I haven't had to bury anyone, significant in my life in 37 years. So now that I had to bury my mother it was a very trying situation. What I loved about my experience, was it did not feel like a routine, or that they were going through the motions with us. My family and I really felt empathy, compassion, and genuine kindness from Mr. Benton, Mr. Van, and the staff. I really hope I dont have to do this again anytime soon, but whenever I do, I know exactly where to go. I am really glad, I entrusted my mom to their care. They did well my her and us. I want to give a huge thank you to Bailey Funeral home. God bless everyone who participated in my mom's service today.

when my mother passed on 11-04-2020 I was lost. I attended funerals but was never hands on in planning one. The Worse! Mr Benton and his staff where Very rude during my grandmother funeral service, church seats was not clean, they charge you fees for services that they suppose to have but Really don't. They need more and Better staff and Better services to their customers, My family was very disappointed! I Do Not Recommend !

The service was excellent!!!!! The funeral Director Mr. Bailey was exceptionally professional and sensitive to my families needs. I would absolutely recommend this Funeral Home. My mother's (Mary Bryant) Going Home Service was beautiful thanks to Mr. Bailey.

Mr. Benton and his staff treated us very well. I was unable to go up and down the steps and he brought the paperwork down to the chapel. He walked up and down. Mr. Benton was very accommodating and made the process less stressful. God Bless.
