This is the worst and most inhuman bank I’ve ever done business with. There is a extended hold on a check that was deposited to me for work and the Manager of this branch Mr. wright refuses to call the check in so that it would just be a typical 3 day hold or released sooner. For this reason I’m being threatened with eviction from my home and I’ve explained that to him, that because they won’t call the check in I will be evicted from my home and I’ve never had a eviction on my record and because of Mr. wright not even trying to help. I will potentially have one. The attitude he has towards the situation is one of simply being cold hearted and not caring. They gave me attitude as if as a parent I’m not suppose to call and do everything I can to ensure safety and stability for my children. It was just like “didn’t I say I wasn’t going to do it.”and “bye.” Now me and my children will be on the street possibly after I’ve done everything I can to get this place for us and relocate them to Florida. I write this in hopes that people will think twice about giving business to this particular bank that is so heartless. Who could coldly not care about helping a customer even if they could. This is not what community is about and I wouldn’t want anyone to ever experience something like this. If I can save someone from having a similar experience or worse then I feel alittle better about this.

I'm shocked at all the bad reviews of this TD Bank. We've been TD Bank account holders for several years and this is one of the most beautiful locations we've been to and everyone I've worked with has been great. Right now, there's some construction on the sidewalks, but it's not a problem. On my first visit, upon entering I was greeted by someone at the front desk and she directed me to the tellers towards the far end. There were two tellers on duty dealing with drive-thru customers so I had to wait a few minutes. She was very pleasant and I was in and out within ten minutes. Second visit, no one at front desk but we spoke with a teller and she brought us to a banker who was very personable and took care of us. The only issue I have with TD Bank in Jax is there are only two locations, but it's not a big deal to us as we're never too far. We like TD because they've also protected us from fraudulent charges (sent me a text to verify and then stopped payment on subsequent charges) and credited back those amounts. Immediately after the fraudulent charges on my debit card, I went into the branch and they printed out a new debit card on the spot. No waiting for it in the mail. They've also allowed us to order newly minted bills in specific denominations. The only way we'll ever switch is if they close this branch down.

35 minutes agoNEW I got a commercial loan through this bank that I was told would not touch my personal credit. Welp...today I got notification from my credit report that they put my commercial loan on my personal credit. I'm supposed to be buying a house....not good. I called customer support, after spending 30mins on the phone just trying to figure out where my account was as names, addresses, etc....couldn't be found....We finally got it together....but nobody could help me. So...I'm waiting on management to call me from customer service. While waiting I decide to go into the bank....the bank says "that's not our bank". I don't even know what that means as my paperwork says TD Bank on it, the credit report shows TD Bank, TD bank customer service finally found my info and confirmed it over the phone....so...maybe the branch itself is different from....I dunno. But the logos and everything is the same. So.....between the level of ignorance and incompetence in their banking and financing ability.....I'd highly suggest you don't use this bank for anything. Sincerely, The guy not able to buy his house now most likely.

Branch manager is NOT accommodating. Joshua (Manager) would NOT give me a debit card because I didn't have my phone with me. I had my driver's license but he wouldn't issue me one. I asked him to call corporate from the phone and he refused to call. When I did get near a phone, I called Corporate and they said that he could have issued me one since he was the manager. NOT THE MOST CONVENIENT BANK. I also left my driver's license at the bank and he didn't call me to inform me that he had it. I went to another TD bank and not only did they issue me a debit card, they did it without a phone!! Hmmmm...Josua- DO BETTER!! They also issued it without a current driver's license as it was left at the other bank. Seriously considering changing to another bank. Working on my mother to do the same.

Horrible bank. I have banked with them for over 15 years. Recently the Gate Parkway location has become HORRIBLE. They don't care how much money you have in your account, how long you have banked with them. They tell u anything just to get you out of their hair. The customer service is awful here. TD has given me the incorrect amount of money on a cash withdrawal. When I spoke up, they got upset saying I was attempting to fraud them. Lol it was $20!!! It wasn't until a worker stated to count down the drawer, and OOPS... $20 OVER! Stay away from the Gate Parkway Location. The one off Prudential is a lot better and they take the time to actually help u.

Worst Bank ever!! I haven't had the account not over 30 days and I've been charged 10xs for something the bank teller never explained! Then I called customer service and they talk and treat you like scum if you are middle class, the agent told me that even though I was not told about the fees that the teller probably assumed that I knew! Wow! So I never worked at bank before nor did I know the banking law she said was in play for all banks! Smh! I received $50 credit for someone referring me to the bank and I never had a chance to spend after it showed up on a statement saying that I used it. Think twice before you choose this bank!

Absolute nightmare of an experience. I have been trying to close and account and cancel since January. I had a retail card that I used to finance a mattress. I canceled the purchase because of never receiving the mattress. TD is still trying to charge me over $65 dollars in late fees for a product I ever made a payment on because I never received it. The mattress order has been canceled and they are still trying to charge me fees. I can never get customer service in the phone. When I do, they don’t know anything or transfer me to someone else. No one was been able to help or seems competent in the matter. This is fraud.

Today's mission was to cash a check written to me by a TD Bank account holder. I walked into the branch this afternoon and there was a waiting period of about 15 minutes (there was no one ahead of me and one person at the window) before I could see the teller. I finally got called up...such a long wait. I presented the TD Bank check along with three forms of ID. I was then told that there would be a $10 "convenience" charge because I too was not a TD customer. I showed the teller that the check was from one of their customers and she nodded, accepting that as true, and then told me that it would $10. So long...

Great tellers, very helpful but the supervisor was very rude. Did not even greet me when I walked in looking for help. After being passed through 3 tellers back to the supervisor...She told me to call the main branch to help me fix an issue because it had to go through TD Bank "back office"? I was so confused as to where I was. I thought I was at a TD Bank. I called the main branch, after an excessive amount of time on hold, they told me to go to the branch where I opened my account. Extremely disappointed. Will be closing my account.

I love the welcoming environment in this place here and all the helpful staff who works in this location! I’m traveling almost every year and l made an exchange US-Euro and was surprised that this happened at the moment. In another bank, I waited almost a week to do this exchange with a request form which is such a frustration because who has time to wait for everything? Highly recommended not only this place but TD Bank in general! Take this friendly advice from an old customer of this bank!

This is by far the worst bank I have ever banked with. I recently opened a new account here. I made a deposit and it was immediately held for Fraud with no timetable for when it would be released. I called TD bank and was not able to get a definitive answer for the problem. I went to the local branch and was told EVERY deposit made for the first thirty days would be flagged for fraud. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be closing this account IMMEDIATELY!

Signed up for a Checking Account to get the new bonus and it has been well past my 140 days required to get the bonus and no one can tell me why I haven't received it yet. I have called customer service several times and all they can tell me is that they can email the promotions team, but there has been no answer. I feel like I got a bait and switch to sign up for an account with no bonus. Would not do business with TD Bank in the future.

Starting to bank at TD has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to date. I’m grateful for how helpful and accommodating everyone who works here is, and I’ve honestly just found banking at TD Bank to be painless overall. TD Bank is the worst. They terminated my account after several months with no issues on my end and gave no reason other than "we reserve the right to do so". I would tell anyone that isn't wealthy to stay away from this bank. They don't want you if you don't have a lot of money. The below middle-class working person is not good enough for this bank. Stay away and save yourself the hassle.

If this review will make any difference , a greeter would be helpful to have. When you walk in there's no line of course So you're not sure what to do unless you're acknowledge. Then when someone does become available, they're not sure whose first. Just need some order. The girl with the long twists had amazing customer service, taking the lead when no one else would. Thank you.

deposited a company check Saturday and am being told it'll be available Thursday!?? Talked to "Craig" at 8:45am who said he'd call me back within 3 hours. After 5 hours I called back and talked to "John Henry" who promised he'd talk to the manager and call back in 30 minutes. No such luck. Managers are never available. Now they don't answer the phone. BEWARE!

They were totally awesome on the phone, the representative was amazing and I actually made an appointment then went to the wrong branch but they took care of me just the same. Some of their rules I don’t agree with if that will be ur only bank, example: you have to have 300 dollars to open a savings account and maintain 300 balance. ‍♀️

A teller by the name of Marlo Campbell at this branch talked down to me like I'm a piece of garbage. I'm a small business owner and she knew nothing about me except for my appearance at the time. I'm disgusted appalled and angry at how I was treated as a long time customer at TD Bank.

I love TD bank. Open 7 days a week! Bank tellers are polite and friendly. They give you a pen instead of having a pen on a chain( that is all ways out of ink). They also give out lolly pops and dog treats to your pet!

I had a safety deposit box and an account there. When I didn't need the box anymore I had intended to close the account. The bank manager made the process so pleasant and smooth I decided to keep the account open.

I came to the ATM to insert cash after work at 12:30 AM. It ate my card and kept my $100 that I deposited. I've been on hold with the TD Bank Corporate Security for 20 minutes so far and nobody has answered.
