I was in a rush to find a pet groomer for our little poodle to cut her nails urgently, i recently move to Dorval, and the places I found around my home were all booked for another few weeks, but I am so happy I read good reviews about this place, which yes they are all booked for few months, but they were nice enough to find us a spot the next day for the nails! My poodle came back all relaxed (which she usually gets anxious with new people) Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of this cute small pet shop (they literally have all kinds of healthy brand food for animals, toys and so on.. The ladies who works there are so friendly and i felt this place was the one for us. I will make sure I bring my 2 others dogs soon, only if i can book an appointment with them! I heard a lot of their loyal customers they book yearly appointments for their loved pets!

I love this place! The employees are so well informed with their products! They’re so kind and attentive. I first went to Yazoo with my sister when our dog was having major allergy attacks. We were spending our weeks rushing to emergencies vets over night to help her. We changed everything for her with the vet at first and got her meds for ticks and other bugs but the attacks kept happening. Until we found our dog whisperer at Yazoo! She asked the right questions and got us started on a new plan for food and treats. And we haven’t looked back. Abbie now has an amazing life and knock on wood, hasn’t had any attacks in months!! My doggie got her life back❤️ Thanks to Yazoo and their incredible employees

Today was my first time shopping at yazoo and my experience was amazing! The employees were so welcoming to my dog, and even asked if he had any allergies before giving him a treat (many!!) They spoiled him with attention and attended to all my questions. They were very knowledgeable about their stock and event items that were coming in their next truck delivery...I inquired about toys that float, cooling bandanas, and shampoo. Thank you all so much I will definitely be returning soon and recommending that my friends and family shop there too. Leanna :)

Always enjoying traveling to the West Island to buy my pup his food, gear and toys from here! I’ve never had an unpleasant experience, even when the store is busy they are always kind and willing to help. They are a bunch that care deeply of animals. They are always willing to share tips and advice that best benefit your pet’s well-being and comfort. I definitely recommend shopping and supporting this local shop! Pets aren’t cheap to have but they are worth investing in with amazing quality products. (Which Yazoo definitely has!!)

My dog whisperer works here :) one of my two dogs had massively damaging allergies and with the whisperer’s advice I was able to get her on track and she can now lead a normal life. This has even helped my other dog have treats that won’t send her into early cardiac arrest. I can’t ever underestimate the help you have given us and how much you truly care out our pets! THANK YOU!!!!

I found this gem by coincidence on IG, drove there with my puppy, and I absolutely loved my experience there, and of course my little Tequila, who lived all the treats and amazing advises they gave us!! Each staff member greeted us with a kind smile, tenderness and trust me THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS!! Absolutely worth the visit!!

The team at Yazoo are so kind and helpful, I literally drive 40kms out of my way just to give them business. They carry the best range of supplies for your furry friends and are incredibly knowledgeable about the suppliers they work with to ensure your pets get only the best. There’s not enough good things to say about this place. Each staff member is amazing and so hardworking. They truly know and love your pets like their own. They always greet you with a smile. I live off island but will always go back to support this business. I think I get just as excited as my pup to go there!

Fantastic place for all your pets needs! Staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always there to help with your shopping experience. If they don't have what you need they will find a way to get it for you! HIGHLY recommend for grooming as well. Janet treats your pet as her own.

Very helpful staff, give good suggestions on products, always offer to help bring the big bag of cat litter to my car. If you're lucky, you'll meet a dog or two while you're there! A staple in the community, I make a point to go here instead of a chain store!
