Staff are lovely, food is lovely, coffee is fine BUT I'm tired of the ambiguity over "who is next". With two entrances, some people just standing by waiting for their coffee, and the number of staff serving swinging up and down according to what they are doing, every time I go there I'm unsure where to stand and when I'm next. And if I am actually sure and say so, I've been the recipient of nasty looks from other people who came in after me but didn't notice. Either that, or they don't care and would prefer to jump in first regardless. It seems like such a little thing, but I'm tired of leaving the store feeling unsettled over this, and would prefer not to return until there's an obvious system in place.

Don’t use the banjos app, just order in store. I got to the store, asked for my app order they said it wasn’t ready then proceeded to serve everyone else that entered the store for 45minutes. I then asked for a refund and they charged me again instead of refunding and couldn’t work out how to perform the refund. It’s an absolute joke, staff have no idea what they are doing. I will never visit this store again.

Nice food found staff to be quiet friendly and reasonably fast service, was very happy with coffee well done baristas. Restaurant is kept tidy and tables cleared regularly. There is plenty of choices from salad sandwiches to sweets and a good selection of breads. Found food a little pricey for what you get but ok if You get it in a drink and food deal combo .

Nice savoury rolls, the outside is crispy and the inside is perfectly cooked. The staff are nice and helpful. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Can be crowded around lunchtime. They have nice bread that is cooked fresh every morning. Lovely experience. Would definitely go again.

The pastries I've had here are very nice, but the coffee I ordered was scalding hot with burnt milk, obviously well over 70⁰. Very disappointing to receive a latte I can't drink when it was so expensive. It's important to train staff how to steam all kinds of milk, not just dairy.

Excellent. A proper bakery with bread. Fresh hot pies including vegetables such as cauliflower cheese. The cauliflower had some bite and wasn't the mush of some offerings elsewhere. It was good. Vegan salad sandwich? Yes please. Also can sit outside, gold these days.

So angry with them. I placed my order one month in advance for my wedding and paid full price. But on the day, they didn’t prepare anything!!! And they didn’t give me any reasonable explain, just said they don’t have anything for me! Really ridiculous！

Good banjo’s bakery! It books just a bakery and it’s no known for its proper meals so I don’t think people should be so harsh on in, I wouldn’t buy a coffee here purely bc Ik it’s not going to be great, just buy food and a cold drink :)

Beyond beautiful goodies. If you like a power packed piccolo, this is the place. Highly recommend their breakfast melts( to die for Mushroom melt) and a selection sweet danish. Omg in love with this place.

My go to place to grab lunch on my way home, or during a work break. Their sweet stuff is awesome too. Prices keep going up, as expected, but are about average for the kind of food they sell.

Wonderful staff and super accommodating for the two picky eaters in our group. Our first time out eating with the kids since lockdown and the staff were just brilliant. Thank you!

Good place to go for a nice treat, but not if you are looking for a quiet moment. It is always very busy. I enjoyed an apple danish and cappuccino for morning tea today.

How hard is it to get a toastie,just tried again for the second time and yeah they forgot to get it out if the microwave, I was hungry but not that not coming back

Very popular and friendly efficient service. They offer a welcome variety of breakfast choices, and scones for morning tea among a selection of pasties and cakes.

Great food that I have grown up with its the bakery to go to if your hungry (or thirsty) i really like their danishes and quiches :)
