I was passing by and saw they had the day of the dead display up still so I went in. The center viewing area is small, but that doesnt mean you dont get more than what you expect. The art was well placed, quiet and I really enjoyed the whole set up. Its clean well lit and a great little secret gen of a place.

it is incredible that this gallery exhibit is free! two stories of various collections that were all captivating. i especially loved the life size checkers near the front staircase. my only complaint was parking was paid only due to the busy main street market adjacent to the gallery.

An amazing space for Latino/Hispanic expositions. The staff is friendly and the facility has different galleries and hallways. It's diffusion must be improved. It's a good museum properly located at downtown. You must visit it for immersing in the multicultural context of San Antonio.

Current exhibition featured was Alberto Mijangos, a prominent artist in Mexican-American culture. It was my first learning about him. Thanks to the museum, I added him to my 'To know' repertoire, and it was free.

This is a true cultural icon of San Antonio, one that not enough people visit. We took in their latest exhibit, "Soy de Tejas," and again were moved by the diversity and color of the pieces.

It was very interesting and to me sad also. People have their opinions and looking at those pictures makes a person think about a lot of things, for me at least. More
