If I could I would give them zero Stars but I had to click one. This is by far the WORST Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Staff have NO idea about what is going on and every time I go in to get my items they are always give me the wrong medication or items but charging my med. plan the correct. They NEVER have anything on hand and I am always having to go back to pick up my complete order in 2/3 trips after being told on the phone it would be ready in an hour. Once I arrive to pick up my prescription there seems to always be a long wait time, and when in forming them over and over they are not filling in correctly or they are missing items they have charged me for they make me wait 45 mins again.Which is totally unacceptable , I would never recommend anyone using this place for anything. I move my service over to the Shoppers down the street and they are nothing but amazing.

You know why I don't shop there like I would at shoppers? ALL the staff makes you feel very uncomfortable. I've been there a few times and it's the same experience. The impression you get as a customer is why are you here hurry up get what you need and leave. They follow you every where you go like you're a thief and the worse part is the looks they give you and the suttle way they communicate to their colleagues (sort of East Indian group). They treat every customer like a thief. Very uncomfortable to shop there. It must be a family owned business they are all the same. There is a huge East Indian guy who sometimes runs the cash he is the worse followed by the tiny East Indian girl security. Why are they even open for business? No wonder nobody shops there, their attitude stinks.

They always charge me more then the price marked on the shelfs. Make sure you verify how much they're charging you before paying!! Almost payed 9$ instead of 2$ for some cookies. Also, they always fake their sales, say it 40% off but didn't even bring the amount down. Staff isn't friendly and there's never a cashier, always needs to wait forever. My insurance cover my prescription and I ALWAYS need to remind them that it's usually free but they keep trying to charge me 5$ for them. Overall, just don't go there and if you do, question EVERTHING! Literal thieves!!!

rude and inconsiderate of people with mental health issues-the young pharmacist basically laughed at me when i coudnt get my prescription renewed-said he faxed it-left in tears-told me to go to a walk in clinic-phoned my dct next day myself-he hadnt ev en faxed it the day before-did it the next day-got it renewed in 1 hr by myself-have changed pharmacies now-every other time the guy sighs when asked to do something-never smiles and hates his job-its the young guy with dark hair-learn to be a little nice-everyone deserves equal treatment

Holy cow: this store price his merchandised ridiculously high. I mean it when I said "ridiculous" , --- this is what happened. I needed some item and just saw in this store's fly that the coming week this very item was on sale -- 40 percent off -- huge discount, oh? -- so I waited until the right day for the item. I was shocked and disgusted to find that with its claimed 40 percent off, the price was still higher than the regular price other stores -- what a .......

There's nothing particularly good or bad here. I have never had a prescription filled here, so I can't speak to that. But they have the typical drugstore selection of products. Nothing fancy, nothing bad. The staff here are okay. Not the best prices, but in a pinch...

Should be in the running for worst pharmacy in Ottawa. Pharmacists and so called supervisors are totally unprofessional. Refused to transfer prescription and then lied about it. Absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to a real pharmacy

I bought eyelash glue from here and when I tried to use it nothing came out. Eventually I gave up trying to squeeze it out, so I cut open the bottom and it was completely solid like hard jello. They clearly don’t go through their make up department.

I like the new pharmacist, Ola! He is so nice and helpful, always. He greets me with a big smile and takes time to talk and explain everything I need to know. I hope he stays in the pharmacy for a long time. Thank you, Ola!

Staff are universally helpful, and the two pharmacists I have dealt with take the necessary time to council on new medications. Limited hours after end of the workday is the only drawback to this location.

I wouldn't have even given 1 star for this place. I had too or I wouldn't have been able to leave a comment. No wonder you people have a 2.9 rating! You never answer the phone ! I give you nothing at all!

Service is meh. One of the guys who prepare the medication is very nice. The rest are almost annoyed that you are there? The guard is a jerk. The cashiers are better. Not my favourite pharmacy

Racially profiled by security and he followed me out the store, took my picture, threatened to call the cops. I said show me your manager and he was in the wrong. I cried after.

First if some one ask for a pill container and ask what to do it please dont ask what is to put myself in it that is a stupid question and you get a stupid answer

I will never spend another dime here. My daughter was in town trying to find a bus and was freezing and they wouldn’t let her wait inside the building. Gross.

Normal prices are expensive, but they do have some special sale items from time to time to make it a worthwhile visit.

Pharmacy doesn't even acknowledge your existence after 10 minutes of waiting at the counter. Don't bother going.
