Bought a pair of sandals which broke after just 2 days of light usage. The staff was unhelpful, manager wasn't available and refused to come on the phone despite my repeated escalation. I was told that discounted products don't have exchange policy but in case of defective products what is a customer supposed to do? Irrespective of discount or no discount defective products must be replaced. Or are they selling poor quality stuff in the name of discount? The store thinks they're doing an obligation to the customer by selling the product and I was told that there's no guarantee of products even 1 day after sale. This isn't the Bata quality that one is used to

One of the worst places to buy a product, male staffs are very rude they have a feeling like they are giving it freely to the customers, for everything we should beg they’re here not sell the product only for time pass, I purchased a shoe had a worst experience give’s wear and tear box , useless people they will convince us to take only display product they don’t want to check the size as well, my shoes size is uk8 but they suggested uk 7 size sayings use for some time it will fits lazy to check stock.

Wrost store never visit this place they show one product and they give one more faulty product my toe nail is hurt and sole was removable in display piece but the shoes I got is faulty and not able to remove sole it is sticked to shoes . No proper response when I called they asked me to call customer care . When I call customer care they ask me to visit store as it is in 90 days warranty. I am asking to speak to manager but not able to talk to manager.

Very bad service. Purchased a footwear and the size was not available. They arranged home delivery but the product was not shipped. Contacted the store for details on the order there was not response and they didn’t bother to contact and share the order details. Very bad service they didn’t inform about the refund as well. Wasted 6 days on following up on this. Very dissatisfied with the service from this store.

This the worst place that you will get Bata products... Do not buy any shoes from any of these branch... The management doesn't even botherd about customers... All priprodu r old. No guarantee for the sole and my shoe sole broken within 2 months.

So they have a one shoe on display. We asked them to bring the other shoe so we can bill it. After a very long time, they come back to tell us that don't have the pair. Wondering what they do with one shoe on display and lose the other shoe

One particular lady staff member was very helpful and polite. Didn't get her name. But a guy and another lady both standing behind the cash counter didn't even bother to come forward whole I was waiting. Collection of shoes are good

Bought a shoe at this place. The paper bag given on payment tore off just when we went out of the shop. When informed, the staff concerned immediately replaced it, which was a good gesture and appreciated.

Very good customer service al the girls are have good product knowledge way talking with respect it shows very good team and store manager trained very well thanks for helping to sujest the right product.

They are cheater and looting customer. I bought a shoe by 3000 where the online price is 2400 for same item. Never recommended this showroom at minakshi mall. They are simply cheating with customer.

Reached there 20-25 minutes before closing time after going through the infamous bangalore traffic and a lady and a man locked the door and walked away by saying closed. Very bad experience.
