Today I had the worst service at a checkout that I have ever had! The store assistance Breeze was on their phone for 95% of my literal 2 minute transaction. There was no hello, no eye contact, they mumbled the total under their breath which I did not hear and then automatically just put me through on the card machine. I couldn’t even pay for my TWO items without the employee going back into their texts and scrolling through an app. Extremely disappointing! I have photo evidence if you would like to see it, it is funny because they straight up saw me taking their picture and even THAT did not stop Breeze from continuing to scroll and not make ANY effort to communicate with me or frankly, do their job. This location NEEDS to address this issue, employees being on their phone throughout their ENTIRE shift and not doing their job is frankly, unacceptable!

Been going to this ALDI since it opened and haven't really gone to any other supermarkets since. Decent prices on a lot of the products, but word to the wise on the non-food specials, get out your phone and do a bit of research on the product/brand before purchasing as they may not be worth it. Fresh produce is about as good as you're going to get anywhere else at Carindale, just make sure to check expiry on meats/poultry. Staff are pretty quick to rotate stock on shelves which is good but I often dig underneath for something that will last a few days more. Considering how the economy is heading, this is still one of the best supermarkets around if you're savvy with food, cooking and planning ahead which is going to be key.

The store manager calls Joseph was super rude made us wait while he was talking with a friend something nothing related with the Aldi shopping then I asked him very nicely if I can pay 10 dollar in coins he made rude faces while he accepted the coins made me counted it just to tell at the I saw you have noted and he gave me back the money and say go to bank to change the coins. I always buy in Aldi but this was my last time there super unprofessional

I bought 3 bags of the baby spinach from Aldi and it said in front washed and ready to eat , don’t know about that because when I did what it said found extras , had a lot of BUGS no joke I was so shocked by what it said in the front of the bag ready to eat . I do like shopping at Aldi it just this brand shouldn’t be sold in there stores

Staff are always friendly and helpful. With the cost of living as it is, I do most of my shop at Aldi. Great quality. I fed the family of 4 with these pizzas and a pull apart garlic bread for $16. That's $4 per person. So good.

I love Aldi, especially when you get the right catalogue sale. This one is essentially the same as all the rest. Better/more parking than most but a bit detached from the rest of the shopping areas at Cannon Hill.

It's okay, but expensive, and quite often missing the things we go there for. Clean and organised but fairly void of customer service:/
