"Not impressed with the person looking after self serve area"
"came in here to buy a birthday cake for my daughters birthday and the staff member manny went above and beyond in helping and so did one of the lady’s in the checkout, highly recommend wynnum plaza coles, great team super lovely people"
"Always great fresh produce, good meat selection, better than the woolies just down the hall"
"Has lots of Coles type things like you would probably expect"
"Very disappointed with my shopping at Coles"
Not impressed with the person looking after self serve area. They made my friend (who is a dark Lady, feel intimidated by your harassment while she checking out. Are you racist or just someone who thinks it's ok to just suspect anyone at the self service. I will be going with her next time and this better not happen. Disgusted …
came in here to buy a birthday cake for my daughters birthday and the staff member manny went above and beyond in helping and so did one of the lady’s in the checkout, highly recommend wynnum plaza coles, great team super lovely people. thankyou manny my daughter will be super happy tomorrow now she has her cake!
Always great fresh produce, good meat selection, better than the woolies just down the hall. Clean and tidy. Best place to shop for Wynnum for a general shop. Presents a lot better than the woolies next door, however the woolies can't be discounted, just needs a significant update to their check out area.
Has lots of Coles type things like you would probably expect. Some creative merchandising which made me smile. The fresh department looked well utilised, there wasn't loads available when I got there. Plenty of self checkout registers which is good if you're the type to scan everything as brown onions.
Very disappointed with my shopping at Coles. Coles had a 15% discount on gift cards purchased online, but they were not available in the store. When I found out, I wanted to return the gift cards, but I received a strong refusal. What the hell. I used to like Coles, but not anymore.
Well done Staff at Wynnum West Coles this afternoon for their help when I was supporting an Elderly client to shop for his food Big thank you to Casey for going out of her way to help us locate items. Very much appreciated and refreshing to see in these difficult days 10/10
Only one checkout open. Trying to force us to use the self service registers. All to save money by employing less staff. Not helpful if you are older, have babies/young children, or a week's worth of groceries. Perhaps customer service could be the focus for a change.
Pity no one managing checkout area to see how many customers waiting with over full trolleys for a checkout to open and the only one open was about to close. Not everyone wants or can manage large volumes of items on extremely small checkouts and to self serve..
Shopped here tonight and had the worst experience ever. The streaky bacon from the deli smells funny and is slimy. The oysters are off and say use by today. And 2 out of the 5 box's of ice creams are melted completely. Feel so ripped off and angry
Always quick and easy to find what I need. This time I wanted lunch for 2 of scotch fillet beef and a packet salad. Under $30. Simple, quick and easy cook in 5 min. No lines as I went to self-serve, went around 11.30 not overly busy in store.
I recently had a shopping experience at Coles, and while the overall team and management were quite lovely, I encountered two team members who were less than pleasant. Despite that, I appreciate the excellent service provided by the rest of
To the inconsiderate employee Dana, for putting an immune compromised, disabled, chemo patient at risk, standing less than one foot away from my face at the self check out when I was trying to give my carer my card saying I needed to leave
Shopped here last night around 4-30pm and was amazed at the EMPTY shelves of fresh produce and general groceries. When raising this this with a Coles Officer (not on the checkout) I was responded with a “we only have one person on in Fresh
The staff we encounted whislt shopping at Coles plaza were extremely rude , I asked one where the chilli beans were and was snapped at and told to use my eyes although they were right on the bottom shelf out of my view as I was holding my
I'm giving them one star because the guy on the service desk is lovely. The rest of the staff - especially the lady on self serve check out - are horrible and unhelpful. The layout of the store, the way Coles treat their customers and the
The staff today on 30/10 were extremely rude particularly 2 of them who should not be working in customer service. The first person was a guy named Jack on the self serve. I asked him to address a spillage near the chicken section and he
The poorest example of customer service. an order i placed online for 10am they advise me without reason that it is delayed to 11:30am. I get there and call for 15minutes - their phone doesn't work. Which i did advise it wasn't working 2
Busy staff, great location for the end of 2018 is nearly come to an end, endless productions, fresh food, customers service needs have been met with a greatly appreciated service and meals hot food that will help customers following the
Tried to swap some nappies i bought two days ago for the right size...the woman just looked at me annoyed and put the „no returns due to virus sign“ in front of me without saying a word. You can use the virus as an excuse for a lot of
Ladies beware the early 20's med built European male customer with short dark hair who visits this store with his girlfriend. While she is shopping he takes unsolicited images of women shoppers. If you happen to turn around he starts
Be careful with produce bananas etc. my 4 year old almost consumed slither of glass in a banana !!!!!! Approached the Manager ( Toby ) who seemed very un interested Opolagizing seemed to be hard work ? After shopping there for 18
Using click and collect here is fraught with errors. Items frequently missing. Especially on the last 2 shops. Before that I was buying Tobacco products for someone else. On 2 consecutive weeks. When groceries brought out by the same
Clean, standard layout - all the tasteless, artificially ripened fruit + veg + some baked goods (not bread) immediately inside entrance.......milk + eggs at the extreme furthest diagonal corner, taking approx 2½ days by camel. Yay.
A soulless and equally sterile place to shop. I found it as exciting as going to the dentist and pulling teeth. The whole place belonged more in a hospital setting, rather than a shopping
Good layout, however, like all Coles stores they need to do something with their decor, possibly a bit of "styling" to spice up our teadous grocery grabs whether in-store or online.
This is the bigger Coles in my area so it stocks more product options e.g. larger flavour range or brand choice than the smaller stores. Oh also has good fresh produce & Bakery.
Emily was so helpful and she let an elderly woman move to the front of the line to be served first. Very respectful of her elders and an overall delightful young woman.
To be told "You'll have to call Coles, because our manager has gone home" when I'm at the Coles Service Counter made an ordinary moment over a small matter far worse.
Had a few things to post at the Post Office. Then did, what I thought was going to be a small shop, turned into a large shop. But now I don't need to shop for awhile.
Kathleen on the checkout was fantastic. Genuinely cared how my day was and was actively engaged in the conversation. Great service!
No checkouts open forced to use self check out, should if went to ALDI where it would have been cheaper and still better service
Typical Coles. Never enough express checkouts open. Boot pickup much better with more spaces. Still hate the self checkout.
Walk into store and hit with an amazing range of colours in the fruit and veg section...so well stocked. Very inviting.
My preferred place to do shopping. Better range and chance of finding what you want. Plenty of parking at Plaza.
Very interesting to read Coles update 2 hours ago claiming they're "doing all they can to keep us safe"...
Staff always helpful. Shelves usually well stocked except Saturdays which I guess it's their busiest day.
The only thing bad I will say about this place is they never have enough flavoured milk.
Always an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. The employees seem nice and helpful.
Great store for produce, staff are upbeat. Store is always clean and well ordered.
