I had 15 minutes to fill in and so I spied this place which seems to have a mall monopoly on this type of business I see comments about the main service lady. My take is she is no charmer and is focused on the mechanical chores rather than schmoozing with the customers. The result of that, is efficiency but lack of TLC. Anyway enough of first impressions My double shot latte was excellent and my pistachio and coconut slice was pleasingly different They have a good selection of cakes, in fact Lots of loyal customers so they must be doing something right I would like to try the Reuben sandwich with pickles, sauerkraut, corned? beef. Once again, something a bit different. No customers or staff were harmed in the making of this review.

6 bucks for an iced coffee with a 70c surcharge for different milk and a cheeky 7c surcharge paying by card… I will say more expensive overall compared to the many lovely coffee shops just down the road in stones corner and not as nice coffee either. $ needs some consideration (the card surcharge is plain stupid and I wasn’t informed until after I paid and saw the price on my phone) and customer service needs work. It’s the only coffee shop in the centre but I wouldn’t go there if there was another choice based on these factors.

Absolutely fantastic place. Awesome fresh food and reasonable prices. Highly recommend anyone escaping the hospital lol. Very funny staff.

This Cafe has the monopoly of business in this centre. Food and beverages are good. However, owners don't seem very happy people. I bought my trolley in and had intended parking outside the Cafe area but the male owner got to me first in a surly manner & directed to do so. I was apologetic but he was so dour. Another competitor could come into the centre.....and it makes all the difference customer rapport.

I had a very disappointing experience at this café where my daughter wanted to order a babychinno. When we tried to pay for it with our card, we were asked that we had to pay in cash because they don't accept card payments for purchases under $5. There were no signs or notifications indicating this policy. And the staff was quite rude！I certainly will NEVEr be returning to this café anymore！

The owner / proprietor needs to read reviews and ask herself why the rating is only 3.8 ... After my experience there today i would say self reflection may help her.. the two girls she has as help are a absolute delight... The owner of the other hand needs to reassess her hospitality skills as in my opinion, is far too ridgid in her approach to customer service

I get a coffee from here once in a while. It's usually okay but the coffee that I got today was definitely the hottest coffee I've ever had. I couldn't even carry the takeaway cup. It took around an hour before I was able to drink it! …

Worse experience ever!!! The waiter is so rude and unprofessional. Not surprise at all with the rate you have. I don’t recommend this cafe to anyone. I wish there is another cafe as the competition will lead to close this cafe in few weeks.

The lady who owns or manages this place is terrible and should not be working in hospitality. SO rude, as for everything else it’s great so it’s a shame she’s ruining the whole experience.

Lady manager lacks in customer service, not friendly. The young lady who made my frappe however was very nice and somewhat made up for the poor service from the manager.

I ordered an apple slice and it was smush - pastry was so watery - when tried to speak to the lady in cashier was quite rude about it More

I ordered less ice but the ice almost 2/3 of the small cup. It doesn’t worth $6 for that tiny cup and that much of ice.
