Wouldn't recommend if you value your life. I would love to give more stars just for the one lady who I spoke to at the hobart airport via phone. Despite her amazing customer service I can not say that about anyone else I have spoken to. Brake pads need changing. The accelerator/gears got stuck whilst driving on highway, very scary!!! Revving but not moving in 110km zone. Vans were very dirty inside, dropped it back cleaner then when it was collected. First van we collected in Hobart city, (apparently as there was no vehicle at the aiport). Drove to our accommodation, the whole way the van beeped, due to sensors thinking the doors were open. It was incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone to let them know about the van and to swap it over. Ended up getting told we could swap the vehicle over with the same one at the airport!!! Very inconvenient, considering we'd had to catch a cab from the airport to collect one to begin with. Was told we'd have to pay extra to drop back to airport, as it was not collection location... the second van was from the airport. A very hard process when it should have been a simple task, booking, collecting and dropping off!!! Still awaiting the return of our deposit!

Excellent experience with Enterprise Hobart. My partner and I had booked a car with competitor company but were let down upon pick up at the airport which was a very stressful start to our holiday. We therefore needed last minute car booking at the airport and there was overall limited rental car availability. We therefore went to the Enterprise counter at airport for help. The Enterpirise agent on duty, Rizwan was extremely helpful. He sourced a modern car in excellent condition for us and washed/ processed this car for us as it had only just been returned, working overtime to assist us. He made the whole process smooth and pleasant and significantly contributed to the success of our holiday in Tasmania. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service Rizwan provided. As a result would definitely use Enterprise in the future and recommend highly to others.

i think the staff tried to rip me off but no success. I didn't find any crack during self check but found one crack as photo shows -- you can't see it in a stand-position (I found it in the 2nd day when I went to add tyre pressure) Luckily, the previous customer who rent the car left his rent report in this car, with the damage marked in the checking report. When I returned the car, the staff (the same man when I rent it) walked directly and preciesly to where the crack is and asked me: did you damage this? His quick action proved my assumption that he knew this crack in the beginning. (again, it is hard to see this crack from normal angle). After I showed the report of previous customer, he walked back to the driver seat to drive the car away without any further check

After a patchy start to our rental with Enterprise and a slow booking in process with some added costs that we weren't aware of (travel agent issue) we finally got into our near new Toyota Corolla and we were on our way. The car was excellent it ran beautifully and was very economical and was faultless the entire trip. The final glitch came at the return time as when we got back to their office (little early) on the Sunday morning no one was there..a sign on front door NOT OPEN SUNDAYS ! So we took photos of the car which we parked right in front of their doors,the car had been refilled and we dropped the keys in a shute on the front of the building..just a little more communication might have helped..but overall happy customers

The car we received was excellent although larger then a compact i had requested. Check in, and-out On site was easy, however the website states that pick up is available from port and I discovered it wasn't, after I had booked. Apparently it is available only in the US at at certain States. The other issue I had was not being able to return the car in the afternoon before, due to the hours of operation and I therefore had to find parking for the night and return the car 1st thing the next morning which was very inconvenient and bit into a day sightseeing. I was bombarded with emails which were confusing as it appeared that I had to pay in advance for car hire and I had elected not to do that as I didn't wasn't to add my ccard.

We booked a car for hire and arrived in from the airport today (Saturday) to find the pickup location was closed. It is closed from midday Saturday and all Sunday. We received no information about this, despite giving them information well in advance about the day of our arrival. No customer service numbers were contactable. We were left in the rain waiting for half an hour, no one to contact and forced to book a new car from another company at the last minute, which cost us hundreds more due to the last minute timing. There is no explanation for this. This has been incredibly wasteful of our time and money, on the first day of our holiday. Do not hire from this company

Picked up car in Hobart, agent very friendly and helpful. Told us the car we had chosen was not suitable for the journey we were proposing to do, so upgraded us. Very much appreciated. Car was to be returned to Launceston CBD premises, but we got our dates wrong and should have returned it on the Friday not the Saturday. Phone call from their office asking where we were. Our fault, no problem just extended hire for a further day and return car to Airport depot. Superb service, thank you.

Always get great service from Enterprise... someone reviewed saying they waited ages to get their bond back, but thats actually nothing to do with Enterprise. It is the banks that hold the bonds for so long and there is nothing that Mo can do about that. Every time I have rented from them, it has been excellent customer service and they are very flexible and willing to help. I have rented from them over 3 times now, and about to rent for my 4th and 5th time. Thanks again!!

1. Hidden Charges - the bank recorded an international transaction fee. 2. The opening and closing hours on the website are wrong. I was asked to pick up the vehicle early because they close earlier than stated on the website. 3. The desk at the airport was unattended. The phone call wasn’t answered, left stranded at the airport. 4. The company charged $150 for cancellation and 1 day rental, even though they didn’t show up.

From the on-line booking process to the drop off for a one day rental, everything went great. Staff were very pleasant on pick up, paperwork completed, vehicle checked and we were on our way in a very well presented vehicle. Dropped off no problem, full tank of gas and thanked by the friendly staff. Final hire paperwork recieved by email before I had walked back to my Hotel. Well done Hobart office

We booked a SUV for our trip but Enterprise did not have any available when we arrived so we were given a sedan instead. Was told that the manager would follow up with us and discuss a refund for the difference in cost...no word from anyone. Poor customer service and communication. Sadly, it left a bad first impression of our first visit to Hobart and Tasmania.

Well I kept getting emails urging me to check in online, every time I tried it booted me out some point in the process. Nonetheless, I was delighted by the efficient check-in onsite, the friendly staff and ease of return. The car I received was new and in grand condition. No hassles, no extra charges, it was fantastic and I would rent from them again.

Quoted a repair cost of $2,114 for a superficial scratch. In response to the question of how many alternative quotes they obtained to provide a reasonable estimate, the answer was: 0. A shameless rip-off. Taking this up with the Australian Finance Industry Association's dispute resolution process as clearly a breach of the Rental Code of Practice.

Worse ever car company. Very unprofessional and weird.I would never use them again and advise others not to use them. They close at 21h30pm and has no compassion if your flight is delayed.Never use them!Advice to your company:Close it down !there is better car rentals out there who work for the interests of clients of all races and nationalities !

Helpful staff who gave us a choice of two cars. Unfortunately wouldn't choose to rent with Enterprise again as after our booking they changed their opening times and we weren't able to pick up our car on the day we arrived in Hobart. Had to get a taxi from the airport to accommodation and to the city centre office the following day.

Far too stiff with their payment processes. Take a chance on younger drivers, or get some different protocols for payment. Otherwise you'll lose customers, which on this occasion you did. Would only recommend if you are okay with being treated like another customer and not a person.

No customer service. Management didn't want to speak to us. We had a car booked for our fly /drive holiday in Hobart and because our flight got changed they sold it to someone else, even though we offered to pay and pick up a day later. Rating is 0 but Google wouldn't let me.

Staff were fantastic to deal with. Very efficient and no hiccups. Car was clean, full of petrol and ready to go when we arrived. Pick up area / return area was within a quick and easy walk from airport door. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well priced car hire.

I booked a long way in advance - 6 weeks or so and got a very competitive rate. Booked a Corolla but was given an upgrade to a larger car - suited me. Pick up and return were easy. Staff very pleasant and professional. Can't fault their service. Car was great too.

Seamless experience renting a car from Enterprise. They called me just to follow up because I was running a little late, and offered to change my pick up location to the airport since I was still there. Great customer service and would definitely recommend!

Rented a car here during Dark Mofo - great car (Hyundai Kona) and great service - the staff reduced the price significantly at checkin and were very flexible when I decided to return the car a day early (provided a refund). Would definitely rent here again.

Arrived a bit earlier (due to the flight arrival), but super friendly staff helped straight away and had delivered a car in minutes. Also got a really nice upgrade! Can't recommend enough and will definitely use during our next stay at Hobart.

Absolutely terrible - confusion over booking, long wait times, rude staff who overrode commitments made by staff at the airport enterprise desk. Walked away without a rental car and made other arrangements because it was so bad. Avoid!

Friendly and helpful staff. Took their lucky dip rate and got a brand new Toyota Carolla which suited us perfectly and at a fraction of the price that the other rental companies were asking. Would certainly use Enterprise again.

Very poor service around a very minor damage claim. They charged 4K on my credit card and are still holding it over 1 month later. Poor supplier management as they say the repair shop is late with the invoice.

Very happy with my rental experience. Car was almost new, very clean. Staff were excellent to deal with. Price was competitive. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Enterprise again. They were very flexible.

建议中国人不要来这家店租车了,官网写承认中国驾校及翻译件,但是网上预订好车辆,到店的时候说他们公司还需要国际驾照????塔州的道路交通法律都承认租车可以使用中国驾照和翻译件,他们enterprise公司这么特殊。不知道是不是找个理由拒绝我们的订单,因为现在元旦假期用车紧张,总之服务态度不好,多出来的这些乱七八糟的规定,几乎破坏了我们整个计划,太可怕了!
