Disappointed, I have used Fluid plumbing on multiple occasions but the last time has left a bad taste in my mouth. called out to unblock a drain and while there asked if they should check that the IP where we were standing next to isn't the issue as in the past that particular spot had been the issue. I was told no there was no need, well the next time I did a load of washing (within 3 days) it flooded again in the same spot. That's ok things happen so I called them a few times to come back out and had to wait awhile (about a week in total) to have them do the point that was an issue which was the IP we discussed and all fixed, sweet. No not really as they then charged me a second time so I called to discuss and the guy I spoke with was rude and said I'd never be happy, I responded and said how that was untrue and had been more than happy in the past but couldn't understand why I should be paying a second time for something that was clearly missed. He said "that's just how it is" and went on to be rude. Well I'm pretty disappointed especially as a repeat customer and I always pay on time no questions asked.

Dux Hot Water System failure. Rang Dux who then arranged repairs to my hot water system through Fluid Plumbing. Fluid Plumbing's attention to fixing my problem was prompt very efficient and thorough. Thank you to Steve for an excellent job and informative explanations to my many questions. Would recommend Fluid Plumbing to anyone wanting a professional service.

Beware Of Hidden Costs ! Was charged for the job but also for travel time from the previous job at $100 an hour ! Which I was never told about. Just hope you don't live far from their prior job. The service was good and the plumber was friendly, just check all charges before you commit.

I have called 3 times trying to get a job done finnaly got someone to come out for a quote and he said he will be out to do the job in the next 2 to 3 weeks now its been 4 weeks and still haven't heard anything not very professional

They did the water connection for us today. Guys came on time and easy going. had a little issue about the digging depth as was quoted for 450mm depth but end up only needed 300mm. Got credit accordingly. Thus 5 stars.

Did damage to my ceiling and as we had paid before finding damage refused to come back and fix it. I contacted them many times and got false promises of getting back to me.

Arrogant, rude and poor customer service. Lack of communication led to job being delayed. When questioned about job was hung up on. Find someone else!!
