest check cause they charged me 3 months interest just in case the insurance pay late ., so I had to follow up with them and to get my cremation check and death certificate once the service is over everything else is on you it seems.

Jacqueline provided superb service. Showed empathy, was very accommodating and a showed a great deal of willingness to please. Brought a great deal of comfort to my family during our time of heartache. Even though some of the work was prepared by our family member who passed she was able to help us piece together everything. Very professional. Will highly recommend Frank R. Bell funeral home and Jacqueline as the director.

They never replied back to me after I sent them a message through their website. I feel that I shouldn't have to keep contacting this company. So, I moved on with other options in the neighborhood. Sealy Cuyler Funeral Home is an awesome place if you're looking for your loved one to look good. They did an awesome job with my Grandma.

The owners of this business encourage unsafe, illegal parking practices among funeralgoers, endangering the surrounding community. They use their status as a funeral home as a free pass to break every traffic law in the book. Shame, shame, shame on this despicable business.
