Une étoile, c'est pour les 1 ou 2 fois en 6 ans qu'on m'a rendus service. Pour le reste, voici - une augmentation déraisonnable tous les 6-12 mois, habituellement 10-15% de plus - un endroit pas très propre - très difficile de faire corriger un problème, tel, un néon brisé au-dessus de notre unité (ç'a pris des mois et des mois) à trois reprises (nous avons changé d'unité plusieurs fois) - une promesse de chauffage l'hiver et ventilation l'été, eh bien, il ne fait pas très chaud l'hiver et on crève de chaleur l'été...pas terrible pour maintenir ses biens en bon état - des employés portes-tournantes, parfois très gentils, mais ne reste pas longtemps, souvent très indifférents à nos questions ou problèmes...genre...vous ne voulez pas payer l'augmentation abusive, venez chercher votre stock sinon on barre votre unité avec notre cadenas et vous retire de droit d'accès aux immeubles - des "semi-itinérants" qui ont élu domicile - et pour finir, en 6 ans, j'ai vu pour la première fois un employé (de sécurité ou maintenance) dans notre couloir...et c'était pour s'empresser de barrer notre unité qu'on venait de vider...après tergiversation, on a fini par le convaincre de faire un dernier tour pour être certain qu'il n'y restait pas une vis ou autres petits objets bien cachés entre les panneaux d'acier...l"unité était payée pour le reste du mois. Si ce n'était pas déjà clair, Non, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

The worst place ever, choose any other. This storage will cost you more than any other, because of their mismanagement and lack of service. 1) They had assured me that the storage space was the same size, eventhough there was a column in it. I had to discover it wasn't, while my movers were waiting ($$$) and change for another space... 2) When I went to retrieve my things, my access code was not working... It was a national holiday, the office was closed. It took all my patience and time to get in contact with a manager, while the movers were waiting, again ($$$$$)... We finally got in, to discover there was another lock... I called the manager again... He told me to break it ! As if I knew how, or had the tools to do it... Every store was closed...Again it took a long time.... I had paid everything on time, their software malfunctioned. They finally reimbursed the two weeks it didn't work (I hadn't realized), because I insisted. But none of my calls were returned when I asked for the mover's extra time to be compensated. It cost me at least 300$ just for my movers to wait for me to sort things out, and an enormous amount of stress BOTH times... And this never got considered, and I never received any apology or acknowledgement of this.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Booked everything online. Spent the next day on the phone trying to reach customer service. Received multiple emails with payment confirmation but no unit number or access code for the storage building in griffintown. Everytime I spoke with someone from customer service on the phone they just kept asking me the same questions and said that the Montreal head office were the only ones that could help me but that the head office was unreachable. I finally decided to walk over to "head office" and speak with someone in person. The employee working then tell me her system is "broken" and she has to give me a temporary access code on a post-it paper. Then with barely any explanation tells me my unit is on the basement level at the griffintown storage. I arrive at the storage, unload all of my items, load them into the huge moving elevator, only to realize it only goes from the main floor up to the 2nd. Wasted more time. Finally realize that I was given the worst possible unit at the furthest end of the basement level. Very disappointed with my experience and would definitely not recommend.

Umu du centre-ville et Charlane du centre d'appel sont sympathiques et répondent à toutes vos questions! Ma visite SEUL sur place au 260 Murray s'est faite avec Umu au tél cell, vu qui avait personne là-bas, c'est correcte, soso comme place, vieille bâtisse, moins éclairé, moins propre et semble moins sécuritaire que les autres, pas de parking extérieur juste intérieur, mais c'est moins cher.. J'ai déjà été un client satisfait 3 fois à 3 places, Centre-Ville, Lachine et Mtl-Nord mais j'ai décidé d'essayer une nouvelle place ailleurs. Car ma visite à Lachine ne s'est pas très bien passé avec le gérant et j'étais pas convaincu de celui de Murray.. *ATTENTION au bidule en métal et plastic vert qui tient la porte du storage fermé (place ou va le cadena), en l'ouvrant je me suis blessé SOLIDE et sa fini à l'urgence, exiger une visite guidé des lieux avec un employé pour votre sécurité!

I needed a place to store my furniture, etc. for a month between leases and after calling around I found this place. When I called, the lady on the phone was super helpful and while they don't offer the free moving trucks due to COVID, they did offer me a student discount, which was super helpful. She answered all of my questions and even helped me choose an appropriate size locker for my stuff, which ended up being exactly perfect for me! They also let you rent the lockers on a week-to-week basis which is amazing as I found other places that may have been slightly cheaper, but were on a month-to-month basis. Additionally, Umma was very accommodating as my lease fell one day short but she offered to extend it by a day at no charge. Thank you so much, this place truly has made moving not as much of a hassle as I had thought!

No safety and credibility here! The unit I was renting was broken in and the thieves stole items worth more than $1500. I reported it to the police on Mar 3,2023, but it was difficult to catch the thieves because there were no surveillance cameras. Depotium failed their responsibility of security, but refused compensation. I talked with their regional manager, he did nothing. As a long term customer, I am very disappointed. I don’t think that I am the only victim. So I also remind current customers to inspect your unit ASAP. Thieves could have cut your lock and stole your items, after that they replaced it with a similar lock. If you cannot unlock your unit, please call the police immediately.

As a client for many years, I can attest to the high level of professional service they offer. They are flexible in trying to find an appropriate solution to fit your needs and offer a wide range of storage units at various locations. Excellent service! Maintenance of their washrooms could be improved though. They are often out of paper, or have blocked sinks, etc. Definitely bring your own paper towels and also garbage bags to dispose of them ( after years of customers dumping their garbage on their bins, there are basically no more garbage disposal bins on site. Otherwise, clean, spacious and well maintained place!

I made a resevation online. My driving skills or maybe orientation in a new neighbourhood had me overlook Storage Mart and accidentally go to Depotium. I went from the first depotium (after code only head scratch) to another outlet 200 meters away under the tracks on Bourassa Blvd. I was hearing the prices and thinking "this nice guy is quoting me into the poorhouse $300. Short story long, I get a last minute call from Storage Mart. So much cheaper, and frankly the cleanest storage I've ever seen. The dude who does the desk is very interesting also. I pay $130 with a month free if 4 or more. Halleluja!

This business runs a deceptive and predatory business model. 40% increase after a year of service without warning. Do not rent from these people as they prey on people who are struggling through the covid19 pandemic. Hopefully karma comes back to get them as their business is to rapidly jack up the price in hopes you aren't able to pay the inflated fees and then will auction off all of your belongings. Beware, and please do business with another company that has morals and ethics instead of these slum lords.... Also beware of their paid positive reviews (most of these are not real).

Every month ur due date changes I stored my stuff there on the 28 of may Now even month my due date changes an I get charged 2-3-4 late fees I do not understand the logic of this calculation no month has 21 days !!! 1st i explained i only get welfare on the first. My dates to pay always changed. I stored my stuff may 28 an because of the payment date always changing i always had late fees. When i hit a ruff patch i offered to make payments and was refused because of this i lost all my children an my furniture.these ppl are heartless thieves.they have no sympathy or morals.

The clerk extremely rude with me. Initially the agent told me my contract had ended already. Afterwards when I forwarded her my receipt she said I was "logically" not able to have a reimbursement. To make matters worse. I left a piece of my bed frame in there and when I went the unit had already been cleared out despite the fact I had paid for the month . They entered my unit without permission because I had vacated & emptied what was left yet will not give me a reimbursement for the remaining weeks. Very disappointed by the aggressive and dishonest behavior

Dégeux les employés ne quittent que très rarement l'espace des bureaux et 10 mois que j'ai mon local ici à part moi qui nettoie très bien mon 4 mètre de gauche et droite pour être bien-sûr de partir de mon entrepôt avec les lieux propre jamais je nai vu un balai ou mope pour lensemble et niveq7 hygiène les toilette non jamais été remplis donc 10 mois sans une goute de savon

Le hic negatif...loué un local la veille arrivée le lendemain ( bureau ferme ) mon local etait barré...et ce pas par nous...on verifie par le haut...le local est plein...... J ai telephoné a la centrale...qqun de gentil venu me rejoindre...il a fallu que je remette le stock ds le camion et change d endroit...travail en double !!!#

Très bonne expérience avec mon ami, le personnel a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, nous faire visiter, décrire le fonctionnement etc... Patience, professionnalisme, vraiment agréable pour des étudiants comme nous qui voulions avoir des réponses et qui étions un peu perdu dans la démarche. A voir maintenant après avoir stocké nos meubles cet été.

Best booking experience ever! I’ve had experiences at several other self-storage places in Canada/USA, and *nowhere* has the process been as clear, straightforward, and overall pleasant as at this Depotium location. Specifically a shout out to Jonah: he’s a champ! Super friendly and impeccable, he 100% deserves a promotion. Highly recommend.

There is big disconnect between call centre and the front desk. Call centre will offer you a Rate confirm over email and when you go for registration on the front end they do not agree with the same price and give you a higher price. Big turn off!! They should learn to stand by their words and commitments!

I can't give five stars because my most recent experience was that after having a storage unit for only 2 months, we were forced to move all our things to another storage unit because the facility where our first unit was, was being closed. Other than that, the service was fine and easy to use.

Had a great experience renting storage for just over a year! The move-in process was easy and the staff were flexible in allowing my friend to move-out for me given the pandemic situation. The price randomly increased in the middle which was strange but otherwise I was completely satisfied. :)

Needed a storage unit ASAP and Chantelle from the reservations call-centre was so kind and very helpful. She went through everything with me and made sure I had no questions. Such great customer service is so appreciated during a stressful move. Will recommend this company to others :)

Service was great! They provide great deals for students and the storage unit is clean. There is a carpet on some of the storage units so I recommend bringing a plastic sheet and place your stuff ontop of it. Other than that the units are clean. Manager Oum was very helpful!

Ils n'arrêtent pas de m'harceler au téléphone pour essayer de contacter mon ancien coloc. Ça fait 6 fois qu'ils m'appellent en 4 mois... Je n'ai jamais mis le pied dans leur entrepot et jamais fait affaire avec la compagnie!!!

Mauvaise orientation au téléphone, fausse publicité concernant le mois gratuit et la camionnette, l'un ou l'autre. Arrivé sur place le samedi matin, pas de chef, pas d'arrangement sur place. Je déconseille cet emplacement.

Premises and lockers are clean and tidy. Access to the units is efficient and well thought out. Easy to park and load and unload with car or moving trucks. I have been using the facility for 3 months and have 3 lockers.

Super easy to get my storage locker. The process was fast online, got a call quickly and finalized the transaction at the office. Would recommend to anyone in the area as they have multiple options close by.
