A great Coles. They have a quiet shopping time for people prone to sensory overload (ring them for the hours). Big thumbs up for doing that...fantastic service. They have just installed new self serve checkouts that don't weigh everything which i like because the old ones used to glitch a lot. Much faster.

Came in for 3 items this morning and 2/3 were put in the wrong spot, meaning it had the wrong price tag attached. Not very good if people want to quickly grab stuff and go. Also guess it can be chalked up to the area but they often are missing things other coles do have.

Coles Forest Lake is a fairly poor quality Coles and the level of service here is nothing but disgraceful with lazy incompetent staff that don't want to help and couldn't care less.

Great Coles here, can be a bit messy,stock can be put out during open hours etc. Lately there have been some stock shortages etc like most places but generally a good store this one.

The location in a very nice mall is convenient. The fridges for chilled goods looking sparse and empty. There was one staff person on the shop floor stocking the shelves.

Produce section is ordinary at the best of times. Shame theres more and more self serve checkouts. Will always go to a manned checkout to keep someone employed.

Boycott them until they treat their staff better and help their communities with fairer priced goods. Stand up and be counted. Make where you shap matter.

The Coles in the forest like this actually quite complete in terms of having different varieties of snacks, bakery, deli, and confectionary items

Obviously an older store with a different layout but everything is there. The difference is all 3 supermarkets grouped here without walking miles.
