I didn't go rexall for shopping since shoppers are closer to my home, but I had gift cards and thought I'd use it up. My kids' sunscreen ran out, so I went to buy some, but I decided to buy a lot of other things while shopping, and the sales selling cosmetics was very nice, so I bought some more creams, and when I checked out, I found that I had exceeded the gift card limit I had brought, over 300, so I apologized to the cashier and told him that I had a few more gift cards at home and that I would go home and get them, hoping he would keep my stuff, and he had a very bad attitude at that point. But I felt I was the one who brought the trouble and felt it was okay, but when I went back to check out, his tone was terrible and felt I had done something very troubling to him. Ohh, at the end, it’s about the points card, after I swiped my gift card and asked if I could save the points, he sounded very bad and mean, he said: “I told you, you answered no.“ . Is he taking me for Alzheimer's? Or is he imagining the plot in his own head, because I was not even asked. And same thing happened with the shopping bag. All in all, this shopping experience was very poor due to cashiers bad service. It’s my second time shopping there, never ever shop again cause I do not want to trouble them.

To avoid injury, do not go here for your flu shot! The male pharmacist stuck the needle into my shoulder and I immediately felt a sharp pain that did not go away and then about an hour later I could not lift my arm. I have always had the flu shot and have sometimes experienced some discomfort/pain at the site of the injection, usually later at night and a bit the following day. I have never experienced excruciating pain and the total loss of use of my arm. I am just hoping that this is not a permanent injury. We have been going here for years to get our flu shot and this is the first time we were not provided with our flu shot information. They used to have a print out on a sticker that they stuck on a booklet with coupons. The pharmacist did not even confirm our name or date of birth before administering the injection like they usually do. We will definitely never return here again for the flu shot. Other family members went on their own to the grocery store across the parking lot for their flu shot and had no problems. I am so glad I did not take them here this year!

I had a very sore throat and coughing a lot and visited the Rexall at Orleans Garden. I was looking for the right medicine to take as I drive during the day. I asked the lady at the pharmacy if she could let the pharmacist know I need him to help me pick the right medicine. Ten minutes later I asked her if she had let the pharmacist know that I needed help and she said yes, I even seen him look at me a few times too. Well after twenty minutes I went up to the desk and started writing down his name from the wall plaque, he then comes over and confronts me as to why I’m writing his name down. He said there was other people in front of me and I said there WAS but not now. He walked away from me. I went looking for medicine and after 1/2 hr he comes over and asks if I would like help. He treated me horribly and I'm going to drive the 5 minutes to Shoppers and get the service I deserve rather than walk across the street.

Mark Cosenzo, the front store manager, went above and beyond the expectations of a manager by saving me $200!!. The story starts a month ago, when I had purchased a $200 prepaid gift card at this store. Unfortunely, this turned out to be nightmare as I suddenly found myself a victim of a giftcard scam. I immedietly contacted the Giftcard company and was required to provide the receipt. I had already lost the receipt, which is when I turned to the store to ask if they had the Merchent copy in posssion. I quickly sent an email out to the store, explained my predicament, and almost instantly, received an email from Mark, the store manager who was more than happy to help my situation. Mind you, Mark didn't have to help me; He could have ignored my email, been busy with other duties of a manager, etc. The fact that he had an all hands on deck approach to my problem shows how committed he is to customer satisfaction.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years. It used to be an amazing place but over the last couple years it has become horrendous. They never act like they want to help you and you are always a problem. Even if you call in a refill when you get there to pick it up they have some how been to busy over a 4 day period to refill it on time and you are stuck waiting 30 + minutes. And heaven forbid you prescription is on a calculated day refill, you can absolutely not get it even an hour early. They act as if you are going to mess up their entire organization. Not to mention the absurdly high dispensing fees they randomly charge. One day it will be 6$ and the next 12$ for the exact same medication. I have finally had enough with this place and have moved all my prescriptions.

Not great service. The price listed on the shelf was lower than when I paid for one of my items. I asked the cashier to correct the mistake which was done begrudgingly. I asked if it was easier to do a full return of all 3 items or for just the one in an attempt to be helpful. Was told it was “quite complicated” either way. If you can’t list prices correctly then you will need to refund ppl the difference-that’s how it works. Imagine if 10 ppl bought the same item at the higher price and just let it slide. Nice for the drugstore not great for the customers. Why would anyone want to pay a higher price than listed? Insisting ppl give personal information for a refund to correct a pricing error seems overkill. I do not give my personal information out unless necessary-this wasn’t.

I have been several times at Rexall at Orleans Garden and unfortunately the service at the pharmacy is horrible. They make you wait, there is never a smile on their face. I felt that i was bothering them. I asked for a bottle of mersyndol the lady replied I think we don't have any she never bothered to check at all. I was just a person that was bothering her. Now I go to another pharmacy they make you feel worthy. They smile and always ask if they can help. With that said I will never go back to that Rexall. Thank you Regard Louise

I have been going here for years and have many prescriptions as I am a heart patient , let me tell you the past 2 years it has been slipping , no calls for renewals , never get it same day or they say come back tomorrow and it's not even ready then, changed so many employee pharmacists in the past year alone. Currently waiting 30 min for my sons antibiotics and we are the only people here , after today we are changing pharmacies , back to Shoppers Drug Mart where they care about customer satisfaction . Bye bye Pharma plus

Came to buy a drink and bag of chips, but I what I didn't know I would be walking into was what seemed to be the manager (I think I heard the cashier say Mark) being extremely hostile and unpleasant to one his cashiers who appeared to be under a lot of stress. It was a shame to see such a lack of respect and compassion in the workplace, and overall it made it an uncomfortable experience for everyone present. I'll probably just try to avoid that manager if possible and stick to vending machines.

Terrible experience at this drug store for my moms meds. They don’t fill the blister packs in time for the next set. They didn’t deliver the meds and caused her to miss 2 days. Phoned the store more than 20 times with no answer at the pharmacy. Phoned the front and they put me on hold for 15 min and then hung up! TWICE!! Pharmacist no-shows to work so they can’t open the store. We will be moving her prescriptions to another pharmacy. So much for Rexall. Extremely disappointed!!

I was extremely surprised to see the pharmacist not wearing a mask behind the counter. He only put it on (and not even covering nose) when dealing with clients. I can't believe that THE medical expert in the store doesn't adhere to mandatory measures in place to fight COVID. For that reason, I'm bringing my business somewhere else. JEAN COUTU, HERE I COME!

Staff at the pharmacy sounded like the 2 minute phone call I had with her was the dread of her existence. Anything I asked she acted like I should know or was my issue....also everytime I come here I feel like they need a huge bell for service! then I wait 10-15 minutes even if I'm the first in line..Whack
