Our experience with this company has been nothing short of awesome, everyone we have dealt with have been friendly , efficient, professional, and experienced and all our questions/queries were answered in the same way. We had a small gas leak, Paul came out at the time promised (awesome) found /fixed the leak and gave us recommendations as to another query we had (no pressure to get anything else done, just advice) re our old water pipes. So we decided to go ahead with replacing some very ugly pipe work, again Paul and his offsider were punctual, replaced water/gas pipes. Did an amazing job, left everything clean and tidy. Kept us in the loop as to what was being done and even made some changes for the better. Cost of work completed was good value compared to some other companies, but we wanted to use a small/family business rather than a large conglomerate (been there, done that, not a great experience) and are glad we found this company, and will certainly use them again if required. 2022 update: we did another project with Brown&Son. Quality was still great. Price was a shocker, though. Communication could have been better to prepare us for nearly double the original quote. Charging per hour ($100) for tiling was very unexpected and just done without consulting with us first. So, if quality is important and cost is no consideration whatsoever, use them! 2019: There are some good plumbers, and a few great plumbers. And then there is Brown&Son. Anton and his team are simply fantastic to deal with. Not only what they do, but how they do it. Their clients are clearly at the centre of their business. We had major renovations (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry etc.) and Brown&Son helped create an amazing result for us. Their flexibility allowed us to change our minds as the project took shape. And nothing was too hard - they made it happen. If feeling valued as a client is important to you, look no further.

We had a leak in our shower alcove floor so contacted Brown & Son Plumbing for a quote. It turned out that we ended up having to demolish our entire bathroom. Anton gave us a quote and also assisted us in finding a builder. He also suggested a company to look at tap ware, vanities and tiles. The plumbers who attended our job were absolutely fantastic. We are so happy with the work they have done. Scotty and Jake were great ... very respectful, friendly and happy to answer all our questions. They were always on time and reliable. Both Anton and Scotty have provided service over and above our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Brown & Son We will be happy to use them again in the future.

Anton and his staff are professional and friendly and did what they said they would do, and showed up on time and on the day specified. Anton quoted for the new taps that we required due to our kitchen renovation, but also checked over all the installations and suggested a couple of upgrades, one of which was for a 'high flow' under sink water filter and we could not be happier with it. All the work was carried out by Scott who was courteous, friendly and took great care when working inside our home for which we are very grateful. Tammy in the office was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company

Have been wanting to replace the old toilet for ages and it was only now that I decided to actually do something about it. Wanted to support small businesses and Brown & Son had great reviews online which made the decision easy. Liaised with Tammy via phone and email who provided great customer service with the toilet recommendation. Ollie was punctual and had the installation completed in no time - he's professional, super tidy and friendly. Have already recommended their services to friends. Would definitely use them again for future jobs.

Fantastic service from Brown & Son plumbing from start to finish. The girls in the office did a fantastic job to be able to fit me in the week before Easter & were friendly & courteous. Scott was great,friendly & professional, explained what was needing to be done & left the job clean & tidy (which not many trades do these days!) I had used this service once before following a leak from my spa, and was extremely happy with the prompt professional service, so when my hot water service broke down, I immediately contacted for Anton for help. He explained that he didn't repair my type of heater, but went on and contacted the company who did, and that same day, provided a temporary hot water service to get me through the weekend, and while mine was being repaired. Great to deal with, and great quality work. Ollie came for an inspection and quote and discussed a number of options to resolve the stormwater issues that we were having, and identified a number of additional issues that we might want to look at. A couple of days later, Ollie came back to complete the work - his attention to detail is second to none, he was professional and left the site clean and tidy. Will definitely be calling Brown and Son Plumbing if we ever need more plumbing work done.

Brown and Son Plumbing fixed our low flowing water pressure. So grateful they were able to make it out the week of Christmas as we wanted to get our auto sprinkler system up and running before going away. They booked us in and came as promised. Fixed it the same they came out. I wasn’t able to be home but they sent me photos of all work completed as well as pressure gauge before and after. Super happy with their service. Trustworthy and reliable plumbers would definitely call on them again.

We got our laundry and toilet fully renovated and are very happy with the job. The guy who did the job (Paul) was very helpful even before the job began helping us out with advice on where to get cabinetry and answering all of our questions as we chose to supply all materials ourselves. He was an absolute legend onsite and we are very happy with the finished product. Will definatley consider them for future renovation works.

He addressed me by my name (which is a rare tradie quality) and took extreme care, taking his shoes off without being asked (even though I told him to keep them on). I have used them on several occasions and have nothing but praise for the quality of work and the attention to detail - watching Steve replace a broken breach and tap set on a kitchen sink the other day was like watching a jeweller repairing a watch, the attention to detail was superb. This is one of the best plubming services I have ever had. Anton and his staff Jonny are great. They helped me locate and repair a burst pipe that had been leaking under concrete paving. That was a challenging and hard job but excellently done.

Tempering valve blocked. Plumber was very professional, quick and had good product knowledge. Filter cleaned, reassembled, checked and also checked water temperature in the house to ensure it did not exceed 50 degrees. Reasonable price.
