Where do I start? well first off the staff is kinda shady so If I was you I would pay close attention to my account ,second the staff is ghetto,ratchet and unprofessional they rather have conversations with Walmart employees then help customers, third they tend to talk negatively about customers who come in which they have no room to talk especially the bank manager the little black woman that looks like a armadillo tbh I rather go to the Woodforest on Normandy blvd because the atmosphere is better

The most unprofessional Branch manager I have ever had to deal with, after 8 years of banking with this institution, I was treated terribly by Kim Blank. As a result of her customer service I just opened a bank account with a different bank. And will never do business with Woodforest again!!
