I received terrible service TWICE at this pharmacy when trying to fill a liquid steroid prescription for my son (he had croup). The first time - I brought the prescription to the pharmacy, they said "15 minute wait". After waiting for 30 minutes, with my sick son, they said "oh sorry, we can't fill this prescription - we don't currently have the correct ingredients (it has to be mixed/ compounded). You will have to go some where else." The second time, I went for the same prescription, and asked prior to dropping it off, if they had the correct ingredients and were able to fill it. They said "yes absolutely, we can help with this". This time I drive home, and go back an hour later to pick it up and guess what, they were unable to fill it, and didn't bother to call me. AND I had to ask her to give me back the prescription - for some stupid reason she wanted to hang on to it (offering to call somewhere else for me or something but I was so livid that I just wanted it back so I could drive some where else and get it filled to give my son some relief from his horrible cough). I will never, ever, ever, go to a Rexall Pharmacy ever again.

I would give a 0 star if it was an option. I switched to this location about a year ago because they are close to my work. Biggest mistake ever!!! They fax in a request for the wrong prescription almost every time. They tell me they faxed in a request yet my dr hasn't received it, when I ask the pharmacy if the fax went through, they check and say "oh no it didn't go through" then they laughed about it and say they will try again later.. they have left me without my medication many many times. This has happened on many occasions, I receive a text message saying my prescription is ready, I go pick it up after work, get home and open the bag to find out they only gave me 10 pills and owe me 90 and won't have them for a few days... they never mention that to me when I pick up my prescription, I find that extremely unprofessional. I will be switching pharmacies and I strong recommend that anyone who needs their medication for everyday life, not to trust this pharmacy, they will leave you without your medication everytime.

I was told that they only had my medication in half the dose required, so I needed to take twice the amount of pills. I said ok and went back 20 minutes later to pick it up. They never told me they made a mistake and had the right dosage, so I took double the dosage that I was supposed to. I even called the pharmacist and asked if I should take all the pills at the same time, and she said yes. I never would’ve known I took a double dosage until I tried to get the second half of my prescription 72 hours later, and they notified me that I received both doses the first time. Then they had the nerve to ask me why I didn’t read the package. I didn’t read it because I was following their verbal instructions! I’m so not impressed by this, and the fact I got no apology. I will never go back there again.

They put my prescription through twice in error and didn't notice, and then told me it was a duplicate and the couldnt fill it. They asked if I had filled it somewhere else, as though I was trying to get away with something. To correct there mistake, I went through two trips to my doctor's office and another pharmacy twice. I called my insurance provider they explained to me how Rexall submitted the same prescription minutes apart. I ended up having to pay cash for at another pharmacy. Rexall responded to an email I sent and said they forwarded it to their manager, but I never did get a response. I will never go back their again. If they had just acknowledged their mistake and filled my prescription, it would have been fine.

I moved from Perth to bells corners and transferred my prescriptions here . What a mistake in 3 months they have never had anything ready on time . They have a very weird way of refills . I’ve went from 10 refills which was right . Had a renewal done and it went to 2 . They did not have the right amount if pills so they owed me . Was told it would be ready the next day after work . No not ready and they still did not have enough . Now the refills had jumped to 4 . The pharmacist tried to explain I left just shaking Head . I don’t know what I have left in refills at all . Don’t waste your time going here . I am transferring to a real pharmacy today

Had the most rudest cashier serve me today. I will never go back. She told me that I could buy lottery tickets and scratch cards but that she wouldn't cash the winning ones that I had which I was going to use to purchase them. When I asked her what I could do she rudely shrugged her shoulders. Absolutely no personality. The gas station down the road took care of it and were happy to have my business. Rexhall has lost my business forever and I will tell everyone that I know how they tried to scam me.

The individual employees try their best and are nice when you talk to them, but it seems badly organized. For example: My prescription is not that common so they often don't have all of it at once. More than once I've called them asking for the rest and they haven't received it and have no idea what went wrong. They even deleted a prescription one time. My doctor had prescribed two things and I didn't need one of them anymore so I said to cancel it but they just deleted the whole prescription.

The pharmacists and assistants are completely incompetent! They said that they had contacted my doctor to renew my prescription 3 times over 2 weeks!! The pharmacist did not care that I was without my medication for days and the doctor had not really been contacted! My doctor's office said that they had never once been contacted by the pharmacy over those 2 weeks! Don't trust this pharmacy! In my opinion they don't care at all about their patients/customers!

Synthroid! Synthroid! What percentage of the population is on synthroid - 50%?! 2x in a row I have gone to fill my 3 month prescription, and 2x they have had barely more than 1/2 a dozen in hand and asked me to return in a couple of days to collect the remainder. Did not ask me, and did not offer to return prescription so I may go elsewhere should I need to. Unacceptable for such a commonly used medication.

A larger location that has a few basic groceries and the staff is nice but watch out for those no flyer days, when display prices can be wrong. The regular price on some items were ridiculous and today I unfortunately trusted the prices they had on display on several items, only to discover they were significantly more expensive. Save yourself some trouble and keep track of the prices at the cash.

Stopped coming here. Anytime I would, I would have to track down someone to cash me out, or have to get them to check prices as mutiple times things have been priced wrong. One time, the young guy behind the cash had a young girl who didnt even work there standing inside the cash area with him and talked to her the entire time he was cashing me out. I just gave up and started going elsewhere.

Horrible experience with the pharmacist. I went to them in an urgent situation with old prescription asking for 4 bills of general purpose antibiotics and they kept me waiting for more than half an hour then said that they can’t give me the bills. I had to pay 80$ for canceling my appointment at dental clinic because of them. The pharmacist was very uncooperative and inconsiderate!

The pharmacy is really hit or miss. Sometimes they are very pleasent to deal with, sometimes they stop offering your medications for an undisclosed amount of time and will not tell you until you go to pick it up. It is strange that they seem to always have difficulties getting medication on hand when they are a pharmacy. I would recommend going elsewhere if possible.

The most Rude person I have ever seen, he was working on pharmacy. I was waiting at the pickup counter to pickup eye drops. When he asked me come to the drop off counter as their computer was there. But they way he asked me was very rude like I was standing at the wrong place. He could ask politely. He had no No manners how to deal with customers.

I got a call from the drug store and an automated massage told me to pick up my medicine but when I reached there the staff made me wait without any reason. I was the only person there for pickup. It didn't happen before. This is the 2nd time I am experiencing the situation recently. Before the staffs were really nice and helpful.

Generally okay. Nice pharmacy staff. However, sometimes when you want to check out at the front of the store (not the pharmacy counter), there are no cashiers to be seen and it takes a minute for someone to come out of whatever aisle they were stocking shelves in and check you out. It's been like that for years.

Pharmacy is the worst I've seen. Order was supposed to be ready in 20 mins but after 4 hrs it still wasn't. When they finally got it, it wasn't the rigt brand. A simple confirmation in the beginning would have let me go elsewhere. Terrible customer service to top it off.

Really given no star but have to put one , zero customer service, cashier was so rude WILL NOT be spending time, energy and money at this location ever again, there are other locations that value their customers patronage, it may be further to go, but worth it!!

This pharmacy keeps going downhill. Don't recommend at all. Been going to this pharmacy for over 2 years and since they hired a new pharmacy manager it's been completely worst. There are many other pharmacies in Bells Corners don't waste your time here.

Pharmacy has issues. Not just slow service but inatentive as well. Had many missed prescriptions when transferring from another Rexal in the city. Rarely buy anything else unless on sale as way over priced.

Very expensive dispensing fee of $12.99 Long long waits... They told me 15-20 minutes then I came back 30 minutes later and it still wasn't ready! I think they rushed it when they saw I was back.
