I don't usually write reviews but the experience I had with this company is definitely worth one. It all sounded great while on the phone but things went wrong. I have paid $145 for a call out and been told that the plumber will arrive within an hour. After waiting for over an hour and a half I decided to find out what's happening just to hear that the plumber is about an hour away. Over an hour later I've received a call... The service needs to be rescheduled for the next day due to equipment malfunction. Next day I received a call, and talked to Paul who apologized and agreed to refund the fee and send a plumber free of charge. Nick did a great job, sorted the issue in less than 30mins, so thumbs up for Nick! As soon as he left I get a call from Paul asking me for over $400 for the service that previously I have been told will be free due all the hassle with last minute cancellation the day before, if that wasn't enough I've heard some swear words towards me from Paul when I started questioning the amount. I hope that no one else will have a similar experience with Paul in the future, it definitely wasn't something I've expected.

My partner & I are first home buyers, our dishwasher & washing machine both stopped draining so called ABA to help. Office staff were so helpful, put us in touch with the plumbing team (thanks Aidan, David, Reece & Trent!). They worked out how our house's plumbing systems were put together & issues that had come out of old renovations, walked us through it and we worked out how we could tackle it within our budget. Really helpful, made stressful house maintenance somehow a good experience. Highly recommend, we'll be phoning ABA back for any future plumbing.

Today I was present when work was completed at my mums address, I can not compliment the service she recieved enough. Not only were they professional, they explained everything to her and made her feel extremely comfortable and not pressured about any decision making she needed to do regarding the work being completed. their customer service was above and beyond and the work was promptly completed to a high standard leaving the bathroom clean and tidy. Very much appreciated! definitely recommend.

I sought AEP for a second opinion on the best solution to a gas leak. Jake was quick, professional and demonstrated great technical expertise to propose a solution to the issue. He was able to clearly explain the issue in layman's terms for me to understand so I didn't feel like I was being given the run around. AEP were also on time in coming out! Very reasonable cost wise in my opinion. Excellent service. Highly recommend AEP. Will be calling again for future plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with Thomas Dimitriadis . He was professional, efficient, and affordable. Thomas was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also made sure to clean up after himself, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend him! Thomas was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. I'd definitely use him again in the future!

Joe was so lovely, was totally up front about what he'd be doing, the initial cost and potential extra cost depending on how bad our blockage was. Whilst he was working he discovered our gas hot water unit was leaking gas. Joe gave his advice, was clear how much replacement would cost and was able to replace the unit on the spot. 100% would call on these guys again. Thanks for your help Joe!

Highly trained staff , They have very good qualty plunger, which clean blockage in a minute, and you know what they just charge 299 only for plugging for a minute . Their service start for blockage cleaning from just 99, but sad thing is that they don't have any cleaning service less then 299. …

Absolute ripoff To replace a flexi pipe for a sink outlet connection $760 was charged They confirmed originally that the inspection cost will be waived however that was not the case when they sent the invoice Be careful with such deceiving people and their service, they are simply out there to rip you off

Sam and Aiden did a great job - explained everything so it was easy to understand, provided numerous options on how to resolve the issue and then once we made a decision, they swapped the taps over in fast time. Also very friendly in all our exchanges and answered any questions I had.

David did an excellent job finishing the rainwater sump box on our property. He came prepared with all the materials and started on the job straight away. The finished work looks like the sump has always been there. He's honest and friendly, and I highly recommend ABA services.

Whoever is driving truck S488bzh needs to go back to their L plates. The driver was cutting off semi trailers, weaving between busy lanes with no indicator, and running red lights in peak hour all on one stretch of road. Despicable.

AEP saved us during the Christmas season with a responsive service that allowed us to get our hot water system back working. Extremely great service, and prompt response even on a public holiday. Can't recommend them enough.

Sam helped fix our hot water, he was punctual ,friendly and had our hot water back on in no time. He also had great knowledge on how to resolve our high water pressure to keep within our insurance policy guidelines.

$89 call out fee. The receptionist refused to offer a ball park quote for unblocking a pipe. Arrived 30 minutes later than the 3 hour time window i was given. Then quoted almost $500. I feel scammed.

10/10 effort, Traianos came to site to have a look at a blocked sewer pipe, he was highly intelligent and eager to get the job done and made it happen quickly, great service and workmanship.
