Trent Bruce came and sorted out our non-flushing toilet today. He was prompt friendly and professional. Trent quickly established what was wrong, sourced the parts needed and had us back in the saddle again, so to speak. Great customer service! Was contacted last minute for an emergency at my elderly grandparents home. Plumber arrived on time, was polite and very clean and tidy. Reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend.
