A relatively new Coles store only opened for business a few years ago. Good location. Plenty of undercover parking as well as outside parking with quick pick-up area. All wheelchair accessible. Store is located on first floor on one side and direct entry on Samford Road side. Wheelchair friendly elevator and escalators. Huge store layout with all the usual Coles items and specials in-store. Deli, Bakery and fresh produce sections. All very fresh and new. A pleasant place for all your grocery requirements. This complex is also home to a well stocked liquorland outlet inside the main entrance. 2023 update. Nothing has changed since my original review.

Great parking, was an excellent supermarket but has since declined due to never stocking shelves there was an appalling lack of produce and meat on 28/09/23 but its not that uncommon any more, not sure if its terrible management or lazy staff either way they need to get stock on the shelves its not like they don't have it, its normal for me now to go 2 or 3 times a week just to get one very basic shop together and while it might be bare one day its completely full the next, unfortunate as it was once a fantastic Coles

Today, Saturday 16th September, I picked up a loaf of bread. I waited in line, patiently as it was very busy. The service desk, a young lady served a staff member so I moved into that line. When she was finished serving the staff member she advised me that she could not serve me. By then the line waiting to check out (self serve) had increased by 10 to 15 people. I would have been happy to wait if I had known. Given that it was so busy, I do think her assistance would have been appreciated by all concerned.

An excellent Supermarket with great innovative space between the isles for easy access to the store! Great daily discounts available with fresh fruit & vegetables & fresh meat products! The best rotissery baked chickens with the time they came out of the oven marked on them! Excellent self service area for credit card,eftpos & also assisted registers as well!!!

This is a spacious supermarket with a generous amount of parking spaces. I visited this store specifically for the public restroom, which was a unisex toilet. Unfortunately, there was a short wait, as two people were ahead of me. Despite this, the supermarket was clean and well-organized.

It doesn't have everything you'd be looking for but does have most things. As most supermarkets you find some good deals and somethings are at a higher cost than expected

Nicely layered out Store. Still has some issues in supply like every supermarket. Bakery is a standout with the Quality of the in store baked products …

Good coles, with plenty undercover and outdoor parking, including wheelchair access. Stock has been good most days, with fresh and quality produce.

Plenty of undercover parks, good wheelchair access, pretty handy for most suburbs close to the Ferny Grove train line.

Well designed store. With bakery goods. Excellent parking. Challenges in checkout.
