Unacceptable service! I ordered a carrying bag for my dog in store, and two weeks later no news from them..when I called them they seemed to have no idea about my order (the one they took)and told me to call customer service.. Even though the person on the phone was polite that doesn't take away the fact that they are lost with my order.. I chose Mondou because I wanted to support Canadian businesses but my dog is more important so I m canceling my order and buying from Amazon that has a guaranteed delivery.. I will never visit Mondou ever again and I will make sure everyone knows how they treat their customers..

Decent selection, helpful employees and a self serve dog bath. Update. I'm going to dock them a star for not having a particularly good selection of dog food. Royal Canin has an entire aisle to itself and then there is a half aisle with a few mixed brands but not many I recognize. Of course, this has everything to do with corporate policy and nothing to do with the local employees who are helpful and awesome in my experience.

I highly recommend this place. It has a excellent customer services that take care people need seriously. It doesn’t matter how crowded it’s, employees are always available to answer questions, guide you though the right solution. The focus on customer as right position to sell which is excellent. I’m completely sure that Mondou stores has the right choice that you are looking for to keep you pets happy.

I was coming back with my cat from a vaccine shot, and I didn't want to leave her alone in the car. I asked if there was any problem with taking her inside with me, and they were almost offended by the question. They put her carrier on the counter, and when I returned with the cat food I needed, they were distracting her and saying things like "omg, she's so gorgeous"

It gain one star since that lately I did not face any dramatic situation like I was scares it was becoming a recurrent situation. I wont comeback on the problem we could had been facing in the past sonce we all going foward and Also for the fact that they did evolve to be better inatead of worst. So I am thankful

This is an excellent place for our pet they have everything we're looking for and more and it's always funny to see other pets on place that are happy and having what they want to. Our bulldog really change with the salmon skin treatment. We are so happy they they recommended.

They have everything you need for good quality but the only thing is the price is too expensive you can buy it less than this at other place like i buy a good bag of food for kitty and honestly 22 $ when i can buy it in grocerie for 15$ Or

There was everything I needed in the store (for cats and dogs). I didn't pay attention about other kinds of pets. The staff was very friendly, great customer experience. They even offered to help us bring our goods to our car.

I went to get a ball for my friend's dog and went with the dog, both felt welcomed, walked around and found a couple of things for her. Friendly staff, good selection and wide range of pices helped to find the right things
