I’m sorry to say that this company doesn’t stand behind their product. I purchased 2 lovely sweaters for $45 each that started to pill after the first wear. After six wears they both looked terrible, like they were several years old. I took them back to the Commercial Drive store and the manager said “sweaters pill”. She offered me 10% off my next purchase. A call to another staff member offered me 25% off my next purchase. Both staff were pleasant, but no one seemed to be concerned that they sold products that didn’t hold up even one season. I asked for a store credit equal to the faulty sweater but they would not. Over I’m disappointed in the product and customer service.

I bought a jacket and noticed the stitching on the shoulder/sleeve has came apart. I went to the store and explained to the girl at the counter about the damaged on the sleeve, she was dismissive, smug and condescending. I said to her, I guess this is a "too bad for me situation", she smiled and said yeah. I contacted the head office, they apologized for the damaged item and offered me 25% discount towards my next purchase, though no concern about the staff's attitude towards the customers which explained why there are few similar reviews about the poor customer service from the stores.

Was out with a friend on Saturday night and surprised to see Exposure open as late as it was; we popped in, as another friend had taken me previously. The service was friendly and polite, informing us they'd be closing in a few minutes. In that time, we found, tried on and purchased a garment each. The clerk knew the store's stock, both when I asked about another colour in my size, and when telling my friend about the fibre content of her purchase. It was a refreshingly friendly experience, and both of us left happy.

I have shopped here many times. What keeps me coming back is the level of Customer Service. I walk through the door and someone actually acknowledges me with a smile. Sadly to say, this is a rare trait these days. I spend my money on good products and a good experience. Someone in the organization must be doing something right. Signed, a privileged Canadian :)

Bought an Only skirt about 2 weeks ago. Stichting started coming undone after 1 wear, and after washing it has become totally unwearable. Upon calling in, staff wasn't willing to compromise or view the product based on their 10 day return policy. This will be my last purchase as the integrity of the products is so poor.

Looooove this store and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Definitely a go-to for a variety of needs! They always have a great selection and wonderful unique items. Their coat & jacket selection in the winter time is particularly great!

The staff was incredibly helpful and enjoyed making conversation. I was looking for a hat but unfortunately didn't find the 'perfect' one. They carry Vero Moda clothing at a great price and have really cute and modern styles!

Amazing! Charlotte, the lady who worked there was so helpful and gave me so many wonderful clothes to try on. There's a great selection of clothing and there was a lovely atmosphere in the store.
