Came to this recently opened car wash to get all the gunk and dirt off of my car. Was pleasantly surprised how well my car was cleaned. Usually Most car washes miss a spot either on top of the trunk or around the back bumper but not here. Not sure whether it was the wash itself or the crew scrubbing the cars before the wash. Either way all the dirt and gunk was off. They have a vacuum area that provides drying towels, a mat washing area and an air “gun” (use it to blow the water from behind the side mirrors). Everything was going well until I was ready to leave. My car wouldn’t start. Panic overwhelmed me. Battery was dead. Lucky the staff at the car wash had cables and gave my car a jump! Staff here going above and beyond! Definitely recommend this place.

BROKE my side mirror and refused to make it right. I’ve gone to plenty of other car washes without issue, but this one opened up near my house so I thought I’d give them a shot. The entrance was super cramped for my truck and when drying my vehicle I noticed they had broken off a piece of my side mirror. When contacted they stated that because my vehicle is over 6 years old and they had a sign up somewhere that they’re not liable. It’s a $200 part and they’d rather pass the buck than make it right. I would stay away from these people as far as you can. No concern for helping their customers or care for their possessions. I guess I should just be grateful that there wasn’t more damage. Do NOT trust your vehicle at this cleaning location.

I've used numerous self-service type car washes for years in the Fort Worth area. The Camp Bowie location is easily the best car wash. A gentleman named Gabe was extremely professional and answered my numerous questions very professionally and explained the operation thoroughly. He showed and explained several amenities that came with my car wash that I was unaware of. WhiteWater Express Car Wash is truly blessed to have such an educated, kind, and professional employee representing their company. I will continue to use WhiteWater, especially knowing people like Gabe are there to be of service.

I would give a zero if I could. The person that pre-scrubs knocked my antenna case off. I saw him hand it across to another guy. I went through the wash. He was not going to tell me assumed I would drive off. I pulled to side ask for a manager. Chad came over. Said he would put a report to see if they would pay. Wrong answer. They broke they pay. Now have to fight them for damage they did. Even had the nerve to ask me if had glue to fix it. Expected an elderly woman to fix damage they caused. What a guy! Wash wasn't even that great. Mat cleaner barely works. Be careful here they don't care.

Drive thru car wash!!! My husband recommended this place to me and I’m so glad he did. I absolutely love it. The gentleman helping me out was so kind and answered my questions. I got their monthly membership, so I can go unlimited times and it all pays for itself! Such a convenient location, clean, with vacuums! I was really looking for a good drive thru car wash since I’m guilty of not washing my car as often as I should. I’m so happy I found this place!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went through car wash it knocked my grill emblem off. Was told they dont fix damages on cars more than 6 years old. Was also told they don't cover aftermarket parts. My car doesn't have aftermarket parts its the original grill and emblem. Do not recommend this business

The place is great. I have been to other locations and this is the best one yet. They were extremely careful with my car and the vacums are awesome. Definitely worth it. Will be back again my car has never been so clean before. The workers are extremely nice as well. They were super helpful!!

Sticker on windshield that activates the gates to allow you to enter the car wash, doesn't work, has never worked and has never been an issue that has been solved. I brought this to staff and managements attention at least three times and nothing's ever done.

First time coming to this Car Wash! Best experience yet! Great staff, very clean, good amount of FREE amenities, and good car wash prices! Will definitely come back again :)
