Nous sommes arrivés moi et ma copine pour acheter un hamster hier et avons demandés conseil à une demoiselle qui à su très bien nous répondre. Par la suite on hésitaient un peu car on parle ici d'adopter un animal, ce qui demande une certaine réflexion et de plus, les cages sur place ne nous plaisait pas. Nous avons donc regardé sur kijiji et pris rendez-vous pour acheter une cage qui nous plaisait près de notre domicile, notre choix était donc fait. Nous voulions donc tout acheter sur place excepté la cage. La situation à donc commencé à se gâter, les filles sur place ne voulais pas nous vendre un hamster puisque nous n'achetions pas la cage sur place. La fille nous à dit devant tout le monde qu'elle craignait que nous allions laisser vivre le hamster dans une petite boite de cartons sans se procurer de cage. Elles nous regardaient littéralement comme si on était des maltraiteurs d'animaux. Une employée (la gérente je crois) nous à même laisser sous-entendre qu'elle ne nous vendrais pas le hamster même si on achetais la cage sur les lieux puisqu'elle ne veut pas vendre d'animaux si elle n'est pas sûr des propriétaires potentiel. Nous sommes un jeune couple de professionnel qui paraissent très bien, pas des junkies qui vivent dans la rue. C'est très insultant de se faire traiter ainsi devant toute la clientèle de l'animalerie, je n'ai jamais été autant insulter. De plus, nous parlons ici d'un hamster que beaucoup donne à pâté à leur serpent et que nous avions l'intention de chouchouter. Nous sommes donc allé dans une autre animalerie et notre hamster est bien heureux à la maison et nous ne retournerons jamais dans cette animalerie!

Le service à la clientèle est vraiment terrible. Je voulais aller m’acheter une perruche, mais après 2-3 minutes de magasinage une employée est venue me dire que vous devez quitter, parce qu’il y a beaucoup d’autres personnes dans la fil d’attente tandis qu’il y a seulement 3 personnes dans la fil. Elle m’a aussi dit que c’est seulement les personnes qui achètent qui peuvent rentrer, donc si vous n’achetiez rien ne rentrez pas. Vraiment une mauvaise expérience!!! Le proprietaire devrait penser à parler ses employées. The customer service is really terrible. I wanted to go buy a parakeet, but after 2-3 minutes of shopping an employee came to tell me that you have to leave, because there are many other people in the queue while there has only 3 people in the thread. She also told me that only people who buy can come in, so if you don't buy anything don't come in. Really a bad experience !!! The owner should think about talking to his employees.

Great place, the staff is really nice and the animals seem to be taken good care of. The reason why I give 4 stars is because I bought 2 female Bettas in order to make a community aquarium but I actually need at least 5. I’ll be making the trip to the store later to buy another 3, but I’d be great if the staff had let me know before ‍♀️ I understand that they’re not that knowledgeable and that’s ok because it’s pretty specific, but I’d be nice if staff were divided in “sessions” like another pet shop (some know about fish, another about reptiles, another about dogs...) The staff is actually really worried and don’t sell animals if they’re not sure that the owners will take care of them. Great store overall, just do your own research before as the staff is human and don’t know everything

Horrible and rude owner! I gave my honest opinion and he provided very rude comment. Your staff told me because of fire alarm they didn't get call, you told you don't have electricity. This is contradictory, please train your staff and teach them how to lie properly. If it is skip delivery is responsible then why you called me and told me to tell them to send someone for pickup. Learn basics of talking behaviors with customer and teach your staff how to lie properly. It is so horrible when people have difficulty in this type of weather and while they are donating food but restaurant is coming with this type of response. We don't want your food and we can buy from somewhere else. Keep it up your rude behavior in your home and close your restaurant.

I love that this shop only has rescues for adoption! The stock is quite broad - from hamsters and fish to cats and dogs. Since it's a small store interior though, there is limited selection if looking for something specific. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We just adopted a rescue who arrived very fearful and we were looking for ways to make him more comfortable and reduce stress. Lots of tips and felt relieved that much of what we were seeing was common and some things to look for. Would definitely come here if just shopping for something my pet might like, but if you're looking for a very specific item they may or may not have it in stock.

I just left Nature, and the employee helping me was AMAZING. I had terrible advice from someone at another store and his advice nearly cost me my beautiful Betta, Michael Bafishnykov. She explained the best plants to have with my set-up and how to care for them. She also assured me that I am doing all the right things to take care of my fish. There are negative reviews for this store because the employees refuse to sell animals to people who fully admit they are going to abuse them. I applaud them for protecting the animals in their care. They will do everything to set you up for success with your new furry, feathered, or fishy friend.

J'ai adopté un chat d'environ six mois au Centre d'animaux Nature Pet Centre il y a bientôt un an. Avant l'adoption, je visitais cette animalerie presque tous les jours pendant quelques semaines et j'ai pu voir à quel point les employés prenaient à cœur le bien-être des animaux. Les chats sont séparés des clients par une vitrine, ils ne sont donc pas dérangés par des gens qui pourraient cogner sur la vitre. Il y a généralement un chat en liberté dans la vitrine, ce qui leur permet de se dégourdir et de jouer avec les employés qui vont leur rendre visite.

Un service impeccable et aidant , un bon choix qu il s agisse de chat, de chien, de poisson, d oiseaux. En principe, je n encourage pas une animalerie qui vend des animaux mais a cette animalerie on travaille avec le refuge SPCA donc c est important de les encourager car l argent est remis au refuge SPCA. On s ocvupe aussi tres bien tous les animaux donc encourageons une animalerie qui participe au bien etre ses animaux

Hum! Je voulais acheter des plantes d'aquarium... L' employée était occupée à faire du nettoyage, j'ai patienté et tourné en rond pendant 10 minutes et je suis partie. Le lendemain, j'ai acheté mes plantes d'aquarium dans une boutique spécialisée en poissons tropicaux. Avec les conseils d'une experte passionnée... Je me suis aussi procuré un aquarium tout équipé ... Sans rancune!

Always love going here. The cats are all rescues and so well treated. good quality foods and treats for sale. Knowledgable staff and a super sweet owner who wants to help where she can. They have provided me for samples when my cat was very sick. They let us play with the ferrets and teach people about them when we are around. They are easy to talk to with good advice.

Fantastic team, fantastic service. My bunny was dealing with a GI stasis and the helpful employee team gave me advices and generally inquired about my bunny during subsequent visit. The staff is fantastic, their manager is wonderful and everyone is always so eager to help out. Purchase all of your animals needs in this location, you won't be disappointed.

Was served by a tall guy with glasses, I didn't get his name unfortunately but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was great and he was able to guide me through the different products they carry. Prices are on par with most other pet shops. Wish they carried more things for large breed dogs but overall they have a good selection

Je suis allée chercher des gerbilles. L’employée a vraiment été super gentille et a même accepté de me les réserver le temps que j’arrive. Elle s’est assurée que les gerbilles allaient être dans un endroit adapté et qu’elles seraient en groupe. C’est la première fois que je vois une animalerie se soucier de leurs animaux:)

My go to store to get reptile supplies. Staff know a lot about the animals they care for. If you need a product they don't have in store they'll order it for you and get it in a timely fashion. Animals are kept in neat and spacious enclosures/terrariums. Wide variety of products and service is fantastic, will be back :)

I love this store. When I am around, i would always go there for browsing. We bought our cute little quaker parrot when he was 6 months old, here!! If anybody remembers him being at the store, he is doing fine. He says hello to everyone. He is super cute. I can't imagine a day without his screams!!!! Thank you!!

La gérante Amelia était vraiment délicate avec mon chiot lors de ma visite pour couper ses griffes! Vraiment efficace et pas chère!

Sadly zero stars is not an option. If you want to overpay for everything at a store that doesn't stand by their products, and gives terrible advice this is the place for you! There are many better pet food and supply stores in this area. Do yourself a favour and skip this place.

Une boutique qui est centrale et facile d'accès. Vous devriez y trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une large gamme d'animaux. (chien, chat, poisson, oiseaux, rongeurs). La boutique est assez petite mais est très bien fournie.
