"The customer service in this store is terrible, they don’t respect customers at all and very impolite and kind of discrimination! My boyfriend and I went to Kitsilano and I wanted to explore this store around noon, we waited in the queue and in the middle I left for a few mins to explore the store next to it while my boyfriend continue waiting in the line, finally it was my turn so he came to ask me, and I immediately came back, which took less than 30 seconds"
"A bit strange that they dont allow you to try on necklaces"
"I thought the staff was quite welcoming and accommodating on the day I went"
"As other reviews state - horrible customer service"
"It looks nice from the outside but their actual clothing is of really low quality"
The customer service in this store is terrible, they don’t respect customers at all and very impolite and kind of discrimination! My boyfriend and I went to Kitsilano and I wanted to explore this store around noon, we waited in the queue and in the middle I left for a few mins to explore the store next to it while my boyfriend continue waiting in the line, finally it was my turn so he came to ask me, and I immediately came back, which took less than 30 seconds. The girl in the store refused to let me in and said she thought we left, even I explained to her that my husband waited in the queue for 20 mins under the sun, all the people in the queue know it, she is super impolite saying “we don’t care and you either leave or go back to the end of line!” Since we are the only Asian couple in the queue, I feel it’s super impolite and kind of discrimination.
A bit strange that they dont allow you to try on necklaces. Its hard to visualize if it would look good on an individual. They basically said its because of covid? But there are plenty of stores that allow for try ons with proper sanitization. I get it if its earrings but necklace? They also didn’t offer any other solutions and stood there in silence . Customer service definitely needs work. All the other reviews are accurate. Avoid this place if you can!
I thought the staff was quite welcoming and accommodating on the day I went. There weren't any customers while I was inside on a weekday morning. It wasn't clear what their style of clothing was though. I didn't find anything that I really wanted on this particular visit. I did find that they had a collection of fun print socks though. I believe they were around $14 per pair, which is expensive, but probably considered average price.
As other reviews state - horrible customer service. I wanted to purchase a button up cardigan and the only xs left in the store was on a manikin in the window front. I asked if it would be possible to buy that one to which I was told no. The manager even told me they can’t take anything from the window until they switch the whole display… I’ve never had a store tell me no to buying an item before.
It looks nice from the outside but their actual clothing is of really low quality. I was going to buy a parka from them and asked if I could take the fur frill off the hood and (without even looking me in the eye) the storewoman said no because it makes the buttons pop off. Having a better look at the clothing I probably wouldn’t buy from here ever.
I love this store. I will usually wait until they have their seasonal sales where you can get items for 50% off. The employee today was so nice and friendly I really appreciated her accommodation for my exchange request. I feel the same way about the one on commercial and w broadway.
I love the displays in this store and they always catch my eye as I walk by. However, I find the prices are usual a little high for what they are offering, hence why I never end up buying anything. Some very unique and interesting pieces, if you are willing to pay.
Yesterday I bought a $90 Raincoat from Vero Moda and on the first wear got damaged. Went back to the store, the salesperson was so rude and said that she couldn’t do anything. It’s a nice store but I’m very disappointed with the quality and costumer service!
Great staff and excellent price point !! I bought a furry long coat last December and get so many compliments
Terrible shopping experience. The customer service is very bad. The girl is terribly arrogant and impolite.
Beautiful clothes and a really good prices.
