Just spent $16 on an Eggs Benedict that was served on a cardboard plate wirth plywood cutlery. I broke the fork in 10 seconds, got a replacement and broke it 10 seconds later. The knife was INCAPABLE of cutting through the toast, trust me, INCAPABLE. I ended up eating the meal with my hands like an open sandwich. You try it!!! Ridiculous. Staff were polite but basically the message is yes, we know its unworkable but too bad, that's how we do things here. Obviously the china plates and metal cutlery was all too much for the cafe to deal with so now everything goes straight in the bin. Not sustainable. They don't care so that will be my last $ ever spent there.

One of the nicer and tastier cafe's traveling along the highway. Just updating... Lately our favourite (the cheese burger) Has gone up nearly $2 and isn't as nice. Different bun different Pattie, just cheaper tasting all round. Which is a shame they were far better tasting than the McDonald's variety and only a bit more expensive. This might be due to a change of management and not sure if it's the same across all their cafe's This was at the Nudgee service centre. And the staff were pleasant enough.

Very poor customer service. Today at 4:30pm I was served by a lady with long brown hair in a plait. I had asked “Hey! Do you sell roast pork and gravy sandwiches.” I was told “Look at the menu.” So I try to look at the menu but struggle as I have a visual disability. I ask again “oh I’m just wondering if you do the sandwich bread.” She literally rolled her eyes, laughed and said “Darling I just said READ THE MENU” I could not believe it. I walked away in disbelief and bought from elsewhere. I can see why they had no business

This place has the #1 roast pork. It is always juicy and the crackling is always spot on. Can recommend to anyone that loves a feed. Only 1 staff member has been cheap with the meat, and she is very rarely on so it's worth the risk . Old mate with the beard is a bloody legend I'll enjoy this breaky again today

Went there for a lunch on the run. Got a Chicken Schnitzel on Turkish bread with mayo and tomatoes, YUCK!!!! It was hot but that was it. The chicken was so bloody hard it tore out me teeth. Gave it the 4 legged mongrel only to be threatened with a mauling if l tried that again. And what was the creamy white sludge.....it wasnt bloody mayo thats for sure

Ordered a roast pork roll. It was made stingy, dry and cold. It was disgusting. Customers are treated as an inconvenience. I asked for more than one serviette, she rolled her eyes, snapped at me and slammed down the serviette. Unreal.

Order the chicken schnitzel Turkish, super unedible they chucked it in the microwave and then in the grill, the chicken schnitzel was rubbery and tasted old . I will never get anything from this place ever again. 14 dollars down the drain

I ordered coffee took 20 mins to make it . Then sat on the bench for 5 mins before calling it . Then upon asking why it sat on the bench before calling it the Indian manager was rude and threatened violence. Absolutely unprofessionally , appalling , inappropriate , disgusting behaviour . Will be contacting head office

I ordered 2 mini dim sims and 1 potato scollap and it cost me $7.25... never again, the dim sims were just warm... I should have gone to Red Rooster for their lunch special at that price...

Chips and vegetables overcooked. Roast meat and pork crackling was good. Main problem though is the surly customer service from the female workers. They appear to be in a permanent bad mood. Male workers have always been polite and respectful. though. I'm a local so these things aren't a one off.

Do not order from this cafe!! I have paid for food I did not receive and what I did get was inedible!! The 1 star I rated was because I could not go into minus!! When I spoke to Alice from cafe she hung up on me.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!! These guy’s CLEARLY have NO idea of normal trading hrs in 24/7 service Center on a main hi-way!!! Can’t even be operating in NORMAL DINNER HOURS of 7:30!!! Be amazed if still open by Christmas under the absolutely useless and lazy current management!!!

Went to the new Waterford West cafe. We waited 40mins for bacon, eggs, sausage. After inquiring after our meal we were told 2 minutes. After 10 minutes food came out grossly undercooked. It wasn't overly busy. Manager wouldn't come see us. Will not return

The lady that served me was rude as %#*k when I politely ordering myself a meal. Not as much as a thankyou when handing my foot over either. Some basic customer service skills seriously required here.

Dont bother. We paid $19 for 2 salad rolls that had lettuce, a tiny bit of carrot and a couple of onion rings. Extra charge for cheese. Not even wearing gloves to assemble.

Steak sandwich in a meal deal was better than others I've tried at other truck stops. No chewy gristle or fat which made it enjoyable. Service was quite fast.

Charging $10 for a roast meat sandwhich is acceptable....but for that price one would expect fresh bread not stale crumbly dry bread!
